I am a work from home dog mom that usually spends my days at the desk, but with my two pups getting all the attention they need. Now that we are more experienced in our fur clients visiting, we have a schedule that works for almost all fur guests. We get a long with everyone, and that includes -walks in our neighborhood, -healthy treats, -lots of time out in the back yard, - and extra cuddles are in abundance. And maybe a little bit of barking from my boys about the front of the house... there’s a watch duty on patrol some days.

My yard is fully fenced and has no gaps. There is plenty of space to run and play. The dog door is available for dogs that need it/can use it. We also have a live Furbo cam in the living room, so I can monitor everyone while I am not at home, which isn’t very often. I can talk to the dogs and throw treats while I am gone. And it can alert me of any activity while I am away from the home. My dogs are very friendly and may even want to try to play and run around with fur guests. My dog environment includes: -Dog dishes washed regularly - home Dog pillows and blankets and towels all washed regularly with no perfumes or additives -No candles ever burned or other scented perfumes and plug ins, we use essential oils, and air filters. -Poopy pick ups are super frequent in our back yard. -a responsible poo pick-up on every walk, with bio degradable poop bags. -ice is always topped off to the dog water at any time it’s very hot, but the AC in the summer is abundant inside - Heat is always our fav in the winter, and a lot of cozy dog beds and extra fuzzy dog blankets. If you want your dog to have any extra activities, just ask. I love to do frozen PB and Greek yogurt and pumpkin as a frozen actor treat on a lick pad. No extra $.

A typical day
We cater to the schedule for our fur clients. But a normal dog Day is: - We get up and have Outside time, poops and pees galore - Breakfast while everyone is watched. - post B greenie or treat We do whatever our fur clients need to. We have AM and PM feedings and lots of outside potty breaks, time out in the yard while I watch and monitor, and even walks to the park when it’s not super hot for dogs paws or pouring down rain. Naps are important, so quiet time happens regularly throughout the day. ** If your pet needs additional stimulation, we have several puppy puzzles and a scratch pad to keep them busy, as well as frozen lick pads with approved dietary contents. Eg plain greek yogurt, approved dog peanut butter, Plain pumpkin purre’ and frozen fruit is popular too.

Pet care experience
I have had dogs my entire life, and much of my adult life has been mixed between large breeds (a Rottie and a Staffie) and a lot of time with the small mixed breeds. I have a very dog friendly home and am experienced as a Rover sitter for mostly small breeds.
Reviews

Our two ratties love Mattea and the boys! It had been awhile since their last stay, but they settled right in. Glad they had a nice stay while mom and dad got some time away.

Communication is Mattea’s super power!! Loved all the pictures and updates. Elmer can be a little nervous and she made sure she checked in to ensure she wasn’t missing anything to help him relax.
Mattea is wonderful, and her dogs are super friendly. Our little fourteen year old pup is not very social, so it feels hard for us l to leave her, but it’s been great every time. Mattea always keeps in touch and sends pictures and is really attentive. We trust her implicitly.

Mattea took such good care of our girl while we were out of town! We knew she would be amazing but seeing Maple Bacon pal around with Willy and Mo helped so much.
