“Diana’s was awesome with our two little babies 🦮🐶. She was the only reason we were able to stay calm while being away from them. She kept us informed by sending us photos, videos, and comments of every walk, or fun moment with them. She did a meet and greet previous the boarding which helped me and my husband to feel comfortable, and our doggies just fell in love of her and her beautiful family. I’ll always recommend her for her professionalism and the heart she puts into caring for animals. As long as she is able to, she will be our forever go to petsitter 😊”

“It was our first time using Rover and Pukker (9-month-old pup), and I had a great experience with Tenille and her family! Pukker is my first dog, and I may be a helicopter dog mum while learning about dog behaviour etc. After our meet and greet, I felt comfortable leaving Pukker with Tenille, who stepped in at the last minute for boarding. They were all very knowledgeable and caring! Pukker was very happy when I left her, and Tenille sent updates and pictures and gave my pup the best care. Although it was only a two-night stay, my partner and I have noticed Pukker is calmer and doing much better on leashed walks! We both agree that I made the right choice for our pup! Dave my cat has not been looked after outside my home for more than 10 years. He’s 17 and I was concerned about how he’d handle not being in his own environment. Plus, he’s gotten pretty deaf. Dan was communicative and kept me up to date with messages and videos. Dave gradually spent some time with Dan’s cat, which was a bonus. Dave did well! He ate his food and approached Dan. I would not hesitate to recommend Dan. She’s gentle and caring.
We had a wonderful experience with Ingo. He took excellent care of our dogs and kept us updated with photos throughout their stay, which we really appreciated. It was clear they were happy, well cared for, and enjoying plenty of walks and attention. They came home relaxed, content, and thoroughly tired from all the fun they had. This was Tofu's second time staying with Joshua and Loki, and we are just as happy with the experience as we were the first time. Joshua went above and beyond to make sure Tofu was well cared for and loved. We especially appreciate the daily photos and updates. Seeing Tofu happy and relaxed made us glad we chose Joshua again. Very smooth drop-off and pick-up. Titiksha's experience with cats was apparent during my cat's stay. Excellent communication and regular pictures. It was obvious from the pictures that my cat was very happy, relaxed, and felt safe (napping in sprawled out positions). My cat's back home now and acting like her usual playful self ❤️. Highly recommend!
Arissa did an amazing job looking after Louis, ensuring all of his needs were met. She went above and beyond to ensure i had photo & video updates. Louis was given the royal treatment by Arissa that he is used to receiving at home with me. I will definitely be booking with her again in the future and highly recommend her.

Wish I could pick 10 stars! Akosua is nothing short of fabulous! I have an old english bulldog (Star) who doesn't do heat well. It was very hot while I was away. Akosua would get up before the sun rose to take out Star and take her out again after the sun set, which meant Akosua put her sleep aside and put Star first. She sent me daily videos, pictures and texts, which put my mind at ease. This was the first time I left Star with someone other than family. Because of Akosua's loving care, I will next time book with Akosua instead of my family :). Star loved her so much she didn't want to come home. Akosua taught me how to be a better dog mom, which I so appreciate. I would highly recommend Akosua, she is a caring and loving person :)
D'Arcy was a wonderful host for my energetic lab. She took her to play fetch and to the dog park and made sure she was exercised regularly. Communication was seamless and she was very accommodating when asked if pick-up time could be pushed a couple hours later than anticipated. I'd definitely recommend D'Arcy to anyone looking for a trusted home away from home.

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your pet to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your pet is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
