Tevin & Kianna did an amazing job taking care of my cats while I was away. They kept me updated the entire time with tons of videos and photos, which gave me so much peace of mind knowing my babies were safe, happy, and well cared for. You can genuinely tell they love animals and treat them like family. On top of taking incredible care of the cats, they even cleaned up the house before leaving, which was such a thoughtful touch and truly appreciated. My cats were comfortable, relaxed, and clearly enjoyed being around them. I highly recommend Tevin & Kianna to anyone looking for reliable, caring, and professional pet sitters. We have used Tevin exclusively for our dog and house sitting for almost a year and he has been absolutely wonderful. (Kianna too) From the moment we leave, we know our dogs and home are in the best possible hands. Our dogs adore him, and it is obvious how much care, attention, and love he gives them while we are away. He is incredibly reliable, trustworthy, and communicative, and he always keeps us updated with messages and photos that give us real peace of mind while traveling. Having someone we fully trust with our pets and home is invaluable, and we truly cannot recommend Tevin highly enough.

Tevin spent a week with our buddy Mambo and house sitting. He kept Mambo on his schedule with three walks a day (one lasting up to an hour) and his feeding, treats and meds schedule. We were kept informed daily with photos. The house was immaculate when we returned and Mambo was happy to see us and was not stressed in any way. I highly recommend Trevin and would use him again depending upon his availability!
I have video evidence on my ring of Tevin not house sitting, and sneaking in his friend for one of the feedings. Tevin refused to communicate through the Rover app, demanding text communication. Tevin also skipped the agreed upon lunch feeding. That’s when I cancelled the rest of the booking. The following violations were made: bringing in a stranger, skipping a feeding, not staying on the home. I alerted the Trust and Safety Care team. Tevin texted me a photo and video of my cat clearly stressed, and was not able to confirm that he ate. He also texted me he went to a hookah bar when he skipped the lunch feeding.

Weekly, I ensure that any grooming, vet visits, or special activities are planned so every pet gets the attention and care they need. Flexibility is key, as I adjust my routine based on the unique needs of each pet!

In my role, I tailor pet care to the specific needs of each pet and their home environment. Whether I'm providing dog walking, pet sitting, or boarding, I strive to create a comfortable and loving atmosphere. For dog walking, I ensure they get plenty of exercise, mental stimulation, and social interaction with other if they enjoy that. For pet sitting, I keep to their regular feeding and play schedules, while also providing companionship to reduce anxiety. When it comes to boarding, I maintain a safe and fun space, allowing for playtime, training, and quiet relaxation based on the pet's personality. I also make sure to communicate regularly with pet owners, providing updates and photos to keep them in the loop. Every pet is unique, so I adjust my approach accordingly!
