“Ruomai always takes wonderful care of our Millie! Super attentive, and provides some videos and pictures throughout the day so we know she is doing well. Always gets her to eat when she is kept through meal times, and makes sure she has a comfortable social experience as well. Millie is always just as excited to come here as she is to come home! Would always recommend.”

“Wenge & Changhe H were fantastic! They took amazing care of our dog, Simba, and we really appreciated the regular updates and photos they sent while he was staying at their home. It was clear that Simba was happy and well-cared for. We would absolutely trust them again with Simba and highly recommend their services.”

“Deborah-Lynn was an amazing sitter for our pup! She was very accommodating and made sure everything was just right for his stay and he had a great time. We would definitely book with Deborah again!”

“Isha and Carlos were very welcoming of my little 5 months old puppy - as were their two dogs Lucy and Bella. They agreed to a meet and greet beforehand and alleviated all my worries about leaving my "baby" with them. Bella and Riley hit it off immediately and started playing and running like crazy in the backyard, with Lucy trying her best to keep up with the two. Yesterday they watched Riley all day for me and he had a blast. The videos they sent showed them frolicking in the back yard and then taking exhausted naps. They really care about making your pet feel at ease. Riley will be back soon!”
“Ashley is actually the best!! I’ve requested daycare on a couple occasions with super short notice and she’s always happy to help- Even keeping my pup a little longer on the days where I work late. Would absolutely recommend! ❤️”

“Adam is caring, kind and patient. Our pup loves hanging out with Adam and his family. Over the past three months, we’ve left our pup with Adam over 10 times now. We’re very lucky to have found Adam through Rover. We’d highly recommend him!”

“We had a great experience! Wei was very communicative and kept us updated with pictures throughout the night, which gave us so much peace of mind. They were also super accommodating with timing, which made things so much easier for us. Chili had an absolute blast and came home happy and tired :)”

“Tyler was great with my 3.5 month old puppy. Tyler was attentive, caring and communicated well with me throughout the stay. Boon, the dog, was very well mannered and taught some good things to my puppy. I would definitely contact Tyler again in the future.”

“Great communication. Right from booking until the end of the day today. When we dropped Cooper off they met us and took him out for a walk so we could get things inside and share some information. Eva sent updates throughout the day and Cooper came home tired and happy. We will be back. Thanks for the exceptional care of Cooper today.”

“Thank you so much for taking great care of Cooper. She took pictures, updated us on how he was doing and sent photos. He was happy and tuckered out when we got him home. Five star rating indeed.”

About: Hello! My name is Olivia, and I am an experienced dog owner who runs my own training, grooming and pet care business in New Hamburg called Canine Community Corner. We offer a wide variety of services, such as boarding, walking, drop in visits, bath and brush, and nail trim services. We also carry a wide variety of pet care products in our storefront, most of which are made by other local small businesses. In my home, I have 2 dogs and a cat. In the past I have also had a bearded dragon, a chameleon, hamster, rats, and mice, so I am experienced with a wide range of animals. During their stay with us, your pet will receive flexible 5 star care, depending on their needs and preferences. My dogs and I are avid hikers, and often spend our free time out on walks through the forest. If your dog prefers to stay home, we are also able to provide a calm and quiet environment for the duration of their stay. I also have a wide variety of actives they can do at my facility in the case of bad weather, including a treadmill, obstacle training, and scent work activities. My goal and belief as a pet professional is that services should be catered to each specific client, and not a one size fits all model. Because of the size of our living space and the nature of my job/business, I do require that any dogs coming to stay with us are crate trained and that their crate is brought with them. This not only allows for a smooth and stress-free stay, but provides your dog with a familiar safe space in a new environment. If your dog has any sort of separation anxiety, please let me know beforehand so I can plan accordingly. Feel free to message me with questions at any time! Because I am a small business owner, I have a very flexible schedule that can change depending on the needs of my clients - whether that’s in a drop-in, walk, or boarding service. Our canine clients often spend the day with my at my storefront, then come hone with me in the evenings to hang out until bedtime. Depending on the dog and the preferences of the owner, they may also participate in group classes as a demo dog to help show the exercises being taught. I am currently living in an apartment that opens outside to a large yard. Dogs are kept on a long line, unless otherwise specified by their owner that they are able to be reliably off leash. Even with owner permission, I typically avoid any off leash time that could potentially lead to the dog escaping or getting injured. I also have a very structured system in my home, where I introduce dogs through a parallel pack walk before letting them interact either indoors or outdoors. I also spend a significant amount of time working on calm and impulse control, and avoid letting pets in my home get overly excited.
“We dropped our pup May off with Sabrina on a somewhat last minute request and she was great. Very good communication and easy drop off/pickup. May did not want to leave when we picked her up! Would definitely recommend Sabrina to anyone.”

