About: I grew up in a dog-loving family and have continued my love for all animals throughout my life. My first job was at a horse stables caring for all the horses, dogs and cats on the property and since then I've loved several dogs and cats as family members. I’ve fostered 9 dogs, helping to find their furever families, so I have a special place in my heart for rescues. I provide exercising, playtime, feeding, pottytime, special needs for seniors and of course cuddling. Rocky, my 14 yo yellow lab crossed the rainbow bridge recently, so I have more than enough love to give. I work remotely with a flexible schedule and walk a few miles every day. I’d love a walking companion or to stop and care for animals along the way. I can take my work along with me to provide more long term interactive comfort, care and attention. Reliability and respect for my clients and their pawrents are my top priorities. I know the importance of keeping a routine and strive to provide flexibility and communication to accommodate any needs.

About: I grew up with pets and have had my own dogs that I fully trained and cared for since I was 14 years old. Across the past 20 years, I’ve had 4 dogs ranging from golden labs to German shepherds to Golden Doodles. I am skilled in caring for dogs from puppy to senior age. Play in my fenced in back yard, long walks to the lake, and pup cups from Stone Creek Coffee are a few things your pet can expect if staying with me. I send frequent updates and pictures. I provide loving, reliable, tailored care for your pets. Hello! My name is Luke and I provide experienced, dependable, and tailored pet care. I am a university professor, so am completely free Monday-Sunday throughout the summer. I frequently go on at least 2 long walks during the day. I also have a fenced in yard for addition play and outside time. Because my schedule is so flexible, your pet will receive all my time and attention!! I have a fenced in back yard. I also have a 5 year old goldendoodle in the house who will quickly become your pets BEST friend. She is sweet, trained, well behaved, and so loving with other animals. Your pet will be in the house with me, allowed to roam, go on furniture, and enter the yard via a dog door at their leisure. If your dog is crate trained, please bring a crate with you for the visit. I am experienced with crate training so can easily manage it.

“Lenys was very responsive and a good walker!”

About: welcome! 🔔 please confirm you have read my profile entirely when sending your booking request 🔔 Dogs have been apart of my life for over 25 years. I learned body language, how to care for them, and how to be patient and communicate with them from my amazing Grandfather. They truly bring me joy! I treat each pup as if they’re my own during our time together. 🐾 I will do everything I can to accommodate your pup’s needs & your desires. Whether it’s walks vs runs in the yard, administering medication, or preparing food, if I’m able to do it consider it done! As a pet parent, I know how stressful it can be to find reliable care. With that in mind, I strive to provide the BEST care for your dog the first time in order to lighten your load; giving you the peace of mind knowing your fur baby is in excellent hands. 🐶 I no longer work remotely, so I’m not available for drop ins, walks, or daycare M - Th prior to 5PM. I am willing to board throughout the week, but please note your pup will be home alone for about 11 hours. Fri-Sun, I am available all hours. 🚨 MEET & GREETS ARE MANDATORY FOR ALL SERVICES 🚨 Daycare & Boarding: - Please be mindful that I do have a dog of my own. If you know your dog does not do well with other dogs, please do not request a boarding or daycare. I am open to doing daycare in your home for the pups that prefer to be alone. request house sitting & I will adjust the rate! - my home is best suited for the chill guys and gals. lots of soothing music, lounging, & cuddles 💓. Honey Bun is very reserved inside & gets stressed around high energy dogs. To keep all involved happy & safe, please do not book daycare or boarding if your dog is an energizer bunny. I will be glad to drop in, walk, or do daycare in your home though! 😃 - I have a secured, fenced in yard. I am not willing to take any dog to the dog park. Both the front and back doors have additional doors down the stairs, so the chance of an escape is very close to zero! - I crate all dogs when I’m leaving the home, including Honey B even though she typically is not crated. in special situations, I’m okay leaving your dog to roam a designated area, but that is rare and will be discussed prior to the booking. - I do not have any guests while your dog is in my care. Drop Ins/Walks/House Sitting: - I ask that no other humans are in your home when I come over for drop ins, walks, or housesitting unless previously discussed. - Please book a drop in if care outside of walking is needed. - Please assure all animals that need care are listed individually on your profile. I love surprises, but not when it comes to this! - When coming into your home, I will always leave it just as I found it. I will only enter authorized areas as necessary to care for your pet(s). Please assure that all supplies are provided. 🐾 - We will discuss specific schedules for each housit. Some people prefer longer day time care with no overnight, or moderate daytime care + nights. We will workout the perfect schedule for you, your pup, and me 😊. I am NOT available for constant care (24 hours) as I will need to check in with my own dog & maintain my personal life with errands + self care.

“Rover asks me how well Sylvia enjoyed her time with Travis. Though I’ve asked her a couple of times, she just won’t elaborate. What I can tell you is that Travis is a good communicator and is prompt. 🙂”

“Prior to using Rover, I was very apprehensive to have a stranger care for my dogs. Mostly because my dogs are very anxious, and apprehensive with new people. They are a handful. Jamie does so well with the both of them, they don't bark when she comes to get them, which is significant. She walks them for me regularly, and has house sat for me as well. She is very flexible with her schedule and does what she can to work with you, and help you out. She provides plenty of feedback and pictures so you know your dog children are in good hands! 10/10 would recommend!”

About: I grew up on my family's therapeutic horsemanship farm, helping care for and raise all sorts of critters. I've got experience with cats and dogs, as well as many other types of critters. Animal care has been a part of my daily routine since I was a very young kid. I've cared for all ages of animals- from the joys of brand new life, all the way to helping senior animals in their final chapters. Growing up on the farm we took care of a majority of the vet care ourselves, meaning I have knowledge on a deeper level than the average pet owner. I am most available in the evenings and weekends, but it really depends on the day or week. Bottom line, communication is key- if your plans change just let me know and I will do my best to make it work! I prefer to care for animals in their home environment, as that's where they are most comfortable. When providing daytime care, I will make sure that your fur babies get what they need while you're away. Anything I can do to help you and your critters feel comfortable with my care, I am flexible!

She took the time to get to know my dog Huxley, understanding his temperament and energy levels before their first walk. During the walks, my dog came back happy and well-exercised, and I appreciated the regular updates and photos Melissa sent me. She was reliable and punctual, always arriving on time. “I’ve known Luke for over fifteen years, and honestly, any pet would be lucky to hang out with him. He’s an incredibly loving, responsible, and attentive person. As a dog dad, he understands how important it is to provide both structure and affection. What really stands out is how playful he is with his dog Harley! Whether it’s playing with her favorite toys at home, going on long walks, or just giving her so much love and cuddles. I would trust him with my pets in a heartbeat.
