About: I grew up on a suburban farm, we always had at least 2 dogs around. I live in a very dog very friendly house, access to lakes, hiking trails and dog friendly parks. I’m lucky to have a very flexible schedule and just love having dogs around. Taking care of your dog and ensuring it’s is happy and safe are a top priority to me. I live with my boyfriend and we both have very flexible schedules, we love getting outside in nature and enjoying trail walks. Cuddles on the couch with down time are just as appealing. We always like to acclimate any pet we have by going for a nice walk around. We are very aware of any temperament and happy to take our time to make sure your dog is happy and comfortable.
6. Jayne C.
“Boomer had a great time with Jayne. She sent us photos which was a nice touch. We were able to ski guilt free on the mountain knowing he was having a good time too.”
7. Leah M.
“Leah is the best! I have a rescue Akita that does not do well with other people, however, anytime Leah comes around she opens right up and is super friendly and happy. Leah has 3 dogs herself so its no surprise that my girl Maya feels so comfortable around her. We love Leah!”

About: I've been loving dogs and animals since a very young age, and started petsitting 2 years ago. Always loved to take the time to understand the needs and desire of every animal that im' taking care of and that's why i'm now a dogsledding guide, working with dogs pretty much every day in an idea of understanding them and offering them the best care and education possible with respect and love. Actually working as I Dogsledding guide in Whistler, I'm willing to spend even more time with animals while I'm here. I've always loved animals and don't see my self working with other coworkers than animals. I've learned to work and live with animals true love and respect and this is exactly what i want to bring to your best friend. I always take the time to listen to every animal I have to take care about, listening them and feeling them can tell you a lot about what they want and need. Actually working with 65 dogs, I'm committed to taking the time for each and every on of them, and definitely willing to do the same for your little friend.

About: There was always a dog in my family, and I am very grateful that I grew up around dogs. In my 20s I moved a lot, but I always ended up in a place where someone else had a dog I could hang out with. Now I finally have my own furry friend - energetic lab mix. I have been doing occasional dog walking for others, when opportunity presents, Currently I have a more flexible schedule, where I can take on more responsibilities with dog walking and dog sitting and help out others. As a dog owner, I know how important it is to have someone you trust on speed dial when you need it. I am currently working part time, so I have lots of flexibility to help out. My schedule is flexible, all is based on discussion to see what is possible. I live in a small apartment with my family and a dog. To dog sit in our home, it would be on case to case basis to make sure our pets get along well. We have lots of amazing trails to explore in our neighbourhood.

“I am Leilany’s mother and I can’t think of a better dog sitter then my sweet daughter!! We had all kinds of pets growing up but our two dogs were so well loved and cared for by Leilany! She is reliable, thoughtful, compassionate and a wonder human ❤️ I swear she loves dogs more then people and wants to have a furry friend of her own one day soon!! Thank you, Tanya”

About: I have had dogs and cats my whole life in the family. I am experienced with large breeds such as Rottweilers, bulldogs/bull mastiffs, Great Danes and German Shepard’s. My family had rescued a 5 year old Rottweiler whose trust we needed to earn along with learning to trust his “happy growls”. I am very patient with meeting un-sure animals and willing to gain their trust! I have volunteered at Furry Friends Barrie Adoption Center with cats. I am a 24 year old working professional female who is looking to stay active and get outside more while having new furry friends to enjoy this with me. I work as an armed guard and volunteer with a police service so I am very trustworthy to have in your home & with your special animal!

About: I love dogs and have helped care for lots of dogs, high and low energy, reactive and easy-going. My own dog is great with other dogs and would love to hang out with yours! I work from home and would love to take walk or cuddle breaks with your pup. I work from home on weekdays and can take lots of dog-walk breaks, which I already do to accommodate my own dog. My partner runs his own business and is also home a lot of the time during the days. We both love to spend time outside and are always looking for an excuse to get out and about away from our computers! We have a condo in Pioneer Junction and take lots of walks to One Mile lake and on the surrounding trails. Our dog sleeps on a bed in the living room, but we're happy to have a dog sleep in our bedroom with us or to accommodate a crate if needed.
16. Holly Q.

17. Nicole B.
“Nicole has been my go to dog sitter for my 3 year old Husky mix Zyla whenever I’m out of town. She’s great with Zyla and I can count on her to make sure she gets the exercise and attention she needs! Nicole is easy to communicate with and is always sending lots of photo updates. I 100% recommend trusting Nicole with your dog!”

About: I love animals and especially dogs. I’ve been in charge of mine since I was 11 and I’m always welcome to take care of any dog. I love taking care of dogs, going hiking with them and playing until they get tired. I usually work from Monday to Wednesday from 9:30am to 5:30pm at the Community Centre of Pemberton, and Thursday-Friday from 7:30am to 4am at Ruth’s Pet Hotel (Pemberton). And usually free on weekends. Ask if you have any questions anyway! I don’t have any dogs at home but I have a peace of yard and balcony big enough for the dog! So there will be a posibility to take it/them home.
