Safety, trust, and creating a positive environment are extremely important to us. We treat every dog that stays with us like one of our own, and providing a safe, loving, and fully supervised environment is always our top priority. Because we both work from home, your pup will never be left alone and will receive plenty of attention, care, and love throughout their stay. We have a fully fenced yard for safe outdoor play, and because we care for multiple dogs at a time, all pups must be friendly and comfortable around other dogs to be a good fit for our home. We carefully monitor group play and manage group dynamics to ensure every dog feels safe, comfortable, and happy. All playtime is supervised, and we provide regular breaks throughout the day to prevent pups from becoming overstimulated or overtired. For the safety of all dogs in our care, we are unable to accept dogs that are aggressive or have a history of aggression toward people or other dogs. We understand that every dog is different, but maintaining a safe environment for all pups is our top priority. Before booking, we require proof of up-to-date vaccinations, including: • Rabies • Bordetella • Distemper/Parvo (DHPP/DAPP) • Leptospirosis All dogs in our home are current on their vaccinations, and we ask that your pup be up to date as well before confirming any stay. A typical day in our care is fun, structured, and stress free! Each morning starts with potty breaks and some outdoor time before breakfast to allow everyone to stretch their legs and get some energy out before eating. After breakfast, the day usually continues with playtime in the yard, whether that’s running, sniffing, chasing toys, or simply lounging in the sun. Dogs are free to roam throughout our home and are treated like part of the family during their stay. Throughout the day, pups enjoy supervised indoor and outdoor play, regular potty breaks every couple of hours, enrichment activities, naps, and plenty of snuggles. We carefully monitor playtime and provide regular breaks to ensure no one becomes overstimulated or overtired. During the warmer months, we limit outdoor play and bring the dogs inside to cool off, rest, and continue playing indoors. Fresh water is always available, with multiple water bowls located throughout both our home and yard to ensure every pup stays happy and hydrated. If your pup loves fetch, has a favorite toy, or simply wants to be glued to someone’s side, we’ll make sure they feel right at home. Meal times are typically at 8 AM and 6 PM, and we follow all feeding instructions closely, including medications and supplements. For everyone’s safety, all dogs are fed separately. In the evenings, everyone winds down with more backyard time, some cuddles on the couch (if allowed), and a cozy place to sleep. Whether your pup prefers a crate, dog bed, or blanket, we’ve got them covered.
