I have had many cats all my life and now I have a Husky named Aurora who is an absolute joy to care for . I have a 3 story townhouse with lots of space for playing and a fenced in yard with space to run and have unlimited potty breaks! Aurora loves other dogs and is not aggressive at all(she's not spayed). I am available around the clock to keep an eye on your furbabies and/or have a vehicle to visit your home for walks and anything else your pet needs. My cats keep to themselves but do not appreciate being chased, I can arrange to keep them in a separate room if need be. I can't wait to hear about all your little cuties and arrange for a time to meet you and them! I am a hairstylist working from home, I work part time as a beauty advisor and hangout with pets with the rest of my free time :) Because I have a fenced yard I can offer many potty breaks if needed and Aurora is available all day to play and tire your pup out! If your pup needs a lot of walks, I can also provide that no problem whatsoever.

About: I have such a special relation with dogs. I'm mostly open towards them, as I know if my intentions and energy is pure, they don't want to hurt me. I started walking a neighbour’s dog and caring for cats when I was in my midteens - after years of longing for a pet in a pet-free home, it was a way to get a “fix”! Over the years I have cared for other people’s companions and eventually my own. I didn’t get my first dog until I was 29! Since then I have had 5 dogs. The most recent is Lily, a potcake from Bahamas. She joins Poppy, our l mutt who loves to play and take up the whole couch. We are a family that adores our dogs and everyone else’s too! My kids have had dogs in their lives since they were born and they are excellent with dogs of all kinds. My teenage daughter now joins me in caring for animals as a part-time job. This is at no additional cost to clients! Got two dogs? You get two times the love for the same price! If we are dropping in to see your companion, we promise to give them whatever they need - cuddles, play time or to just sit in quiet company. If your dog needs a walk, it will involve lots of focussed attention, chatting, pats, and treats (if allowed). We know what your pet means to you because we know what ours mean to us. And we know the kind of care and attention we want our dogs to have when we have to leave them behind. We offer care and affection, with a personal touch, whether drop-ins or walks. A note about fees: Nightly fees are for up to 24 hours. Additional time that is not a full day may incur additional fees. Not all holidays or high demand times in Ontario or Canada are included by Rover (ie Family Day, March Break) so rates may be adjusted for holidays. I work part-time outside the home. My husband works from home 4 days a week. We fit dog-walking and playtime in around our work and family obligations and usually get at least one big nature walk in on the weekends. Our dogs are part of our daily lives, napping nearby while we work or hanging out with us while we read, watch tv, or play games. We have a large fenced yard and our dogs have the run of the house. We also have a crate and can offer it if your dog needs a space to rest or stay if we go out or overnight. Daily walks and play time, snuggles if they want to, care and affection are just routine around here. We are definitely dog people! I have taken a basic canine first aid course and keep basic first aid supplies in the case of an emergency before veterinary care can be accessed. This would only be used immediately in case of an injury and would not replace veterinary attention.

I tend to wake up early, but I can adjust to whatever feeding schedule your pup is used to. Crates are welcome if your pup is crate trained but also not necessary as I usually let dogs get comfy in my room. I am very workable around whatever schedule your dog is used to as I want them to feel as comfortable as possible in my home.

About: I bring personal experience and lots of patience to every dog I care for. I’ve trained my own dog from puppyhood, so I understand basic training, commands, and routines. I love giving dogs attention, walks, and a calm happy environment, whether they are energetic pups or more relaxed adults. I’m currently a university student with a pretty open class schedule and lots of free time. I’m able to give dogs plenty of walks, playtime, and attention. I’m happy to adjust to their routine and make sure they feel loved and cared for. Although I don’t keep a pet in my university apartment, I have a dog back home that I have trained and cared for. About: I've work in multiple animal hospitals taking care of range of ages of pets from senior to barely a week old kittens. I understand the gentle nature you must have when taking care of your fur babies. My neighbor has a beautiful 16 year old cat that I take care of and at times he can have some accidents and I always do my best not just cleaning up the mess but also bathing him to make sure he stays nice a clean. Family friends have put their trust in me for taking care of their senior German shepherd while on vacation making sure she got the attention and the proper exercise while away. Each pet is unique and have their own special requirements, some need to run for miles, other's are couch potatoes and I'm capable of meeting either needs. Whether it's a nice jog or stroll, learning/reinforcing commands. I also understand that some dogs can be anxious and need time to warm up to knew people or have routines that help ease them. With my work in clinics I experienced working one on one with anxious rescues and learned how to work with them to help making them more comfortable with strangers in the clinic. At the end of the day I want to give you pets the best experience I can and treat them like my own while they're in my care. I have a very flexible schedule at the moment giving me plenty of time to take care of your fur babies, even evening too rain or shine. I'd first want to know if there's and house rules for your pets (no siting on the couch, certain areas of the house that could be off limits, timing for if they go in a crate at night). I'd want to spend as much time as I could with them getting their energy out or if their more the type to lay with you on the couch. I would always amke sure their water bowl stays full and make sure they dont get into anything while you're gone. I'd also could take garbage and recycling out if needed while you're away.

About: I have had pets my entire life, and for as long as I can remember I have been the biggest animal lover. I have experience in dog walking, bathing, etc! I had a cat and 3 dogs. I currently have two energetic and adorable irish setters, and I previously had an english setter. I am currently a full-time student, but I have a light class schedule with a lot of free time to take care of your lovely pets! I am physically strong enough to walk bigger breeds, as all three of my dogs have been 60-90lbs. I love walking dogs, and am confident in my abilities!
