About: I have been living with pets in a home for over 10+ years, and have my very own fur baby for the past 9 years. I care about my dogs health and happiness and it gives me joy to see him happy and healthy. I provide ball play/ tug/ walks/ cuddles and belly rubs. We regularly take care of our neighbors dog, and the dogs love raiding each other's toy boxes. There are plenty of toys around and we are happy to share, play, squeak and shred them with friends. My husband won't let me get a second dog, so I want to get my fill on dog kisses by helping other owners. I understand that is is stressful to part with our fur babies and find someone that cares as much as we do. We only do this sporadically and one dog at the time. This is not something we do full time, so every dog that we take in is special to us, and gets the attention I would want my dog to receive if he was staying with someone. Our Corgi, Jake, is very laid back and gentle. He is ok to play with other dogs, but he is also ok just quietly enjoying a bone with another dog around doing the same. I have used rover as a customer myself. We work from home full time, so caring for our guests is easy, and is a nice distraction from work and makes us stretch our legs more often. We have a fenced in yard to roam in freely. We are happy to crate your dog if that makes you feel more comfortable, but we don’t restrict the use of the furniture in any way.
