“Camila took great care of Zarco! He was energetic and happy when I picked him up. She made sure he followed his new diet (despite his protest) which we really appreciated. She also made sure he got lots of love and attention. It was great getting pictures and updates while we were away. We will definitely be using her again for future travels. It was also great that we picked him up and he was nice and tired out and ready for cuddles. He's a bit of a prince and doesn't like to go out in the cold so it is always a trick to keep him exercised when it's cold.”

My Hagen, due to his lack of experience with children, doesn't get along well with them, but at Diana's house, he fully opened up to the children for the first time, exposing his belly. “It was our first time using Rover and Pukker (9-month-old pup), and I had a great experience with Tenille and her family! Pukker is my first dog, and I may be a helicopter dog mum while learning about dog behaviour etc. After our meet and greet, I felt comfortable leaving Pukker with Tenille, who stepped in at the last minute for boarding. They were all very knowledgeable and caring! Pukker was very happy when I left her, and Tenille sent updates and pictures and gave my pup the best care. Although it was only a two-night stay, my partner and I have noticed Pukker is calmer and doing much better on leashed walks! We both agree that I made the right choice for our pup! I recommend Tenille and plan to book more pup staycations with her!”

“Cathy looked after our 4 year old Yorkie for 2 weeks! Cathy is very friendly, knowledgeable and dependable. My husband and I knew instantly that our dog, Chica, would love being with her during our Meet and Greet! She has a well kept house, fenced backyard, has no other pets, no children at the house and was with Chica 24/7. Cathy was very responsible and knew how to take great care of Chica. She also sent Videos and Pictures every day and kept us updated with how Chica was doing. I really appreciated the updates and felt relaxed during our holidays knowing Chica was in good hands!! Very smooth drop-off and pick-up. Titiksha's experience with cats was apparent during my cat's stay. Excellent communication and regular pictures. It was obvious from the pictures that my cat was very happy, relaxed, and felt safe (napping in sprawled out positions). My cat's back home now and acting like her usual playful self ❤️. Highly recommend!
Arissa did an amazing job looking after Louis, ensuring all of his needs were met. She went above and beyond to ensure i had photo & video updates. Louis was given the royal treatment by Arissa that he is used to receiving at home with me. I will definitely be booking with her again in the future and highly recommend her.

Wish I could pick 10 stars! Akosua is nothing short of fabulous! I have an old english bulldog (Star) who doesn't do heat well. It was very hot while I was away. Akosua would get up before the sun rose to take out Star and take her out again after the sun set, which meant Akosua put her sleep aside and put Star first. She sent me daily videos, pictures and texts, which put my mind at ease. This was the first time I left Star with someone other than family. Because of Akosua's loving care, I will next time book with Akosua instead of my family :). Star loved her so much she didn't want to come home. Akosua taught me how to be a better dog mom, which I so appreciate. I would highly recommend Akosua, she is a caring and loving person :)
Catherine was very respectful and well mannered. She watched my cat for me and was very responsive on the app and sent photos and asked questions and took great concern in my cat’s comfort and safety. She washed the bowls and litter box I provided and was super nice. I will definitely book with her again.
Mr. Anderson and Sir Norman clearly had a better vacation than we did. They were spoiled, loved and cared for like royalty (which, according to them, is simply the minimum standard).We came home to two cats who barely seemed to notice we'd been gone...which is probably the biggest compliment of all! D'Arcy was a wonderful host for my energetic lab. She took her to play fetch and to the dog park and made sure she was exercised regularly. Communication was seamless and she was very accommodating when asked if pick-up time could be pushed a couple hours later than anticipated. I'd definitely recommend D'Arcy to anyone looking for a trusted home away from home.
We always feel great about leaving Harley with Melissa and her husband. She is happy while she's with them and this drop off she ran to front door. We trust that she is getting the right amount of exercise, socialization and cuddles while we are away. It gives us peace of mind. We will always try to book with Melissa.
Tenille and family were wonderful hosts for Dexter. Great communication and pics. Their pup Abby (did I remember that correctly?) was so sweet and a welcoming doggie friend for Dexter. Absolutely would ask this fabulous family to look after Dexter again in the future ! thank you !!
Lise was amazing!! Pippin was such a happy a tired pup after staying there for a few days. Even though it was extremely hot, she was able to get him out for shorter walks during the cooler parts of the day. He was absolutely spoiled and loved it! She was so great at giving updates on how he was doing. Just an absolute treat!
Joshua is fantastic! He’s watch Kolsch a few times now and she always is so happy to spend time with him and Loki. I get plenty of pictures and updates. There was some really hot days during this stay and Joshua was mindful of making sure Kolsch was getting enough exercise still but not overheating, and sent me updates on how she was doing. Kolsch loves Joshua and has a blast every time she stays with him - and I know he is taking very good care of her :)

Burgess was incredible with our dogs! He sent us pictures and videos while they stayed with him. They had a fabulous time hanging with his dogs, they clearly all became besties. One of my dogs is afraid of the stairs but Burgess made sure to carry her down so she could have fun with the others. We will absolutely be using him again.

If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
