Belle is a very timid senior cat and we weren’t really sure how this would go. As it turned out, everything went well. Kylee came by for 1/2 hour each day that we requested and spent some time playing with her, checking her litter robot, automatic wet food and dry food appliances and water fountain. We were sent pictures of Belle almost daily and were very appreciative of that. I would definitely recommend Kylee to anyone looking for a pet sitter/companion and would request her services again when needed.”

I’m willing to go to your home and water, feed and take your fur baby out for bathroom breaks and a cuddle. This will take a load off your mind as well as physically for your fur babies. I may not have years of getting paid and labelled as “professional” but I’m experienced when loving animals and using common sense to look after them and your home. Any questions, just ask. Cheers. I am a mortgage broker and can work from home. This gives me the flexibility to be with your pets mostly around the clock. Taking pets for walks and out door breaks when required. “Alexia and her mom Shelley were absolutely amazing! My partner and I were visiting the island and wanted to do a whale watching trip. We knew we didn’t want to leave our dogs in the RV and decided to try to find someone to watch them. We thought it would be a long shot with such short notice and it being on a Sunday but began calling around. After reaching out to quite a few daycares in Nanaimo and Parksville and being told they were full I decided to try using Rover for the first time. I was super nervous but found Alexia and read the reviews and decided to message her. Alexia responded almost immediately and agreed to take both of our dogs for the following day. I asked Alexia a million questions and was worried about the heat wave and she answered everything with no issues and made me feel confident that the dogs would be in good hands. After we left and were on the tour we received many pictures of our dogs from Alexia that were absolutely stunning and she provided us updates on their well being. We enjoyed our tour and weren’t worried at all. When we picked the dogs up you could tell they had a great time and despite the heat they didn’t seem too hot at all. Shelley even let us know that our one dog might have a bladder infection which helped confirm our suspicions we had as well. If we ever return to the island we would definitely reach out to Alexia again if we needed to have our dogs looked after.”

About: I’ve taken care of my own two large dogs since I was a kid. Helping with their training, playtime, walks, and overall care. I have also managed to recognize and provide assistance to my one dog who struggles with separation anxiety. I’m a very helpful being who’s observant, and present with each pet. Caring for each one in the puppy stage, all the way to their senior stages. I currently have plenty of free time and would love to help people in the community in finding trusted pet care for their furry ones. I’m always open to discussing days outside of my preferred ones as well. I live in a more semi rural area, allowing for loads of open trails and beaches to walk my furry babies and enjoy their playtime.
