About: What sets me apart from other sitters is my experience caring for dogs who may be reactive or selective around other animals. I understand how important it is to find someone you can truly trust when your dog requires extra awareness and responsibility. I’m attentive, proactive, and committed to keeping every dog in my care safe by avoiding risky situations and managing walks and interactions thoughtfully. I also grew up in a dog-loving household with four or more dogs at any given time. Our home was the go-to place for family and friends to leave their dogs while traveling or working, and at times we even cared for entire litters of puppies. Because of this, I have hands-on experience with dogs of all sizes, breeds, ages, and temperaments, and I’m comfortable providing dependable, attentive care tailored to each dog’s individual needs. I currently work from home on freelance engineering design projects, and my own home improvement projects. This means I have a heaps of availability to pay attention to your pet! I am an active individual that recently moved to Anchorage, I love walking with dogs to explore neighborhoods and get exercise. I also have a yard at my home, which is unfenced, and I look forward to romping around with leashed dogs. Regarding situations where dogs stay at my house, I currently have two young cats which any visiting dogs will have to be okay with. Because my house has two levels, I do have the ability to block the stairway and provide my cats with a sanctuary if the cats get tired of dog games.
“Sophie seems to love hanging out with Tessa and her pooches and always comes home tired. It’s such a peace of mind to have a safe and fun family that Sophie spend time with.”

“I absolutely love Trey. She was super kind and loved my dog as if she were her own. It was our first time doing doggy sitting and Trey was very transparent about my dog getting a cut on her face. I didn't mind, since dogs are like that, but the fact that she was up front and honest meant a lot to me. I will be using her services continually in the future and I highly recommend her to anyone else who wants their babies to be treated with love and care.”

“Allison was an amazing sitter for my 4 mo old puppy! I could tell HRALI was having a great time at her home, with lots of attention & playtime. I also was grateful that he got to interact with cats & other dogs. Allison was also easy to communicate with, sent lots of cute photos, and picked up & dropped off every day. She was punctual, but also very flexible. HRALI definitely loved spending time with Allison & her family. I would definitely have her care for my HRALI again, and I highly recommend her, especially if you have an active pup!!”

“I take my pup here every week for 2 days of doggie daycare and he loves it. They take great care of my pup, he has had minor scratches and they notify me and take care of cleaning. Highly recommend them for day care and overnights”

About: Im from Ketchikan AK but I live in Anchorage AK. I do have a fenced backyard where they can roam and play. I love playing with dogs and hanging out with the cats! I’ll always treat your buddy as if their my buddy! I'm currently in between jobs I mostly stay at home all day drawing or working on art. I mostly just do side gigs like this and I don't get that many so I have a lot of free time. If there's other dogs I let them play but if it's just use I usually always keep them around me and play with them if they have the energy and lay down and chill with them if there tired. I take em out for potty breaks/walks every 1-2 hours and feed them twice a day.
“Mandy took amazing care of my dog Ophelia. I didn't even have to worry. At the end of the day, Ophi was happy and sleepy. Mandy was very responsive and sent awesome photos of Ophi. I WILL be rebooking with her, and I'm so grateful to have found her!”

“Maggie was fantastic!! She was even available last minute which was an unexpected surprise. My very energetic pup came home happy and tired! Lots of outside play time and her daughter is not only adorable, but great with my dog who sometimes is leary of little kiddos. She’s knowledgeable, communicative and has a great little place for pets to run and be safe. Definitely will book again and recommend her for your pet.”

About: I grew up in a zoo of a home with a mom that made our pets her top priority. I have been dog sitting for over 10 years and know the ins and outs of how to keep an animal happy and healthy/safe. I own a small business in town and work around my pups schedule. We go on morning walks, lunch time hikes and even post work walks if needed. I am also capable to giving medication. I own a small business and make my own hours. I typically work Monday-Thursday and my dogs are only left for 3-4 hours at a time. Pets are always welcome to sleep in the bed with me or kenneled depending on what you prefer. I live walking distance from the Klatt dog park if you’re comfortable with me taking your pup there or we can do one on one walks around the neighborhood. Hikes are also offered in the summer time! Dogs are my life and always have been. Their well being, happiness and safety is my top priority! My back yard is fully secure, I drive a 2019 4 runner for safe transport and my home is always free of rope/unsafe toys, poisons, etc. I have personally trained my dogs for duck hunting and obedience and can offer Training assistance if needed(: Dogs are always safely exercised and I believe in positive reinforcement.
“Cadey and Jacob are so kind and treated my Lexi with gentle care. Lexi is a nervous girl and they handled her personality with Grace. Thank you guys for everything!”

“Sarah was amazing with my dog Tali. She treated her as she would her own dog. By the end Tali got to where she didn't want to leave! I cannot recommend Sarah enough.”
“Wright has provided daycare for my dog, Joey, and is fantastic with him! He is calm, caring and positive - and it’s obvious that Joey loves being with him. I love getting updates and photos during the day and know that Joey is safe and happy with Wright!”

About: I attended veterinary science at kcc for two years and continued on after that interning at clinics. CPR certified for pups & avid dog lady. Will love and care for your pups like they're my own. I am also well versed in dog allergic reactions and common diseases/infections & will alert you accordingly. I started my own dog walking/poop scooping business at 12 that I ran until I was 16 with over 10 returning clients! Caring for dogs has always felt like it’s what I’m supposed to do(: I work from home so I spend my days with my pup alternating between walks, car rides and work! I also have 2 cats who (as most cat lovers know) usually keep to themselves though I have seen them become affectionate with some dogs with calmer temperaments! My life revolves around these little critters and if you entrust me with your furry friend they will quickly become part of the pack and my life will revolve around them too while I have them! My home is a two story two bedroom home with a fenced yard and is fully doggie proofed/puppy proofed. I am a dog lady so I do allow dogs on my furniture and bed(unless I'm told otherwise by owners). I live about 5 minutes walking distance from a fenced dog park which I visit regularly and I take drives to Klatt field fenced in dog park regularly. I run a fairly lenient but still well kemp ship here, we all sit on the couch and hangout together and they’re all allowed on the bed at bedtime with me (unless I’m told otherwise). If a crate is needed I do have one kennel fit for an up to 80lbs dog that I keep in my downstairs room! If you’re inquiring about house sitting then consider me there! My husband and I both take care of our animals so if I am at your house, my animals won’t be an issue(:
“I needed last-minute daycare, for my puppy. Mia was quick to respond and very professional for the two days that she had my puppy. I would highly recommend her. If the need arises, I will try to utilize her again. Very happy with the service I received. Thanks Mia!”

Campbell Park dog parents share their Rover experiences
Marquelle was so great with Luna! Treated her like her own and she was very understanding if/when plans went away for me. I so much appreciated her during my 3 week stay in Anchorage. I couldn't have done everything I wanted to do without a trusted sitter for my girl Luna! Thank you so much!
