18 years caring for animals!
I have never been without at least one pet. I have many branches of experience with both cats and dogs as follows: My family bred Burmese cats; I cared for pregnant and nursing mothers and raised kittens. I worked and volunteered at various city animal shelters with cats and dogs, where I cleaned after, fed and administered basic oral medications. I worked in a group setting for dogs where I mediated play, cleaned after and fed dogs who came for daycare visits and dogs staying overnight. I am trained to bathe, dry, shave, trim nails and brush teeth. My husband is a full performance groomer, in the trade for a decade, and we are happy to provide grooming! My husband and I have our own five cats, a little old Jack Russell, and a snake! We also have our late two cats, snake and dragon cremated. Our animals are our family. No animal is too small or too creepy! I love cats and bugs! Dogs and snakes! Rabbits and rats! Elephants and crocodiles! I love all animals!!!♡

Autumn and friends were wonderful boarding my aggressively affectionate puppy this past weekend. She was flexible and understanding of time changes and kept us up to date with photos and videos of our pup. Her dog Anubis was a wonderful playmate with our pooch. I highly recommend Autumn for any type of boarding, daycare, ect. We will be booking with her again soon.
Great dog walker
Autumn has come a few times now to take care of my cat. Every time as a last minute request and she’s been there & available. I appreciate the care taken, is always on time or early for drop ins, & my cat loves her.
Autumn was amazing. I was in need of a dog sitter last minute and she was able to accommodate me so fast. She was so sweet and my puppy adored her. Will definitely be booking with her again in the future. Thank you autumn!

Schedule
I care for my own animals in place of not being able to have kids. We have breakfast and dinner routines, bathroom routines, trick routines, etc.

Safety, trust & environment
Back yard is blocked off to accommodate bathroom or play, direct back door access allows dogs (only) to come in and out as they please. All our cats are strictly indoors; outdoors is prohibited. Our "grooming room" serves as our hotel suite. While dogs are allowed to wander and sleep in bed with us overnight, it is important that animals have their own space to return to if they wish, with food and water, toys, bedding, and something that belongs to their parents. The door can be closed for feeding, discipline or unsupervised periods. I do not have kennels for large breed dogs; I have two kennels suitable for cats or small breed dogs.

A typical day
Toy engagement, treat encouragement. Morning meal, treats and walks. Afternoon meal if requested, treats and walks. Evening meal, treats and walks. Animals allowed on couch and bed: lots of snuggles! Backyard play and bathroom breaks throughout the day.
