We normally travel with our dog, and this was the first time she was ever overnight/away from us, but Susie made us feel completely confident and secure! She sent multiple pics, videos and texts daily keeping us updated, and her attraction for our little girl was evident. We knew she was in good, loving hands, with plenty of care and attention. “Diane was amazing! She have a very big heart and is so sweet and compassionate towards our two furr babies. They are not easy dogs, but she took on the challenge and they visibly looked right at home with her. She responded right when I asked how they were doing and always sent photos each time which we loved. There was an inevitable situation between our dogs and she immediately let us know what had happened and took the right steps taking care of the situation. “Mattea loves dogs! She's watched my dogs many a time and they are always so happy to go to her house. She's great at all the normal care, but what she really adds is the snuggles, talking to the dogs and they love her for it. She's had her own dogs, big and small for years. She's considerate, a good communicator and will respect yku and your dog's needs.”
