Princess took care of our six year old cat and she did an outstanding job!! Our cat is very shy but trusted Princess quickly as she was kind and patient with him. She even managed to get him to drink water, which we had been struggling with. In the videos she sent es everyday, we could see that our orange scaredycat came out of his shell which is an extraordinary accomplishment. We would love to have her back!
I was a little apprehensive about using Rover, but did so when my originally booked dog sitter canceled on me on almost no notice. Billie0Lynn was great. Was willing to come with no notice the night before we left to get feeding/walking/access to the house information. She was there when she said she would be. She kept us updated on how Cleo was doing. She also fed my fish while she was there and left my house as clean as she found it. I would 100% use Rover and Billy-Lyn again.
RP was an amazing sitter! Thank you for taking the time to meet our dogs beforehand and for arriving extremely early in the morning to get re-introduced to them! I was nervous about leaving our dogs with someone else, but as soon as we left, I felt completely relieved. Arissa took such good care of our dog while we were away on a long trip. Great communication and we appreciated the daily updates with photos.
