Jennifer was sending me pictures of my dog, Bentley, the entire time and it made me feel so good to know he was happy and doing well. Bentley is very shy and nervous around other dogs and Jennifer did such an amazing job making him feel safe and secure around the other dogs there. Jennifer even trimmed his eyes while he was there because they were dirty which is just so kind and unbelievably amazing. “This was our first time using Rover, Susie was amazing with our 2 girls. They normally struggle to eat whenever they stay in boarding facilities but not with Susie. They looked extremely happy and confortable in the photos, and I was surprised to find out that they were showing some behaviors that they only do with my husband and I, like sleeping under the covers at night. They usually don't like to sleep with other people. Susie was very sweet and responsive, just the best. I would definitely come back again and again. I just wish we lived in the same city!!”
