I have always loved animals, and as an adult I have been pet sitting for friends and family in lieu of owning my own. I find that being able to help my friends care for their little family members to be so rewarding especially because I have the ability to get to bond with them. I find spending time with animals to be centering, and so they help me as well.

Afton has looked after my sweet senior cat, Mavis, when I’ve gone out of town many times. Afton takes the time to ensure Mavis is given love, attention and lots of treats. Mavis also requires a special diet and medications and I know she is always in good hands and is safe when she is in Afton’s care. Afton has stayed at my place while I’ve been away multiple times as well, and always takes wonderful care of my home. It is always helpful knowing that I will be coming back to an environment that is left clean and tidy. I highly recommend Afton to anyone needing help caring for their furry friends.
Afton is a wonderful kitten & fish sitter ! all my babies love her company and she always takes great care of them. I have used her services many times and will continue to do so in the future! she follows pet - care instructions perfectly, sends good updates & photos of my babies, and leaves my house clean!
Afton has been watching my cats for almost a full year now whenever I’m out for the night or out of town. Smudge & Rajah have had a few cat-sitters but can confirm that Afton is their favourite. I always get updates, instructions for care followed meticulously, daily photo updates & the two queens are in great spirits when I return. I never have to worry about them while away due to the attention to detail, great communication & snuggles Afton provides my girls. 10 on 10 do recommend!
