I had my own first pet since 2016c her name is Lulu, I have taken care of her back home in the Philippines until she’s pregnant and her puppies. About: I've been a pet sitter for over half my life, and have always enjoyed caring for animals. For the past year I have volunteered at the Wpg Humane Society as a Baby Bottle Feeder. This role trained me to provide basic care to the smallest of orphaned puppies and kittens and continue to build my skill set in caring for animals. About: Having grown up in a family with 3 cats and a dog, I've always had a strong love and interest in animals. I feel that I can really relate to the animal and get a sense of their soul. I looked after both dogs and cats while travelling in Europe. (During this time, I was working remotely as a freelance translator.) I have experience with various breeds, in particular, greyhounds, as I had an extended sit caring for a senior Spanish greyhound for 6 weeks. About: I've had dogs since I was a kid, I'm used to big, high energy, and stubborn dogs of all ages! We've been fostering pups on and off for over a decade. We have a senior dog and an 11 month old puppy at home and have cared for 5 foster pups in 2026 alone. I believe that effective training includes lots positive reinforcement and love and I don’t use negative reinforcement or punishment with my pets. I work a night shift for FedEx from approx 3am-8/9am. So if you reach out for a booking after 4:30pm you will likely hear back overnight once I’m awake! “Our Heeler had never stayed with anyone else before and is typically a bit of a nervous / shy boy. We have a trip coming up and needed to find him a suitable family to stay with while we are away for a week. After our first meet and greet which went super well, we decided to book an overnight stay so our dog could get used to Tejaswini & Saumik's home before leaving him there for a week. I have nothing but positive things to say about Tejaswini & Saumik. From the moment I met them it was very obvious that they were very experienced with dogs. They knew how to properly and slowly introduce my dog to theirs. They were patient with mine and gave him space when he needed it. They took it slow and let him lead the speed. He was stressed out about being away from me (first time in his 4 year life) and confused. Saumik even went so far as to set up a bed for himself on the main floor so he could stay close to my boy to help get him more settled for the night ❤️. By the next day my boy was following Tejaswini everywhere and started to settle in. I know that with a bit more time he will enjoy his stay and will start to play with their dog Stewie (who is such a patient and good boy). Tejaswini & Saumik's home is well set up for caring for your dog. They have gates and panels that they can modify to keep the dogs safe and give them their own area/space as needed. They also have a large fenced in and escape proof yard. I was also happy with the communication and amount of updates I received from them. They're very quick to reply and sent videos and pictures regularly. I know that when my boy goes for his one week stay that he will settle in and be well taken care of which will really allow me to enjoy my trip with my husband and kids. Thank you Tejaswini & Saumik! Iryna was happy to take him last minute for almost 2 weeks. She sent updates with photos and videos which made us feel comfortable with leaving him for the first time ever! About: I've had dogs since I was a kid, I'm used to big, high energy, and stubborn dogs of all ages! We've been fostering pups on and off for over a decade. We have a senior dog and an 11 month old puppy at home and have cared for 5 foster pups in 2026 alone. I'm currently off work with a disability and have been taking care of dogs and puppies on a volunteer basis/as a foster. I'm taking a break from fostering and figured I could do this in the meantime! Since I'm not currently working I can offer a lot of time, energy, training and care to a dog. We have a 11 month old female husky x puppy at our house who is incredible with other dogs and loves to play all day long! We have a fenced yard. I'm home all day, and my wife works from home so we can hang out with and keep an eye on your dog(s). We can crate your pooch if necessary overnight or if we need to pop out and we have small medium and xl crates at home. We have 2 kids at home 14 and 4 who love to help out and play.

“It was our first time using Rover and Pukker (9-month-old pup), and I had a great experience with Tenille and her family! Pukker is my first dog, and I may be a helicopter dog mum while learning about dog behaviour etc. After our meet and greet, I felt comfortable leaving Pukker with Tenille, who stepped in at the last minute for boarding. They were all very knowledgeable and caring! Pukker was very happy when I left her, and Tenille sent updates and pictures and gave my pup the best care. Although it was only a two-night stay, my partner and I have noticed Pukker is calmer and doing much better on leashed walks! We both agree that I made the right choice for our pup! I recommend Tenille and plan to book more pup staycations with her!”

They are such a kind and caring family, and it was so reassuring to get daily photos/videos and knowing she was in great hands.
