They picked him up and went above and beyond to make him comfortable. They sent plenty of updates and asked questions to make our lab as comfortable as possible. They played lots of fetch, went on walks, lots of cuddles, sent a pic with our water loving lab in a pool in their yard, and even helped treat an ear infection. I felt so much better once they had our dog and from the pictures they were sending I could tell our dog was happier too! Cannot recommend them enough!!”
