I've had a passion for animal care my whole life. I grew up caring for the family cats, watching neighbours various pets, and even attending summer camps with a focus on caring for animals outside of playing and cuddling with them. I graduated from the Animal Care Assistant Certificate Program with top marks in 2014. I've used the new knowledge to advise family and friends, reassure them in hard decisions regarding their pets, and to give them peace of mind while on vacations in regards to who is caring for their fur-babies while they are away. I've taken care of various birds, turtles, rodents, fish, as well as the more common cats and dogs. From pee pad training, to nail clipping, to giving medicine for high needs animals, I've done it all! With the support of my soon-to-be-husband I've decided to use Rover to offer my sitting services to more pet parents, just like you!

We feel great leaving our pooch with Brittany anytime and knowing he loves hanging out with her makes the overnights even better.
Our dog loves going to Brittany's! She is very good with him, and provides us with regular updates/pictures throughout his stay.
Brittany did a great job watching Percy for the day. She sent me updates and took good care of him. She even made a ramp in her backyard for him which was a nice touch. Would highly recommend!
Brittany did such a wonderful job keeping our cat fed, cared for, and entertained! We had total peace of mind knowing she was giving him snuggles and love. Brittany was attentive, sent lots of photos and videos, and responded promptly to messages. Our house was spotless when she left. We will definitely rebook her for future house sits :)

I am currently working from home as a free-lance contractor, so my work can easily be taken on the go or worked around your pets scheduled needs!

Safety, trust & environment
I have a fenced yard and am close to come beautiful walking trails that any dog would love. I also live in a multi level home with 2 cats that can easily be seperated from your fur-baby if they are more comfortable as an only child. I also do drive and can easily come to your pets home instead - whatever works best for you and your pet!
Pets
A typical day
I love hiking the trails near my home, through the forest, along the creekside and through sunny parks. On hot days, more frequent trips to the backyard with some quick runs playing fetch with a favorite ball are better than the long walks!
