My family has had our dog, Othello (a schnauzer mix), since 2013, so I’m very familiar with daily routines like feeding, walking, and making sure pets feel comfortable and cared for at home. I also make sure to leave enough time between commitments so I can give each pet my full attention and provide consistent care. When caring for pets, I always focus on creating a safe, calm, and consistent environment that matches what they’re used to. I take the time to understand their routine, including feeding schedules, walks, and any specific behaviors or needs, so they feel as comfortable as possible. In a pet owner’s home, I’m very respectful of their space and make sure everything is kept clean and in order. I follow all instructions closely and make sure pets are supervised, safe, and secure at all times. I’m also very attentive to small details, like making sure doors and gates are properly closed, pets are not exposed to anything unsafe, and their environment stays clean especially with things like food areas and litter boxes. Communication is really important to me, so I always send regular updates and photos to keep pet owners informed and reassured while they’re away.
