I work full time Monday through Friday. My own dog stays home while I’m at work so dogs need to be crate trained as I separate them when alone. If my dog is with me at work then I’m fine leaving your dog un crated if they don’t have any separation anxiety.

I have a large fenced in back yard and am within walking distance of the Chester Creek Trail. I prefer to crate dogs when I’m not at home. My schipperke gets along with calmer dogs and can provide company for your pup. All dogs are fed in separate areas to avoid any food aggression issues.

Let me know how to best care for your pet. I have experience taking care of senior dogs and administering oral, eye and ear meds. It’s always great to know what command words you use and training techniques that work for you. Lists are perfect and definitely help set your pup up for success!
A typical day
My dog is starting to slow down as he ages so we are not a good fit for a dog that has a lot of energy. We start the day with a walk before I head to work and head out again first thing when I get home in the evening. I typically go for a hike on the weekends. I can also provide plenty of pets and cuddle time if your pet is older and needs a slower pace.

I’ve been around and lived with dogs my whole life! I currently have a schipperke and he gets along with calmer dogs who aren’t interested in playing with him (he is older now, 13). Have owned several breeds of dogs (big and small) and am very active. I live really close to the trail system and have a large fenced in back yard. I have experience with younger dogs as well as older and willing to administer meds if needed.