“Laila loves going here. Plays so well with her dog Link. Great backyard for them to run around in. Priyanka is very responsive and I get lots of updates throughout the day.”

“Our dog loves spending time with Brittany and we really appreciate her skills and approach with him. It's also great to see him running to front door when we drop him off.”

“My boy spent a very playful day at Saksham's place. Seems he loved his company too, I'm looking forward to book more days like this for him. Saksham also updated me his status timely. Thanks Saksham and see you soon:)”

About: I’ve loved animals for as long as I can remember! My partner and I currently have a sweet little poodle at home, so we understand the importance of reliable and loving care. Over the years I’ve cared for dogs, cats, guinea pigs, hamsters, turtles, fish—even a gecko! I’ve also helped take care of friends’ and neighbours’ pets, whether it’s going on walks, feeding, or just spending time with them. I treat every pet like family and always aim to make them feel safe, happy, and loved while you’re away :) I just finished my undergraduate degree and currently stay at home full-time while my partner works remotely, so one of us is always home with your pet! I’m available for walks, drop-ins, and boarding, with lots of flexibility on weekdays and weekends. Whether it’s playtime or quiet companionship, your pet will get plenty of love and attention throughout the day. We live in a pet-friendly apartment near the University of Waterloo, with a secure balcony and lots of cozy spots for your pet to relax. We have two sweet, friendly poodles who enjoy the company of other pets but is also happy to give them space if needed. We also have a crate available for pups who prefer their own quiet spot to rest. Your pet’s comfort and safety are our top priorities.

Here is a polished review: I had a very good experience! My dog had a wonderful day and looked so happy when I picked him up. She took care of all my dogs needs and speficications and took him for two walks during the day. I really appreciated the care and attention she gave him, and I would definitely recommend her!

We had a wonderful experience with Khushbu while caring for our Bella. She kept us updated with plenty of photos and videos throughout the day and that meant a lot to us and showed how well she was being cared for. Seeing Bella happy and comfortable brought us so much peace of mind. Thank you for treating her with such kindness and care. We wouldn’t hesitate to trust you with Bella again.

10/10 highly recommend! My dog Finn can be pretty demanding of attention around new people, but everything went great. He seemed to really enjoy his time there and was completely content to just relax once we got home. I also really appreciated receiving photos and updates throughout the stay.

Cole and Lin were amazing with my young, energetic Doberman. He's a big guy and he's in his teenage years so he can be a handful! I was very nervous finding someone who could take on the energy of my dog but Lin and Cole reassured me of their experience with larger dogs. I'm glad I trusted them to take care of my dog for the day. Now I feel like anytime I need a dog sitter I know who I can go to and I know he will be well taken care of. Thank you Lin and Cole!

Salma was an amazing dog sitter! She has a great personality with a natural affectionate and gentle nature with pets. She took great care of Kofi and he was very happy to spend his time at Salma's place, and on top of that she's very flexible and accommodating as well. 10/10 would dog sit with Salma again 💯

Jana was amazing. My dog is blind and deaf and can be a bit much when meeting new people and being new spaces. Jana was unphased by it all - she was so calm and accommodating. Ernie was in love with her by the end of their first day together. She is also very prompt with replying. Highly recommend!
