About: I’ve been caring for dogs for over 5 years, and I truly love getting to know each pet’s personality and routine. Friends, neighbors, and family have trusted me to walk, feed, play with, and stay with their pets while they’re away. I especially enjoy longer stays because it gives dogs time to feel comfortable and settled, and I love being able to build that trust with them. One of my favorite parts is taking dogs on enriching walks, keeping them active, engaged, and happy, and making sure they feel safe, loved, and well cared for while their owners are away. I work remotely, which gives me a flexible schedule and allows me to give pets plenty of attention throughout the day. I’m able to keep up with walks, feeding schedules, playtime, potty breaks, and companionship, especially during longer stays when consistency and routine are important. I always try to make pets feel as comfortable and relaxed as possible by sticking closely to their normal routine and giving them lots of attention and care. About: Your dog will be treated like family! My name is Melanie Hobbs and I would love to get to know your pets. I grew up with multiple dogs and cats and I've never been without them in my life. We have rescued all of our pets from shelters and I have loved their unique personalities, although sometimes challenging! Maebelle is skittish and crazy affectionate while Nina can be a bit of a bully and a sweetheart at the same time. They have brought a lot of joy to my house. I love big dogs, small dogs, mutts, and purebreds. If you interviewed my pets, they would tell you, "Melanie? Oh yeah, she's the best!" You can be assured your dogs will be in good hands with me.

About: I’ve grown up with dogs since I was little and have loved walking dogs since 7th grade and even more now that I’m in college and can’t see my own pups. I’m willing to be flexible, on time for your furry friend and take care of them like it’s my own. I’ve had experience with dogs of all sizes, ages and temperaments and am able to tend to your dogs needs on each visit/walk I work 25 hours part time while taking online courses so I have plenty of flexibility in my schedule to take care of your dog! Monday and Wednesday afternoons and Thursday and Sunday mornings are available 100% I will take care of each dog like they’re my own always making sure they have all their bases covered. Plenty of water, have been outside, walked, played with, or whatever assistance is needed!

I have worked with senior animals, puppies, cats, and combative animals with professionalism and levity for 5+ years. I am super excited to get to know you and your animals. I am currently working summer camp jobs, and therefore have plenty of time to take care of your pets! I am very excited to get to spend plenty of time with animals while I navigate a new move to the area! My previous job as a pet grooming assistant as well as babysitting animals in the past has given me a lot of experience in keeping animals safe and comfortable. I work extremely hard to understand animal behavior and body language in order to respect animals boundaries. I also prioritize safety when caring for other people’s animals because that is someone’s baby! It is important to me to do a job well, and that includes maintaining safety and care for all animals.

About: I had dogs growing up and own two myself now. I just love our furry friends! Familiar with lap dogs, work dogs and hunting dogs. I have a great deal of experience with oral, eye and ear medications for dogs as well as being a nurse at a local hospital by trade. I have a flexible schedule that changes week to week, so I can arrange dog services to fit my work schedule before the week begins. I have a tendency to talk to my dogs, and others dogs, like a crazy person... but I promise I am not crazy. I find the level of attention they feel coming from you is amplified when you speak to them, even if they don't understand what you are saying, lol! I have an athletic dogs as well as a lap dog myself and I am therefore used to medium and high energy levels from them. My condo unit is filled with sun and nice and warm in the colder months. Dogs are allowed to roam when I am home and also my furniture is pet-friendly. I play catch and tug of war with one of my dogs and take them on walks daily. I am happy to do all the same things with someone's pet, or more if the particular dog requires.

About: Hi! I’m a local college student, who is also a pet mom, looking to ease other pet parents worry about their fur babies being taken care of. I would care for your pet with as much love and care as I would my own. I have had my own pet alone for a couple of years but I have grown up with pets all my life. I am currently getting my certification in pet CPR. I’m a college student with a part-time job! So I will be able to stop in between classes and my work schedule! Just like I take care of my own pet daily I hope to help you do the same! I will, at the best of my ability, make sure that all animals are comfortable and safe in my care. I make sure to follow my pets lead in terms of what they want and what they need from humans. They are able to initiate contact in their terms, which is the first step of safety and trust with new people.

About: Hi! I’m Eva, and I’m a student at UWM studying biology on the pre-veterinary track. I volunteer at the humane society weekly and am just the biggest animal lover- cats AND dogs :) I currently work part time and my hours fluctuate a lot - sometimes I open from 5am until the afternoon and sometimes I close until 6pm- so flexibility is key! I try to keep my dog active and take her on a 1-2 mile walk every day. We go to parks, hiking trails, or just areas around my neighborhood so she gets different scenery and smells. She has a set “dinner” and “breakfast” time every day and I am always sure to keep her full and happy.
