My most extensive pet care experience is with dogs, as I have experience working at dog daycare and overnight kenneling. I love all pets as my own!

I live in an apartment building that does not allow pets, so I strictly work in your home and/or walks. I have trusted references to provide upon request and I am more than happy to send updates throughout housesitting pet care that I provide. I am flexible and will follow your instructions and methods in order to provide the best care for your pet.

Maggie was amazing. She stayed in our house with our two cats while we were on vacation. Not only were our cats happy upon our return, but she also took great care of our house. We highly recommend her.
Maggie was fantastic with our pets and our home. Our 80lb dog was so happy to meet her ahead of her stay and then to hang out with her while we were away. Our younger cat is normally very skittish with people but came to Maggie for attention, showing how comfortable she was with Maggie. Our pets were well feed, exercised and happy when we returned and house in excellent condition. I would totally recommend Maggie and will use her services again.
Maggie was fantastic - the animals were well cared for, lots of pictures and updates from her, and generally very communicative. Would hire her again in a heartbeat.
Maggie cared for our 13 yo lab/whippet mix for a week at our home. Maggie asked questions before her scheduled stay to make sure she understood how to provide the best care. She updated us regularly and asked questions to make sure age -related behaviours weren’t newly developing while we were away. Our dog likely tested her patience at times with night barking and pacing, but Maggie endured and provided extra loving care to soothe our clingy pet. The house was kept tidy and Maggie’s communication was always respectful. Thank you. We’ll look to you again for our future pet care.
Maggie has a passion for providing excellent, loving support to all animals. Her warm patient mannerisms, insightful observation of the pets needs assist her in knowing what the animals under her supervision require . She takes the time to give them the attention necessary to make sure their needs are met and follows the owners wishes. When our family pet was in hospice, Maggie provided music, treats, gentle massage, lots of hugs, petting, Bailey’s favorite toys and took lasting photos that we all share together to this day.
Maggie is absolutely amazing with dogs. We first met Maggie at a local doggie daycare, where she quickly developed a special bond with our pup. It was evident that she cared so deeply for her as well as the other dogs at the daycare. Our dog sure loved her too. Maggie looked after our pup for a weekend when we were out of town and we didn't spend any time worrying about her while we were away as we knew she was in great hands. I cannot speak highly enough of her, and would 100% recommend and trust Maggie to provide care to other dogs too. She rocks!

Downtown Evening Walker & Overnight Housesitter Because I work a stable early-morning schedule (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM), your pets get my full attention all evening and all night long. I have full-day availability every Tuesday and Wednesday, and I am ready for walks or drop-ins any evening after 3:00 PM. For overnight stays, I happily base myself out of your home to ensure your pets follow their exact morning and evening routines seamlessly. Based right in West Broadway, I primarily serve Downtown, the Exchange District, and Broadway, but I am happy to travel across Winnipeg for the right match.
