About: I’ve owned a husky shepherd in the past and have been caring for and being around dogs since I was a kid. I love walking and running with dogs on local trails especially if their recall is good, but can also do leashed walks and park plays. I’ve fostered puppies in the past and also babysat senior dogs for friends. I work from home in Port Alberni and I have a fenced in yard. I’m able to provide great and thorough care during the work day and evenings. I often work from a cozy space in my garage that has big patio doors opening to the yard so pups can enjoy outside time while supervised. I like to take run or walk breaks during the day as well. I have a fenced yard which is great for dogs who visit or come to stay. I do have two cats so I am more keen to board and dog sit pups that are good with cats. I do have the ability to separate a dog from the cats for shorter stays.

“Leesa was an amazing house/dog sitter! She stayed with my dog for 5 weeks and did such a great job that my dog hardly knew I was gone! When I got back and ran into people out on our walks they would stop me and say "what a great dog sitter you had"! She was diligent in sending videos and emails about how Finn was doing and it really put my mind at ease and made my day to see him so happy. About: I’ve taken care of dogs of every age since I was 9. Friends and friends of friends and family have relied on me to walk, feed, brush and bathe their pets I’m currently working Part Time and will have plenty of time to play with your pet in the morning or evening for an hour or more. I will care for your fur babies like they are my own. I can easily create your pet if needed. Will give them medicine if they need it Also will take clients in Nanaimo

About: I've had dogs most of my life. I'm a big fan of Cesar Milan and his methods. A calm human makes for a calm dog I have lots of time to spend with your pooch. I enjoy the morning walk and another in the late afternoon. Exercise, discipline, affection is my motto. That being said, I do have a full time, Mon- Fri 8-5, job and require that your dog be kennel trained or good in the house (no chewing) while I'm at work. I have a fenced yard. My heart loves the pooches that are hard to walk. I am happy to invite your dog into my home.

She was punctual on her visits and followed my instructions to the letter with feeding times, fresh water changes and litter box cleaning. She played with Lucy and kept her company twice a day which I was so grateful for. Rhaya went out of her way to ensure Lucy was safe, healthy and entertained so as to not feel lonely. She was quick to send photos and updates to ease my mind and always briefed me daily on how she was doing ie.feeding, bathroom and her overall moods.
