About: I grew up in a farm and have had pets from as long as I can remember. I just moved to Atlanta for a new job and want to use my free time to care for new fur friends while I plan to get my own pup! I am mostly working from home and have a lot of flexibility for walks and in-house care. I am available for same-day appointments and only care for one pet at a time (unless house sitting). I leave near Piedmont park and other dog-friendly spots for long, safe walks. My apartment is spacious and has a protected balcony, as well as an appropriate dog-relief area, water and food bowls, and treats (according to owner's feeding preferences). I have no other pets at the moment and will only care for one pet at a time at my apartment or for walks. Scratches and play time are a guarantee :)
“I got SO lucky finding Stacie! She’s an incredibly kind person clearly loves dogs! My pup, Zoey, came back from a long walk happy but tired, and Stacie clearly made Zoey feel so comfortable being around her since day 1! I’ll be using Stacie many more times in the future.”

“Lauren has been excellent with our dog. She is highly communicative, very caring, and takes extra time to make sure our pup is cared for. I’ve been really happy knowing that our dog is in very good hands. I would highly recommend Lauren and will continue to have her help us out with our dog. 5/5 stars!”

About: I’ve been taking care of my family’s and neighborhood dogs ever since I was a kid. I also volunteered at the local humane society at my previous college. I am a student at Scad in Atlanta, and I have minimal classes at the moment so I have lots of free time to take care of your pet! I am very respectful of people’s rules especially when it comes to other’s boundaries for things they love. My personal environment is a one bedroom apartment in Buckhead with access to small dog parks near the building. I also live right next to the belt-line trail and I love to walk around it with my parents’ dog.
“This was a perfect first time experience. Walked Anemone around the neighborhood and let her do her thing. We appreciate the care and attention showed to our pup! Will definitely be using again!”

“My experience with Brooke was outstanding. She provided wonderful care for my dog while I was out of town. I will book with Brooke again and again five star all the way. Great communication and reliable, response to any questions or concerns quickly.”

“Holley was amazing with Casca and Leo! She took them on a long, thorough walk. I really appreciated the detailed activity breakdown and photos! You can tell she genuinely cares and takes her time. The pups were happy and clearly well exercised when they got back. I’ll definitely be hiring her again soon. Highly recommend! 🐾💕”

About: I have volunteered in a myriad of animal shelters to provide relief to pets during their transition to a new home. Long city or wood walks for dogs are the most enjoyable of all activities. I have also fostered cats. During our time together, I adapt to your pet’s unique energy level, age, and personality: • I am quite patient for the curious pups who need to sniff every blade of grass • For high-energy dogs who need a brisk, fast-paced walk to burn off that extra energy before you get home, I am the person, the cardio will add to my weight strengthening routine • I always use secure collar/harness attachments, keep a tight grip on the leash, and stay 100% focused on the road (no distracted walking!). • Lots of feather-wand playtime, lasers, and interactive fun. • I also know how to sit quietly nearby so they feel safe and comfortable at their own pace. • Fresh food and water, meticulously scooped litter boxes, and any necessary sweeping of stray litter scatter. My schedule is flexible to early mornings or towards the end of the day. I'm focusing on my start-up that blends my passion for design and pets and need a chunk in the afternoon to run that side of things. I will apply the 3 layers strategy. 1 layer of care, feeding +litter +water, in between 2 layers of socializing, scratching, playing, and picture capturing.
“If I could rate a hundred stars I would! Adrienne has proven to be extremely responsive, attentive, kind and truly compassionate. This was the first time I have ever retained a dog walker or allowed them in my home but Adrienne made the process so smooth, peaceful and was so patient with me! She sent me pictures around the clock of my babygirl and I’m pretty sure my dog wants her to be her owner now lol jk I can’t commend her customer service enough whereas this has been a remarkable experience. Thank you Rover for blessing me with Adrienne, a true Gem (and she’s hilarious!!!)!”

“Carolina is amazing! I really appreciated that she was available for a last minute drop in request, she was quick to respond and sent great photos!! I could tell Sam had a nice walk and that she treated him well. Would 100% recommend having her watch your pet.”

The median cost per walk for dog walking in Home Park is $20
Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Home Park
I’ve had a great experience with Melissa. She is always reliable, takes excellent care of my dog, and gives me peace of mind when I’m away. One thing I especially appreciate is the number of photos she sends during walks and visits. It’s so nice to see updates and know my dog is happy and well cared for. It’s clear she genuinely cares about the pets she works with, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and attentive dog walker.

I’ve had to find a walker for my dog for my long work days and entrusting a new person always makes me nervous but Cindy has been great. She’s mindful of the heat and spends the time Ember doesn’t want to be outside, throwing toys and playing with her. This is something Ember has been doing less of as she’s gotten older so she must like her time with Cindy! Will def continue to book in the future!

Shams was wonderful with our pup! She was very attentive, reliable, and easy to communicate with throughout the process. I always appreciated the updates and knew our dog was in good hands. She followed instructions carefully and made the whole experience easy. I would absolutely book with her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and dependable walker or sitter.
