About: I’ve loved caring for animals since I was a teenager, starting with my beloved sausage dog (even if some say they’re not “real” dogs!). Since moving to Whistler, I’ve regularly dog-sat for friends whenever they traveled and couldn’t bring their pups along. For the past two years, my partner and I have had a hedgehog, but since he’s nocturnal, I’ve definitely felt a bit of an “attention void” during the day—so I’d love to give your pet all the care and affection they deserve! I work from home as a sales rep for a pool construction company, and ever since COVID, all my meetings happen online, over the phone, or through email. That means I’m home most of the time, which makes it easy to give your doggie plenty of attention throughout the day! We live in a house with a spacious living room where pets can relax and feel at home when I’m pet-sitting. Our neighborhood is perfect for dogs, with dog parks and forest trails just a few minutes away—so your furry friend will get plenty of walks and outdoor time! Even while I’m working, I always keep an eye on them to make sure they’re safe, comfortable, and getting the attention they need.

About: As a lifelong dog lover and owner of two wonderful chocolate labs, I understand that your dog is more than just a pet, they are a cherished family member. My sweet lab Lulu lived a full and happy life in Whistler until she was 15, and I now have our spirited one year old, Lucy Lu. This journey has given me a deep appreciation for dogs of all ages, from playful pups to lovely, sweet seniors who need extra patience and care. I promise to treat your dog as part of my family, providing them with safe, engaging walks and hikes on our beautiful local trails. My retirement from a career in interior design has now given me the flexibility to dedicate my days to something else that brings me joy, caring for and walking/hiking with doggies! I'm excited to share that joy with your furry family member. My flexible schedule allows me to provide your dog with the daily or weekly care and attention they deserve. I'm an experienced dog owner and believe every dog, from a young pup to a sweet senior, deserves a happy and healthy life. Any doggie in my care becomes part of our family, and I take the greatest care in ensuring their well being. Whether on an adventure on Whistler's beautiful trails or relaxing in our home, your dog will be closely supervised and loved. I've taken a doggie first aid course and always have a small first aid kit on hand, along with plenty of treats (taking into account any allergies or intolerances). Our home and garden are calm and secure spaces with lots of room for play and rest, so your dog can feel completely at ease.

Your dog will find a happy home-away-from-home here! I work from home so I am almost always home. I’m active and go for runs with dogs that need that level of exercise plus I have an off-leash park a 3 minute walk from my house. I live in a townhouse so your pets would be inside except for when I take them for a walk or run down to the park or along the valley trail.

“Tyler was fantastic with our energetic 1 year old golden retriever pup. He took him for long walks, g Sent us pictures every day and even helped train not to pull so much! Thank you Tyler!!!”

About: I've been casually pet sitting over the past 10+ years with plenty of experience with pets of all sizes, temperaments and species. Growing up my family always had a few furry friends running around which has given me the opitunity to care animals as young as new born puppies and kittens all the way up to senior cats and dogs. Most recently I have helped my sister with her cat after it was hit by a car that left her disabled. Some of the care included but wasnt limited to: changing bandages, giving medication and manually expressing her bladder. We are a very active couple who enjoy adventuring and would love a new walking companion. Im not currently working as my partner and myself are traveling around Canada until we start work in september, this means we will have all the time in the world to hang out with your furry friend/s We are gentle people who make time and have patience for animals. We love to play with your animal friends but are also adults and can focus when your companion has additional medication or special and unique needs.

About: Hey :) I've lived in Whistler for just over 2 years, after moving from Cambridge (UK) and work for the mountain. I enjoy hiking, skiing and going to the gym on my weekend! Growing up, I have had all the pets, including a dog. I also grew up with chickens, ducks, quail and rhea (a bit like an ostrich). I enjoy long walks around the lake... I am available most days before 10 am for morning walks, and all day on Fridays 😊. I work most days, but can be available in the evening. I treat all clients homes with respect and will treat your pet like its my own, I may also have to take a few cute photos along the way!
