“We had Katelyn watch our 2 golden retrievers for the first time for a week when we were out of town. She came prior for a visit to get to know her and introduce her dog to ours, and she was well behaved and the dogs got along great. As a matter of fact it was a good distraction for our anxiety dog who has trouble with thunderstorms, gunshots and fireworks to have a new playmate. Katelyn did well with dealing with Winston’s thunderstorm issue as well as a wounded paw and Bella had a cyst that was problematic. Katelyn stayed overnight and took care of our chickens and fish pond, watered plants and garden as well. She was respectful of house rules, was neat and tidy and sent us wonderful update messages and photos daily so we knew the dogs were doing well. I would definitely hire Katelyn again. She was wonderful with our pets and home.”

I am available from early morning until 10 PM, allowing me to provide flexible and consistent care for your pets. Whether it's morning walks, midday check-ins, or evening cuddles, I ensure that your pets receive the attention and care they need throughout the day. For pups that come to day camp or board with us, we start our mornings going for walks, followed by breakfast and a little relaxation time out doors. About: I've had my own dog(s) since I was in college. I enjoy taking care of my own dogs and would love to help locals out when they need to take a vacation where their fur baby can't go. I work from home so I am able to be around to take care of your pups. I can feed them on their normal schedule, let them out early and late as needed. About: I believe animals are more intelligent than humans, even if they chase their own tails. My dog, Maggie, was 14 when she crossed the Rainbow Bridge. Being a mom to that sweet dog was one of the greatest gifts of my life. College taught me a lot, but she taught me more. Love sure does wag. As a sitter, I knew I wanted to provide families with the same quality of care Maggie received throughout her life. For me, it isn't about the quantity of sitting, but the community building and connections fostered. Stories matter in finding the right fit. I've taken care of puppies, elders, and animals requiring meds. I've sat for extended periods of time as individuals traveled all over the world. I'm often found in the woods hiking and love if your pet likes to be active. If they don't, I'll also gladly share a couch and blanket with them. I know the struggle that comes with wanting to feel secure while away. Through the years, I have been determined to give owners peace of mind so they can enjoy their adventures. I do overnight stays, morning and evening care, and weekend mid-day. Extended periods (I've sat up to five weeks) is also part of my regular schedules. I treat homes as my own. I'm neat by nature and believe in respecting others spaces, rules, and routines. You'll hardly know I was there.
