About: Growing up with dogs, they have always been a part of my life. I got my own pup, Buttercup, when I was 21 and she was 4 months old, and she’s my ride or die and will be 12 this August. My husband and I rescued our puppy Izzy in February, and she is a bundle of energy at only 8 months old! With a senior dog, and a new puppy, I have plenty of experience with training, medication administration, walk/leash manners, and more. I can’t wait to spoil your pups like my own! I work from home most days, and summers are light. I have a pretty flexible schedule, and love walking around our neighborhood and the beltline I currently offer dog walking and drop-in visits only, so I care for pets in their own home, where they’re most comfortable and relaxed. During drop-ins, I make sure they’re fed (if needed), have fresh water, get plenty of love and playtime, and of course — potty breaks! For walks, I make safety my top priority, using secure leashes and paying attention to each dog’s pace and needs. I also send photo updates so you know how your pup is doing while you're away!
“My dog is very peculiar and doesn’t trust people easily but seemed to do great with Morgan! She provided a lot of pictures and feedback and seems very trustworthy. Would definitely book with her again!”

About: I have had two dogs and one cat: an 11-year-old Bichon Frise, a Chihuahua who passed away at 17, and a cat who is now four and a half years old. I got my first dog when I was 11 years old, and from then on, I spent all of my allowance on my pets’ spay/neuter surgeries, routine checkups, treats, and supplements. I have an unusual amount of patience when it comes to animals, because I grew up in a family that truly loves them. I also have a lot of experience caring for very young pets under two months old, as well as experience being around large dogs. My work schedule is three days in the office and two days remote, so I have plenty of time to do the part time job during the week. When I take care of pets, I focus not only on their physical needs, but also on making sure they feel emotionally cared for. I like to keep a regular routine for them every day, including dedicated playtime and treat time. I also often buy them new toys and talk to them about my day, even though they may not fully understand.
About: I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all pet care. After 16 years caring for my own dog through every stage of life, I learned that every dog has their own personality, quirks, and needs. I take the time to understand your dog’s routine, preferences, and comfort level so they receive thoughtful, individualized care and feel safe, happy, and at home while you’re away. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine because I work from home, allowing me to provide frequent potty breaks, walks, playtime, and companionship throughout the day. My apartment community also has plenty of green space, making it easy to give dogs regular outdoor time and exercise while keeping them on a consistent routine. Whether I’m caring for your dog in my home or yours, I prioritize keeping their routine as consistent as possible. I’ll follow your instructions for feeding, walks, medications, playtime, and any special preferences to help your dog feel comfortable and secure. In my home, dogs also have access to a dog-proofed balcony where they can safely relax and enjoy fresh air under my supervision. I’ll provide regular photo and video updates, so you can enjoy your time away knowing your pet is happy, safe, and well cared for.
“Renee was very accommodating and thoughtful with a last minute request to watch my dog while I had to be out of town. She made this process seamless as it was my first time using Rover. She sent photos after each walk and my dog seemed to really like her. I’d definitely use her services again!”

About: I have taken care of and been best friends with cats and dogs all of my life. Nothing brings me more joy than loving and caring for an animal. I have collaborated with animal rescues on many occasions to provide assistance for needy animals and continue to be an advocate for animals. Pet care is something I am active in doing every day, as an owner of four cats. Every day is about feeding, watering, and litter box maintenance, in addition to plenty of love and attention (which is gladly NON-STOP). My number one priority is animal safety and owner-security. I always am very anxious leaving my animals in the hands of someone I don’t know very well and I can assure you that I will take the task of caring for your pet with the utmost importance.

“Stephen was responsive and took excellent photos of Sarabi while watching her. He also alerted me of a problem with her treats and was willing to help out with the situation should the solution call for it, which was very much appreciated. Sarabi had a good time with him and was all smiles.”

