About: I've grown up in a house full of pets. I've helped raise dogs, cats, birds, and a tank full of various fish. This has given me experience taking care of and cleaning up after all type of household pets and critters. I live to spend time with animals and find great fulfillment tending to their needs and giving them the love and attention they deserve. I’ve volunteered at the Sonoma Wildlife Center helping care for the animals. I rescued a traumatized Cockatiel from a neglectful home, in the few months i’ve seen visual progress with him. And when I was little I helped rescue a litter of feral kittens, helping them find homes through Forgotten Felines and getting their mother spayed. I love animals and spending time with them and I would love to meet your fur baby and give them some more love and attention; cause they deserve it and you deserve a little break. I'm currently searching for employment while working on myself which leaves me with a very flexible schedule making it easy for me to focus fully on your pets well being. I am willing to stay in your home or drop in daily to check in on your pets. Making sure their well feed (accounting for any diet they might be on), are exercised and taken on walks, and properly socialized and played with. I also know basic dog training to help reduce bad habits if needed.

“This was our first time using Rachel and she was great! She was communicative and sent daily updates, and we felt like our doggos were in good hands. Looking forward to booking her again!”

“I couldn't be happier with the care my dog received from Nyah! She was attentive, kind, and kept us updated with photos. My dog was happy and well cared for, and I felt completely at ease knowing he was in such good hands. I highly recommend her services to anyone looking for a reliable and loving dog sitter!”

About: Peter has a talent for animals. He displays great presence, attentiveness and joy towards them. Also very polite, well-spoken and gracious, "Peace of mind home & pet sitting" began in 2011 when some of his friends needed someone reliable to look over their home and pets while away. Peter is also very thoughtful and a hard-worker. After receiving permission to do extra stuff reasonable and helpful around the house, he can assist with your gardening, cleaning the bbq and organizing things -- no extra costs. His motto is, "when these people are away on vacation, business trip or wherever, they can have peace of mind that their home is safe, pets are cared for and all will be and look the same -- if not better -- upon returning home. I am self-employed as an artist working at home/studio, and p/t outcalls as a CMT at sub-contracted local spas; so I create my own schedule around pet sitting. Many of my clients have remarked that I treat their pets better than they do. Pets are my favorite people, and I give a great deal of presence, integrity and care.

“Diego was fantastic with our Beagle boys, Royce and Baxter. Diego went above and beyond ensuring that the boys were cared for and keeping us informed daily. Would definitely recommend and book again!”

About: I have had a German Shepherd companion throughout my life--very blessed. That wasn't easy either as I lived and worked 26 years overseas--22 years in Asia, and took my GSD with me (every where possible). I have also "owned" some great cats--both here in the USA but also at my home in Thailand. Most of my GSD companions I trained myself and they were great in company--took them to work, took them traveling, had friends over...always good, always gentle, and very smart. I am currently semi-retired, so pet care is actually a nice treat. We--my wife, Hien, and I both animal lovers and enjoy the company of pets. We are unable to care for pets where we live, so caring for pets where they live is a very nice opportunity for us. Enjoyable.

“Excellent communication. I felt my pups were safe and well taken care of with the daily detailed updates and photos. Came back home from my vacation like I had never left. I would definitely hire again. Thank you!”

I love all animals and would love to help other busy pet owners! 💛 I just moved to Santa Rosa and I am still looking for a full-time job. I have all the time in the world to care for your babies! I am willing to accommodate to most any pet needs. My goal is to make your fur baby comfy and happy, whether it’s in their own home or mine. My cat is absolutely spoiled and I will treat your animals the same!

“Michelle was absolutely fantastic! Her calm, gentle presence instantly put my dogs at ease, and they bonded with her right away. She cared for them with genuine warmth and professionalism, and I returned to happy, relaxed pups. I would gladly have her watch them again without hesitation.”

“Kelli was an absolute dream. Our house was spotless when we returned and the pups and kitties so well taken care of. She put my mind at ease from day one and the pictures she sent of the pups twice a day helped me feel not so far away. I highly recommend Kelli for any kind of petsitting. We were gone 9 days and that felt like a lot, but she made it so much easier.”

About: Hi, I’m Lissa! I grew up in what we lovingly called a “Zoo. ”My home was filled with dogs, cats, guinea pigs, lizards, and fish. Being surrounded by animals (and animal lovers!) all my life has made me a true pet lover at heart. Now, as a recent college grad living away from home, I miss my own pets and can’t wait to share that love and attention with yours. Whether your pet is a playful pup or a mellow senior, I’ll make sure their unique needs are met and care for them like they’re part of my own family. While I’m new to Rover, I bring several years of experience with both pet and house sitting, and I understand just how important it is to keep your furry companions safe, happy, and loved. Whether it’s heading out for a walk, hike or run, or snuggling up on the couch, I’m all about meeting your pet where they’re happiest. I can’t wait to get to know your furry family! As a recent college grad on the path to medical school, I have a flexible schedule and plenty of time to give your pets the love, care, and attention they deserve. I'm here to accommodate you and your pet's schedule and needs. I believe in clear communication and transparency to ensure both you and your pet feel comfortable and safe. My goal is to meet your pet's unique needs while you're away. Whatever that looks like, let’s make it happen!

“This was our first time using Rover and I am so thankful we did because we found Summer! We were able to go on our vacation without worry for Alante's care, knowing he was in great hands. She kept us updated with great photos and notes so that we were at ease. He is usually not an affectionate cat but he cuddled her on the couch and that trust meant a great deal to us! She also went above and beyond to watch after our apartment.”

About: I've had a way with animals that brings a calming energy throughout my life. As a young child I would call the bulls over and pet them on the head. The rancher would call my grandmother; stating I was on the fence again with the Bulls! Reiki is a way of calming and the energy knows what to do. I've worked with horses who are passing and calmed animals who are scared. Its in my nature to bring the intention of nourishing. loving, care to your pets. I work a flexible schedule as a Massage Therapist which allows me to also care for pets. I have worked with small and large animals from horses, pups ands felines. I follow the routines of the families, keeping the schedules I would want followed when my pets are being cared for. This includes their feeding, exercise, and sleep routines.

“Natalia is a dedicated and thoughtful caregiver to both humans and pets. Natalia takes her time to understand what a pet needs, what they like, their quirks and personality, and uses this knowledge to best care for them. With my dogs she understands their balance for cuddle time and play. She will give them lots of head scratches and belly rubs, and then knows when it’s time to take them outside for a run around the yard or a nice walk around the neighborhood. She wants to always have your pet feeling comfortable and cared for, and will give all of her attention to doing just that.”
