About: I have over 7 years experience working with dogs. 4 years experience full-time dog walking and worked at a pet rescue shelter for 2 years. Your furry family member will be in good hands with me! I am currently working dog walking and am away 3 to 4 hours on weekdays. Otherwise I'm home with my dogs and yours. Dogs can be left out in home or crated depending on their training. I have a fully fenced in yard with room for your pup to play or relax with my 2 dogs. Your dog will be part of our family while staying in our home and treated as such.

About: "I have lived with cats and dogs my whole life. Since I was a child, my parents taught me to love and care for them as if they were part of the family. I love playing with them, and I am very responsible when it comes to making sure they are well and meeting their needs. I work Monday to Friday, so I have the whole weekend to take care of and walk your pet with love, attention, patience, and great responsibility. For now, I cannot take care of pets in my home. But I will soon move to a new place so I can have pets, which is what I have wanted most since I arrived in Canada.

About: I've always had dogs growing up and my love for them extended easily to me, as an adult. I feel that it is important to take each dogs personality into account. Learning patience with each dogs uniqueness is what sets me apart. I have experience with dogs of all sizes and all natures (including reactive dogs). I have the energy to deal with young active dogs that require lots of exercise, as well as ones with a quiet nature, who need someone to simply be there (our senior dogs). I am currently working part time and feel that my schedule can adjust to accommodate most hours (most evenings\weekends, and some week days). Hours can be discussed further. Safety is a priority. After getting to know your dog, I would inquire about any needs they might have; physically and emotionally. I would make sure that the surroundings of the area on walks and park visits are safe.

About: We’ve always been happiest with a dog in our home. With one of us working from home full-time, we’re able to give visiting dogs steady company throughout the day along with the walks, playtime, and routine they’re used to. After caring for our girl Nora for 17 wonderful years, my husband and I have lived through every stage of a dog’s life and still miss having that energy around. We already look after the pets of friends and family, and we’re excited to welcome a few more furry guests. We tailor each stay to your dog’s usual needs, whether that means long neighbourhood walks, extra exercise, or trips to the dog park. We’re big believers in keeping things consistent for the dogs we watch. If your pup has house rules, feeding schedules, training cues, or favourite spots to nap, we follow them closely so their stay feels familiar and comfortable. We reinforce the habits and boundaries you’ve already worked hard to build. Caring for our own dog through a few medical challenges taught us how to handle medications, mobility needs, and gentle support for older pets. If your dog needs special care or a bit of extra patience, we’re comfortable providing it. During the week, there is always someone at home, and weekends are usually spent together too. If your dog enjoys little outings, we’re happy to bring them along on pet-friendly errands or quiet park trips. If they prefer a slower pace, we’re just as happy to relax on the couch and keep things calm. We’re simply hoping to bring a bit of that tail-wagging joy back into our home and make your dog feel safe and loved while you are away. My husband works from home and I work 20% at home and 80% in office. We are both off evenings and weekends. We have a 17 year old teenager as well who is eager to help out. When it comes to your dog’s safety and comfort, we’re your people. We treat every dog like they’re part of our family—so much so, we’d probably share our snacks with them if they gave us that “sad puppy eyes” look. Hopefully we would make them do a trick first. Our yard is fully fenced, which means no escape artist dogs on our watch! While we love giving dogs the run of the yard, we also recognise that some dogs need to have their own space. If your dog has a special bed, crate, mat that brings them comfort bring it. This ensures they have a place they can feel comfortable in. For success we know following usual routines make your pup feel comfortable and safe as possible. Basically, your dog will be treated like royalty… but with more belly rubs.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was young, it’s fulfilling and gives you another reason to be happy! This is an exciting experience to be around other dogs and take care of the animals you all love so much! I have a very flexible schedule, I work at a hockey camp a couple times a week. I love going for long walks or sometimes runs and I've been to the dog park on numerous occasions with my friends and their pups, and my own as well! In home i’ll ask the basic questions to see what your daily schedule looks like and I will adjust to that for however long i’m with your dog! I can also come for a meeting before I look after your furry friend just to get accommodated!

About: I have a range of experience working with dogs who are senior, and have a range of temperaments. I am also experienced in the basics of training and house breaking puppies. I also have several tricks up my sleeve for providing meds for dogs with good noses! Flexible, open to weekends and weekdays. Always up for a good walk, playing around in the yard, practicing commands, and completing enriching activities with your pet! I am a vigilant dog walker, with experience specifically with reactive dogs. I have an understanding of assessing the behaviour exhibited by nearby dogs, and the dog I am walking to determine if a situation would fall into a safe and appropriate opportunity for socialization between dogs. I also remain cognizant of litter and avoiding anything a pup might try to pick up that they’re not supposed to!

About: I have owned and taken care of dogs, cats, birds, rabbits, fish, newts, snakes, hamsters and guinea pigs since I was 10 years old. I have been a breeder of Old English Sheepdogs and Himilayan Cats. I love all animals and treat them with kindness. I am retired and available to board 1 animal in my house over night or 2 animals for daycare during the day. I can take care of several animals in pet owners homes or walking each day. I have a fenced yard and a house that is used to having animals in it. The animals can be cared for in the same manner that I would take care my own pet. All rooms in my house are pet friendly with the exception of the living room that I keep the door closed to. Whatever style of care you choose for your animal is exactly what I can provide. They can be free range or contained in one space, day or night. I always let your pet guide me in the way they want to be cared for. If they are timid I wait until they warm up to me and if they are friendly and brave, I pick them up and give them rubs and scratches as soon as they arrive.
