I worked in Veterinary medicine as a CVT for 15 years. I’m now in real estate so I have the experience but am able to work from home and spend hours with animals that need special care & medications (whether orally, injectable or topically). I am comfortable with most farm animals as well. My rates are based off of pets that need that extra care/ medications etc. Depending on their needs (or ease of care) my rates can be flexible! Just ask and we can discuss your/your pets needs to figure it out

This was our first time using Rover. We had to find a sitter at the last minute and found Bonnie. Bonnie was absolutely perfect. She responded immediately to our request. When we arrived it was evident that Bonnie knew how to professionally manage animals. Bonnie was kind and it was very clear that she loves animals. She offered us a tour of her home and yard. About an hour after dropping off our dog she texted a couple photos of our dog and reassured us that all was well. We highly recommend using Bonnie!
Bonnie is amazing, and so determined to do the best job! We asked her very last minute to visit our home for a few days and do our cats insulin shots and she quickly replied absolutely. This was the first time we've left for a few days since she was diagnosed a year ago and our cat ended up being very stressed out about the situation, despite Athenas hiding and hissing and general unpleasantness Bonnie got the job done! She even did my other cat Milly's medications for us and stayed and played with them. We are thrilled with everything she has done for us ♥️ Thank you Bonnie!

Schedule
I am available for walks or drop ins most days but for boarding (my house or yours), I am available Wednesdays and Thursdays and every other weekend.

Safety, trust & environment
Because I can work from home your animals don’t have to be lonely while you’re away! I am active, healthy and smoke free. I love walking dogs, running them at the park, playing chase or tug a war or whatever shenanigans your pet loves. I’ve raised goats, chickens and pigs and have some experience with cows and horses. I have helped with reptiles and birds too.. As having worked in day practice and emergency medicine I have a wide knowledge and experiences with various medical needs, diseases and behaviors. I pay close attention to body language and want to make your time away as stress free and reassured as possible. I am happy to help with house needs during the stay as well such as watering plants, getting the mail, taking out the trash, etc.

Depending on what the animal prefers, I am happy to play with them with their toys, go on walks, give lots of pets and snuggles, and any special requests owners have to make their pet feel happy, loved and stimulated
