About: I was raised along with pets, especially large breed dogs. I own a Goldy who is almost 2 yrs old and handling reactive dogs is my area of expertise. I have received several training sessions on how to handle reactive dogs since my fur baby is a reactive guy. Never would I put them in an uncomfortable situation because fur babies are my life and truly understand what they need as I grew up learning about them as my uncle is a vet and always spend my weekends at his vet, volunteering and helping all the fur babies. I work full time from 8 am to 4 pm. But available anytime anytime between 7 am to 8 am or little earlier if needed and anytime after 4 pm as well :) however except Wednesdays! Fur babies are my lifeline, I believe they are the most lovable and the most precious living beings on earth. Their love is so pure and beautiful that I’d do anything to keep them safe and happy. My Goldy is not only a reactive baby but allergic to proteins and on a specific food diet with many restrictions, so this is my area of expertise. I would love to cuddle, take care, give them the attention they need and share all the time I have to make them joyous because they are truly angels that loves us no matter what so the least I could do is give them unconditional love and care

About: I have been a pet parent all of my life. I grew up on a farm with every sort of animal. My parents bred Dachshunds and American Eskimos. Currently, I am mom to a rescued Frenchie girl with a heart murmur. She has a Grade 3 of 6 heart murmur which makes me especially familiar with special needs animals. Post walk paw cleaning, face fold cleaning, special post walk treats... Clean water from a freshly washed bowl. Whatever your pup needs will be done. I practice Cesar Millan's techniques and am a calm and confident walker. However; I also know how super important it is for pups to have the opportunity for enrichment through sniffing. All dogs are the cute, cuddle kind. I can't wait to meet yours! I'm home full time other than when walking or checking on fur friends. About: I grew up with Moose, our family's Shar-Pei. The breed tends to be wary of strangers, and watching Moose slowly warm up to visitors taught me to let a new dog come to me when they're ready. I've also walked dogs for neighbours and friends, and I'm comfortable with dogs of all sizes and energy levels. On walks, my phone stays in my pocket unless I'm taking photos for your update. That way, I spot a dropped chicken bone before your dog does. If your dog tenses up at an oncoming dog, a skateboard, or a goose, I cross the street or head the other way before it turns into barking or lunging. I also adjust each walk to your dog, whether they need a slow stroll with lots of sniffing or a brisk pace to burn off energy. I'll stick to your rules too: the commands you use, how many treats are allowed, and whether the couch is off-limits. I'm on a lighter course load this term, so apart from a few classes, I'm available 7 days a week, 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. That means I can walk your dog at the same time every weekday while you're at work, so they know what to expect. I'm also around for last-minute walks when you're running late, and I can usually do a meet & greet within a day or two of hearing from you. I keep my Rover calendar up to date, so if it shows me as available, I am. If my class schedule changes next term, I'll give you plenty of notice. At our meet & greet, I'll learn your dog's routine, how they are with other dogs, what spooks them, and who to call in an emergency, including your vet. On walks, I make sure your dog can't back out of their collar or harness, keep them leashed the whole time, and always pick up after them. They only greet other dogs if you're fine with it and the other dog's owner agrees. On hot days, I test the pavement with the back of my hand to make sure it's safe for paws, bring water, and keep walks short and shaded. When it's bitterly cold or icy, I shorten walks and stick to cleared paths. In your home, I block the doorway when I come and go so your dog can't dart out, and I never bring anyone else inside. On drop-ins and house sits, I keep meals, walks, and bedtime on your dog's usual schedule. When I'm staying over, I never leave them alone longer than we've agreed. Before I leave, I wipe mud or road salt off their paws, refill the water bowl, latch any gates, and lock up. After every visit, you'll get photos and a quick update, including bathroom breaks. If anything seems off, like limping or an upset stomach, I'll let you know right away.

I have lots of experience training and working with difficult breeds, as my 9 year old energetic (sassy) pup has needed constant attention.