About: Hi, I’m Daisy! I moved to Atlanta around 2 years ago and am a PhD student at Emory! I’ve always grown up around animals, whether it was my family’s or petsitting cats and dogs for friends. I've also been fostering cats with the Atlanta Humane Society for about a year now and absolutely love it. As a graduate student who's finished my classes, I work from home every day and have a very flexible schedule. That means I'll have plenty of time to give your pet the attention, exercise, playtime, and companionship they deserve while you're away! I prioritize the safety, trust, and well-being of every furry friend under my care. In my home, I ensure a secure and pet-friendly environment by designating a cozy space equipped with essential amenities. Communication is also super important to me - it’s important to me always let people know what’s going on!
About: I’ve grown up surrounded by animals for as long as I can remember—cats, and a very energetic Dalmatian who definitely kept life interesting. My love for pet care started early, and I began pet sitting around age 12 for both dogs and cats of all breeds, sizes, and personalities. Since then, I’ve never really stopped. I’ve either had cats or dogs in my home my entire life, and caring for animals has always been a natural part of who I am. Today, I share my home with my two pups—a 6-year-old Maltipoo and a 2-year-old Schnoodle—who keep me laughing, active, and constantly reminded of how unique every pet’s personality can be. I’m happiest when I’m around animals, and I treat every pet I care for like one of my own. Whether it’s walks, playtime, snuggles, or just keeping their routine consistent and comfortable, I focus on making sure they feel safe, loved, and at home while you’re away. I know how important it is to trust someone with your pets, and I take that responsibility seriously—while still bringing plenty of love, patience, and fun to every visit! Pet care fits naturally into my daily life because I’m currently not working a traditional job, which means I have a very flexible schedule and plenty of time to dedicate to your pets. I’m able to provide consistent attention, care, and companionship throughout the day, whether that’s walks, playtime, feeding, or just keeping your pet company and making sure they feel comfortable and secure. When caring for pets in your home, I focus on keeping them happy, safe, and comfortable in their familiar space. I follow your routine closely for feeding, walks, playtime, and any special instructions so your pet feels secure and cared for. I take time to understand each pet’s unique personality and adjust my care to match—whether that means active play, calm companionship, or extra cuddles. I also treat your home with respect and make sure everything is left clean and as you left it. My goal is simple: happy pets, peace of mind for you, and care you can fully trust while you’re away.
About: My preferred name is Parker (they/he), it’s nice to meet y’all! I’ve taken care of dogs since middle school! Whether it was watching a family friend’s or our own. In the past few years, I have gained more experience with senior dogs with medical conditions such as diabetes or even taking care of them after major surgery and younger, more energetic, bigger dogs. I understand what it’s like to leave your baby while you’re at work or on a trip and worry about them receiving the best care. I want to ease that stress and have all pet parents that I work with know that their babies are being taken care of just as well as they would themselves! As for a little bit more about myself! In addition to my love of pets, I am a recent graduate from Georgia Tech, currently working on the LSAT and law school applications. I am an avid crafter, crocheted, and knitter. I’m currently working part time and have a very flexible schedule! Evenings are a very consistent time I am available for overnight stays or evening check ins. I get my schedule 2 weeks out and am very flexible for day time availability for walks and check ins as well! I am striving to keep my calendar updated with the particular times of my availability and am always open to working out whatever I can with your schedule. While I do not offer care at my home, I have had experience taking care of dogs at their primary home. I keep to eating, walking, and going out schedules as well as keep any areas in the home I will be in just the way I found it. I also have reliable transportation and can offer trips to the park or just drives around the neighborhood if that’s something your baby enjoys!

“We just love Grace!! Zoey is always so happy when she gets her time in with Grace! She sends me the best pictures and updates regarding their walks! I’d highly recommend her to anyone!!”

“Lauren has been excellent with our dog. She is highly communicative, very caring, and takes extra time to make sure our pup is cared for. I’ve been really happy knowing that our dog is in very good hands. I would highly recommend Lauren and will continue to have her help us out with our dog. 5/5 stars!”

“Breckyn was a lifesaver when I ended up in a pinch over a weekend. We were able to schedule a meet & greet super quickly, and she left thorough notes about each walk. She even pointed out an overgrown claw + sent pictures of my cats too. Really put me at ease! Thanks so much!”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Morningside-Lenox Park
Mikyah was absolutely amazing! This was my first time using Rover, and she completely exceeded my expectations. She was punctual, professional, and took such wonderful care of my Golden Retriever, Windsor. She followed every instruction perfectly, made sure Windsor got a great walk, and treated her with so much love and kindness. It gave me such peace of mind knowing Windsor was in caring, capable hands while I was away. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and it was clear that Mikyah genuinely loves animals. I came home to a happy, relaxed pup, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend Mikyah to anyone looking for a trustworthy, dependable, and compassionate dog walker. I will definitely be booking with her again. Thank you, Mikyah, for taking such great care of my sweet Windsor! 🐾❤️

Lauren has been amazing with my dog, Chrissy! She is always reliable, on time, and spends quality time with her during every visit. Chrissy absolutely loves her, which says everything. Lauren has also gone above and beyond, helping me out with last-minute house sitting and always being incredibly thoughtful and accommodating. She’s communicative, dependable, and someone I completely trust with my dog. I couldn’t recommend her more for dog walking or pet sitting!

Suzanne was great with our pup Teddy. I needed someone to walk our dog while I was recovering from a surgery. So, I was able to meet her in person. She is very sweet and has a happy/friendly demeanor. I can tell she really loves dogs. She did great with our Teddy. I highly recommend her and will use her again if the opportunity presents itself.

I honestly can’t say enough good things about Jiayi. From the very beginning, she was kind, reliable, and incredibly patient with my dog. He can be a little anxious and slow to warm up to new people, but she took the time to earn his trust instead of rushing the process, and it made all the difference. She always kept me updated with photos, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. It was obvious she genuinely cared about my dog and wasn’t just checking a box. When I came home, he was happy, well cared for, and comfortable, which says everything. If you’re looking for someone who is dependable, communicative, and truly loves animals, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Jiayi. I feel really lucky to have found her, and I’ll definitely be booking with her again.

Stephen was responsive and took excellent photos of Sarabi while watching her. He also alerted me of a problem with her treats and was willing to help out with the situation should the solution call for it, which was very much appreciated. Sarabi had a good time with him and was all smiles.

I’ve had a great experience with Melissa. She is always reliable, takes excellent care of my dog, and gives me peace of mind when I’m away. One thing I especially appreciate is the number of photos she sends during walks and visits. It’s so nice to see updates and know my dog is happy and well cared for. It’s clear she genuinely cares about the pets she works with, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and attentive dog walker.
