Growing up in Saskatchewan, I spent my childhood with Labs, learning the ins and outs of canine companionship from an early age. When I moved to the West Coast, my passion for dogs continued as I worked for "Release the Hounds," a professional dog hiking company, gaining valuable experience with a variety of breeds and personalities in outdoor settings. At home, our family includes Artoo, a sweet Mexican rescue who has taught us so much about patience and understanding, especially when it comes to separation anxiety. I know firsthand how important it is for you to feel secure that your dog is happy, safe, and well-cared for during the day when you are away. That's why I'm committed to providing updates, ensuring you know your furry friend is getting their exercise, bathroom breaks and comfort. I offer a range of services to suit your needs, including 30-60 minute dog walks and overnight boarding in our loving home environment. In the future, I would love to offer 1-2 hour forest hikes! Whether it's an energetic hike or a leisurely city stroll, I'm excited to spend quality time with your pup! Pet care is a part of our everyday as we currently have a Mexican rescue pup, Artoo. Aside from getting her out in the neighbourhood sniffing, we go out on hiking adventures every weekend, and even sometimes in the weekday evenings in summer in those longer summer days. We have a fenced yard to keep our pup contained. We take our pup, Artoo out for 3-4 walks per day to get her neighbourhood sniffing in.

About: I’ve taken care of or lived with dogs for the last ten years. We currently have an 8 year old Labrador who needs some doggy company! We go for lots of forest walks and swimming expeditions! I’m currently a stay at home mum with my two year old. I have a very flexible schedule and thought it would be a perfect fit to start offering doggy care services. We have a huge yard and live right next to Cumberland Forest! I have a fenced yard and currently have an 8 year old black Labrador. We go for two walks a day including an off leash forest walk somewhere in the Comox Valley.
