“I lived in Vancouver Island for a couple years and had a pretty moody cat who would usually just hide from anyone but myself. Needed someone to check in on him while I would be out of town from time to time and my friend Keetah offered to help out. I think she's the only person who had ever got my cat "Simon" to come out of hiding and actually be friendly which is quite an accomplishment. Keetah is awesome with animals and I never had to worry about my cat because he was in good hands. Highly recommend!”

“This is my second time dropping Holly off at Nicole's. She was very flexible, communicative and accommodating. Holly is an old lady who isn't great with other dogs but Nicole managed her behaviour and everything worked out. It was nice to take Holly with us on the trip to Sechelt and then have a place to take her before we reached our (non-dog friendly) accomodation.”

“We had to find a place for our very young puppy as we had a pre booked trip we couldn’t change. I was very hesitant with any boarding service as we’ve had previous bad experience on Rover with our older dog. But Si Yu was amazing!!! He took the time to explain everything to us when we were dropping her off, and quickly got our puppy used to him and his lovely family! We loved the daily photo updates. We were rest assured throughout our entire 5 day trip from the moment we dropped her off to pick up. We knew she was in great hands with a loving family. I couldn’t recommend anyone better to trust your pup with!”

It was my first time using Rover and I contacted her hours before I needed her to keep my 8 month puppy overnight during the HOLIDAYS and she answered so quickly and made the experience everything and more. She made drop-off and pick-up so easy and she kept me updated throughout the day/night with texts and pictures! I am so happy and pleased to have met her through Rover. I told her right away when I picked up Whiskey that I will be using her services again and again! If you need someone in the heart of Vancouver to care for your pup the way you care for them - send them to Claudia's house! 10/10 would recommend!”
