“We were nervous to drop off our dog. We were delighted when we met Arissa. She was kind patient and took to our dog right away. She met us at the park before our stay so that our dog could get to know her our dog felt calm and cared for. She administered medication, and showed great patience with our senior dog. To put us at easeshe sent us several photos during the day so we knew how our dog was feeling the whole time. We are appreciative and will certainly be back.”

“It was our first time using Rover and Pukker (9-month-old pup), and I had a great experience with Tenille and her family! Pukker is my first dog, and I may be a helicopter dog mum while learning about dog behaviour etc. After our meet and greet, I felt comfortable leaving Pukker with Tenille, who stepped in at the last minute for boarding. They were all very knowledgeable and caring! Pukker was very happy when I left her, and Tenille sent updates and pictures and gave my pup the best care. Although it was only a two-night stay, my partner and I have noticed Pukker is calmer and doing much better on leashed walks! We both agree that I made the right choice for our pup! I recommend Tenille and plan to book more pup staycations with her!”

We’re so happy with the care Danylo and his wife Alina gave our dog, Reggie. From the very beginning, I felt confident that he would be in good hands. They were incredibly kind and attentive in all of our communication, asked thoughtful questions, and were very flexible with everything. While we were away, they kept us updated with photos, and it was so nice to see Reggie looking relaxed, happy, and well taken care of. We could tell he was comfortable and enjoying his time with them. They are honestly some of the best dog sitters we’ve ever had, and we couldn’t be happier. I think Reggie might even miss them a little already!
Leaving your dog with someone can be nerve-wracking, but after Kendall and her family watched Stanley, every bit of anxiety I had completely disappeared. I felt so blessed knowing Stanley was in such a beautiful, loving home where he was truly treated like part of their own family. Kendall is incredible with young pups and all types of dogs, making sure every pet feels completely comfortable and cherished. They went so far above and beyond—taking Stanley to the lake, introducing him to her extended family, and letting him play to his heart's content with the other dogs. Stanley was in absolute heaven! The moment I knew just how much love he felt was when Kendall shared that Stanley slept right on her pillow, exactly like he does with me at home. On top of all that, Kendall kept me connected with daily texts, photos, and video updates; my heart was filled with so much love and gratitude every time a message popped up. Kendall and her family are remarkable, and I cannot recommend her highly enough to anyone looking for extraordinary care for their dog.
Lise was fantastic!! This was our first time using a dog sitter and it couldn’t have went better. Lise was a pleasure to work with and took excellent care of our dog Freddie who is high energy and can be a handful. She sent plenty of pics and updates along the way. Would recommend Lise 100%.

Very smooth drop-off and pick-up. Titiksha's experience with cats was apparent during my cat's stay. Excellent communication and regular pictures. It was obvious from the pictures that my cat was very happy, relaxed, and felt safe (napping in sprawled out positions). My cat's back home now and acting like her usual playful self ❤️. If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your pet to the closest veterinarian. If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
