“Marysa was lovely in checking in on my kitty. She sent the cutest photo updates throughout both days. I will be booking her again in the future!”

About: I’ve always loved being around dogs and the energy they bring. I especially enjoy getting out for walks, and having a dog as a companion makes that time even better. It’s honestly one of my favorite ways to spend a day. I’m fairly new to the world of dog walking and sitting, most of my experience coming in the last 4 years. I may be newer, but that doesn’t mean I lack the necessary experience. I’ve worked with different temperaments and ages, from high-energy dogs to older ones that need a slower, more gentle pace. I’m comfortable following routines, including walks, feeding schedules, and any specific care instructions. My goal is to make sure your dog feels comfortable, happy, and well cared for while you’re away. I understand how important it is to trust someone with your pets and I want you to feel like you’re leaving your dog with someone who has as much love to give as you do. I am working part-time, I’m currently doing evening bartending shifts, so I will be available nearly all hours of the early day and 3-4 days a week I will be available in the evenings as well, usually varies what days:) Providing a safe and comfortable environment is always my top priority. I take the time to understand each pet’s routine, personality, and any specific needs so I can care for them in a way that feels familiar and low-stress. I’m attentive during walks, mindful of surroundings, and careful to follow any instructions around feeding, medications, or behaviour. At the same time, I make sure each pet gets the kind of care and attention that suits them best. Whether that’s a slower, relaxed pace for a senior dog or more active walks and playtime for a high-energy pup, I adjust to what keeps them happy and comfortable. My goal is to create a balanced environment where your pet feels secure, well cared for, and genuinely enjoys their time while you’re away. I am always happy to send picture updates as I go through my day, of the happy pups and their smiling faces as they go about on their walks.

“Highly recommend Karuna for all your pet sitting needs she treats your pet like her own and is very reliable and attentive! She always leaves a detailed update and photos so your trip remains stress free. I would definitely recommend her services! 11/10”

About: I have professional and personal experience with dogs, working in a professional setting with up to roughly 100 dogs daily (to many...please don't hire me to look after that many) as well as working with strays and rescues out of the country... Just lots of pet experience all around. I am professionally trained in dog and cat behavior, and studied wildlife biology. Not just a dog lover, I can handle all animals well, including exotics:). I am open for over night or a few hours or days. Any time is a good time. I can be flexible for whatever works I pay attention to the animal's behavior and needs rather than wants. Every dog is a new personality and they shouldn't all be handled the same way.

About: Long time dog owner, I specialize in senior animals. I fully beleive in letting dogs sniff areas as much as they need, it's stimulating to them. I am self employed and living on Saturna Island. I live, work and travel with my best friend Raygan. We live off grid and raise our own meat birds, eggs and veggies. I do not provide in home care at my house. Need to meet minimum word requirements. Word. Word. Word. Word. Word. Word. Word. Word. Word.
