“It's very difficult to find a caretaker that you can trust. Shanese did a phenomenal job of taking care of Roscoe while I traveled! She is now my "Go-To" pet care professional whenever my travel requires me to leave Roscoe behind.”

About: I used to work with pets everyday at my 9-5 job. I am safety certified and love looking after the furry babies on my day to day, I know how to deal with all types of dogs from big to small! I worked in a grooming salon so it was always hectic but I maintained my composure and showed compassion to each baby that was in my care! I currently work with pets on a regular basis, so I have the experience to play and give your pup all the attention they may need! I will follow all the rules and procedures left behind to ensure your pet is loved and cared about as if you never left your home! I love to play and entertain the doggies as much as need be.

“Liz is the best and my puppers loves her visits and walks. She's very kind and flexible with schedule changes and punctual.”

About: I have grown up around animals all my life and never realized how much I would grow to love and care for them. (Sometimes more than people!) My brother and I got our family dogs when I was in 4th grade and I, of course, named mine Princess. My parents bred them a couple of times which gave me the opportunity to learn how to care for puppies. It taught me a lot of responsibility at that age and is the main reason I am here today! Throughout the years, I have taken care of many animals. I have taken care and lived with both inside and outside dogs. When I went to college I lived with cats and house sat for other friends who have dogs. Now that I teach, my boyfriend and I have our two fur babies! This summer, I would love to care for your fur babies! I miss the joy of having a dog, so let me love yours so I can get my Fixin! I am new to Rover and having my own sitter "buisness," but I promise you can trust me to take care of and love your babies. As a teacher, I am currently off for the summer. I have nothing but free time during the day. Whatever time you need me, let me know and I can try and make it work. Any day that I know I am not available will me marked in my availability! I have only ever taken care of pets for my friends and family. Because of that, I am considering myself a “newer” pet sitter. However, I will be giving the same care, attention and love to your pet as I would my friends and family. I am a great communicator! If you want updates, pictures or anything, I got you!

“Michael has a wonderful way with pets. He put us at ease immediately and spoiled our dog with long walks and playtimes. He’s also a talented photographer. Seriously frame-able pics sent to us each day!”

“Oh my goodness, where do we even begin with Marquis? He's truly been an absolute lifesaver for us, and more importantly, for our sweet Scarlet! He took care of her dog walking/running for two weeks, and honestly, it felt like she was with family. Every single day, he was there, rain or shine, making sure she got her full 30-minute walk/run. We especially loved how he'd always find shade for her and give her water – it just showed how much he genuinely cared about her comfort. Even when arriving home he would use the wipes to clean up her feet. Marquis isn't just our dog walker anymore; he's definitely become a wonderful friend to us, and he'll be Scarlet's go-to guy forever!"”

“My dog adores Jess. Very lucky to have her care for pups, reliably extraordinary!”

About: Hello! My name is Mali! I moved to Atlanta a year ago from Hawaii, to finish my degree part time in Illustration. I love Atlanta, and really love how dog friendly it is! I also will remind your pup of how "good" they really are! My experience with dogs spans through years of fostering animals and volunteering at animal shelters. I now have the honor of co-parenting a sweet husky with my long-term boyfriend. Both of us are pet lovers and have taken care of many animals together over the years. It’s important to me to be punctual, loving, and playful when I interact with animals. I fully intend to give your animal the most love and attention I possibly can, and to make you feel comfortable while they’re in my care. I became a pet sitter because animals have always brought so much love into my heart; the kind of love that makes me want to give back. I always strive to be the pet sitter that I would want to have dogsit for my husky while I’m away. Pet sitting is more than just a job, it’s hanging out with a new best friend! When I’m not dogsitting, I am, a painter, visual artist, and gardener. I enjoy cooking, hiking, paddling, reading, and going to museums and galleries in my spare time. Most importantly, at my core, I am an animal person. I’m one of those people that sees a dog and just has to pet it.

“Sarah walks my pittie every week and she is the best!! She always sends photos, gives me updates on how Albie does and has also let me know when Albie is acting different (even just more tired than normal.) Sarah is the best :)”

About: I grew up pet sitting, now have furbabies of my own, and still can't get enough! Let me care for your pet and consider adding on a photography session or digital art. Examples are on my profile! I mainly work from home, so I have very flexible weekdays! My work is on my own schedule, so I can adjust as needed to accommodate your pets needs. I live in a house with a fenced backyard with plenty of toys and am more than willing to take dogs on walks around the neighborhood. I love playing and walking with energetic pets, but also love reading a good book while petting a more relaxed pet. One of my passtimes is watching videos of enrichment activities for pets so I would be more than happy to bring some ideas.
