My senior lab came back so energized (in a good way)! He’s slowed down over the years but since they had other labs the company really helped him feel young in how he’s acted. I got video and picture updates which is so nice to see him in action and having a goood time.
We left our dog Shoorik with Stanley Sue and their lovely Arya for 9 days, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. Nova loved staying with Jordan and didn't want to leave him when the stay was over! 🙂 I think he made a new friend with Jordan. Jordan was very accommodating, very good with communication, taking pictures throughout the night of Nova's stay. We could tell Nova was in a great mood and Jordan took very good care of him, taking him on all the walks he needed to get his energy out. 🙂 Also great knowing that he is experienced with tools like prong collars and knows how to manage large breeds. Jasmine was amazing with my dog, Mia! From the start, she was super kind and made sure to ask about Mia’s routine, favorite activities, and little quirks. While I was away, Jasmine kept me updated with photos and messages, which made me feel so at ease. It was clear that Mia was happy and well cared for. Jasmine even took her on a long walk and gave her lots of love and attention. When I got back, Mia was her usual happy self, which says it all. Jasmine made the whole experience so easy and stress-free.
Tian is a caring and thoughtful sitter, she's helped us with dog walking previously and yesterday, we had our first boarding. We know our dog is in good hands; she fed him well and went on long walks to tire him out. Tian is very responsive and provides picture updates which is appreciated. Yitao, Xiao and Pepper took amazing care of Bheema while we were away. Yitao and Xiao provided prompt communication through the booking process and were so accomodating and friendly. Bheema grew fond of them very quickly! We loved the updates throughout the day - was great to see what he was upto throughout the day, clearly spending time doing the things he loves, with lots of walks, play time and cuddles. Was our first time leaving Bheema alone but Yitao and Xiao helped us feel at ease knowing he was in good care and happy. Highly recommend and will definitely be booking in the future.
Leanne took care of our two dogs for 12 days, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience! From day one, she was incredibly warm, professional, and attentive.
