Dog Boarding in Pemberton

About: I love dogs and have helped care for lots of dogs, high and low energy, reactive and easy-going. My own dog is great with other dogs and would love to hang out with yours! I work from home and would love to take walk or cuddle breaks with your pup. I work from home on weekdays and can take lots of dog-walk breaks, which I already do to accommodate my own dog. My partner runs his own business and is also home a lot of the time during the days. We both love to spend time outside and are always looking for an excuse to get out and about away from our computers! We have a condo in Pioneer Junction and take lots of walks to One Mile lake and on the surrounding trails. Our dog sleeps on a bed in the living room, but we're happy to have a dog sleep in our bedroom with us or to accommodate a crate if needed.

“Berenice was so sweet with our baby Hiro even though he was a bit nervous in the beginning. She was very kind and accommodating. We loved the picture updates during Hiro’s stay. When we picked him up, Hiro looked very happy! Would totally recommend Berenice!”

“James has watch our dog several times for weeks when we are away. He is great with our dog always sending photos and updates. Our dog has a few challenges and James always goes out his way to accommodate us and Hershey (our dog)”

“Karen took wonderful care of my cat while I was away! Made sure he was fed and happy and most importantly played and cuddled with him daily. He's very social and needs lots of attention and Karen listened to his needs and kept him purring. I received pictures daily and she kept me updated so I wouldn't worry. I highly recommend Karen for all your cat care needs!”

My two aussie labs, who (trust me) are not easy pups to handle, came back with the biggest grins and the wagiest tails! I’m a nervous dog owner and don’t like my pups in anyone else’s paws, but Matt always answered my face times when I wanted to see my babies - in fact, my constant facetiming actually angered my husband greatly on our honeymoon 🤣! I digress, safe to say Matt will be my first port of call whenever I go on holiday.”

“As soon as Ozge arrived in my home, I felt reassured that my little one would be in a secure environment through the night. I had never left my puppy before meeting Ozge, and him having shown isolation distress/being a reactive dog I didn’t know how well the night would play through. Ozge conformed to a flexible schedule, and communication with her was as pleasant as it was efficient. I know Obie had an amazing time spending it with her dog and it makes me so happy he was able to experience the evening and night!”

“Willemijn did a fantastic job at looking after my dog Filo for an overnight stay. I really appreciate the effort she put into thinking about how she would care for Filo together with her dog Milot because we did not have time to do a meet and greet beforehand. Milot is a lovely dog and is quite submissive - he coped very well with Filo’s more dominant behaviour. Soon after leaving Filo i got photos of the two dogs playing together and Milot was very accepting of Filo in his home. I got regular updates of Filo playing, going for great walks and a long hike and also just lying next to Milot clearly tired and happy from the outings. Willemijn clearly loves dogs and understands them and Filo got a lot of attention (which she loves). I highly recommend Willemijn for someone who needs high quality care for their dog. I would love to use Willemijn again and will definitely see if she has time when next in Whistler. I also got great and honest feedback about Filo because she does not live with other dogs so this was a big change and unknowns for her. Thank you so much Willemijn amd Milot - you were great and i got a happy and tired dog back!”

Zed is always very excited for her walks with Lauralyn, she comes back very tired and well exercised.
