About: Hello! I have been an animal lover all of my life, I have a particular love for cats and dogs and have 2 cats and 1 dog of my own! I have a kind and compassionate nature and my goal in life is to pet as many dogs as possible. I have a soft spot for cats and would be happy to do drop on visits with playtime, feeding and litter box cleanings as well. If your cat likes to be walked, I can do that too! I look forward to meeting you and your furry friends as well as earning your trust. Lastly I promise to treat your furry friends as if they were my own. If you have any questions feel free to ask! ( as a side note I can also feed, water and collect chicken eggs while you are away on vacation) My availability varies week by week, upon requests I can discuss availability and determine if I would be a suitable sitter for your pets. I do have a vehicle and can accommodate multiple drops ins during the day. In a clients home I would make sure I am caring for the animal as to not disrupt their normal routine. If a cat is sat at my home they will have their own kitty paradise in a spare room along with their food, water, litter. This is to ensure a low stress environment for all involved.

I've owned cats and dogs thru out my childhood, as an adult I adopted older and untrained animals from shelters and breeders and they fit in perfectly with rythem love and consistency. I work as a local barber. I am flexible with my schedule. I'm flexible to come and go to walk or house sit for you and your fur baby! I can follow instructions for your family and pets routine of normal. Talk, read, pet, sing, watch little Netflix whatever they enjoy for human time.

About: I've thoroughly enjoyed caring for a variety of pets over the years, while giving home owners a peace of mind while travelling. I've now looked after animals in Ontario, British Columbia, Montana, and Hawaii via Trusted Housesitters. I grew up with dogs and cats, and now that I am travelling lots I love getting to spend time with pets while house sitting. I have taken care of big animal families, like one that had a cat, two dogs, a turtle, and a tortoise. Each time house sitting, I prioritize dog walking, feeding times, maintain any routines, and make sure the animals feel safe and loved. I am naturally tidy and treat every home with care and respect. At the end of the day, I know there’s nothing better after time away than coming home to a clean home with happy pets! I know how important routines are for animals, especially while their family is away. As someone who works remotely on their own schedule, I adapt to the existing routines and schedules of the house I am sitting for. I will give lots of cuddles and attention (as wanted), and ensure your pet feels safe and loved while you are away. I water household and outdoor plants and for longer sits I will cut grass for small fee.

About: Grew up on a farm with a dog- and been obsessed ever since! I am a Boston terrier lover at heart, but always wanted someone to have nearby that if I needed care that they too would love my dog like I did- as family. I’m super flexible for schedules and travel. I have my own vehicle, so I don’t mind picking up or dropping off. I can be available for vet appointments, ferry transport, and airport transport or just a good ol’ fashion cuddle and ball toss. I’m comfortable giving medication to the dogs if needed as I have cared for elderly pets too. I want them to feel safe and at ease, and reduce any stress- I want to offer them same love and care that I did with Brutus, and always wanted to have someone available to love my dog with the same love and care. But happy to learn about any specifics you have about your pets needs and quirks. ♥️

About: I have over 10 years of experience in caring for dogs and cats. I have had a deep love for animals since I was a young child! I currently have a male basset hound named Flash who is now well into his senior years. He loves other dogs and still enjoys his daily walks. I also used to have a cat and I have lots of experience house sitting for friend’s cats. I am currently attending college online and am available 24/7. I live at home with my mom and my dog. I am interested in dog walking if you are in my area, as I don’t have a car. As far as boarding goes, I have a spacious yard for dogs to play and there are plenty of walking trails close to my home. My yard is partially fenced in and backs onto an alleyway with very minimal traffic. Your pets will always be supervised during their time in the yard.

Because I am new to the Rover experience, I much appreciated that she wanted me to share all about my dog and our activities before we agreed that she would take care of him for about a week in my home. She was confident and calm with my dog and took on some yard care tasks in my absence. She reported to me every couple of days (as requested) documenting things were going well. I was away for an extended time and Melinda had to hand over dog sitting to a friend of mine, who confirmed that the dog was in great spirits and my house was left tidy and clean. About: I have previously lived with 4 large dogs! And loved every minute of it. During this time I helped raise two puppies and took all 4 for frequent walks. I am available on Saturday and Sunday full time. Otherwise for week days I am available from the morning until 4 pm as I work evenings. I am an expert at building relationships with other peoples dogs! I love to play with them, take for walks or even just cuddle with them on the sofa I am also willing to do whatever necessary to keep them safe

“I’ve never seen my senior dog so calm and happy and I can tell he was absolutely doted on. I can honestly tell he already misses Colleen and Rob. They took expert care of my pug, from administering his meds, to taking him on walks and adventures. Not only that but they left my home sparkling clean and even fixed a few things! They also were very understanding as the home is for sale and there were house showings while they were here which they handled brilliantly. Not only that but While I was away I ended up getting Covid and having to extend my stay and they were so understanding and communicative and I knew my pug was in safe hands. Will absolutely be booking them again and highly recommend these two to look after your beloved pets.”

About: Hi! I'm a full-time cat mom of two wonderful kitties, Iggy & Hans. They make the rules around here, so unfortunately I can't get a dog right now, but that means I'm more than happy to watch your dog/pets in your home :) I grew up with 2 beautiful Newfoundlands and a Heinz variety, and I'm a huge animal lover. I have experience with young pups/senior dogs, and have some experience providing medication to both dogs and cats. I work from home 4 days a week (in office one day a week), so I'd be with your pet the majority of the stay. This is great for pets who like their routines and thrive on a consistent schedule when it comes to feeding/walking/playtime etc. I've done sits for both active and low energy dogs, so I can adapt to their energy level:) As a cat mom who loves to travel internationally, I understand how stressful and hard it can be to trust someone with your home/pet and I'd be happy to provide as many updates and photos as you'd like :)
