About: I've had cats at home since I was born. I've been occasionally cat-sitting for neighbours and family members since around the mid-2010s. I have experience with administering pill medication. I am currently studying as a part time university student. I am completing my courses online and asynchronously, meaning that I have lots of flexibility for visits! While visiting your cat I can feed, put out fresh water, give medication, and scoop the litter box for them. Depending on the cat I can also spend time playing, brushing, or giving them a lap to sit on!

Bear enjoys spending time with Lisa, and I’m happy to have found someone so reliable and thoughtful.”

About: What sets me apart is my 15 years of hands-on experience caring for my own dogs, plus volunteering in a veterinary clinic for three years. I’m comfortable handling special needs like administering medications and managing dietary restrictions. I’ve also assisted with training puppies and providing gentle, attentive care for senior dogs. Above all, I treat every pet like they’re my own, giving them love, patience, and personalized attention. I provide loving, reliable care right in your pet’s own home, so they can stay comfortable and stress-free in their familiar environment. While I’m not able to host pets at my place, I’m happy to come to yours to ensure they receive the same affection, attention, and routine they’re used to. About: With two years of dedicated pet care experience under my belt, my journey has been both enriching and enlightening. Working at Dogotopia provided me with invaluable insights into dog behavior, as I immersed myself in understanding the intricacies of canine psychology and social dynamics. Through frequent pet-sitting opportunities, I honed my skills in providing attentive and compassionate care to furry companions of all shapes and sizes. However, the most rewarding aspect of my pet care journey has been owning and training my beloved dog, Ocean. As both companion and pupil, Ocean has been my constant source of joy and inspiration, teaching me patience, empathy, and the profound bond that can exist between human and canine. Together, these experiences have shaped me into a confident and knowledgeable pet caregiver, ready to embark on any challenge that comes my way. I’m a University student taking time off. I now have a free schedule dedicated to caring for my dog Ocean, which is not just a responsibility but a joyful commitment. With three hour-long walks scheduled throughout the day – in the morning, noon, and night – Ocean's well-being and happiness are my top priorities. I can’t wait to provide this same dedication to your furry friend. Living in a townhouse without a fenced backyard may seem limiting, but the proximity to multiple parks offers an ideal alternative for allowing dogs to expend their energy safely while fostering healthy socialization skills. I’m able to provide your furry companions with essential care, coupled with knowledge of CPR and drug administration, ensuring their well-being and safety in any situation. Whether it's maintaining their daily needs such as food, water, and exercise, or addressing potential emergencies, such as injuries or illnesses, having the skills and knowledge to administer CPR and medication can be life-saving. Additionally, I have a friendly, happy-go-lucky dog named Ocean, who is an absolute delight. His outgoing and sociable nature brings a contagious energy to every interaction, whether it's at the dog park, on neighbourhood walks, or during playdates with furry companions. Ocean’s wagging tail and playful demeanour will instantly put your fur baby at ease, creating an atmosphere of camaraderie and joy.

I do work a night shift but I can walk your dog during the day and in the evening. Any day of the week. Weekends work great as those are my days off. I have a fenced backyard and a park behind my house for walks. I have a safe environment for your dog in the house and will listen to your instruction if special requests are needed.

“Raidz basically made a liar of me when Vania stayed at our place. I told Vania she will ignore her as she doesn't like other people. Raidz took to Vania right away, rubbing against her, letting her pet her and showing Vania her belly ! Loki also loved her right away. Being his first time away from his Mama, he was confused and wasn't eating properly but Vania was incredibly gentle and patient with him and was able to get him eating. It is obvious Vania is very much an animal person the way the kitties were around her. It was very comforting to see videos everyday and know my babies were being looked after ! Thank you Vania !!”

About: A little bit about me: I am a 25y/o very outgoing young professional individual living in downtown Toronto. I have a culinary background and my interests/passions include: plant based/vegan lifestyle; all types of important movements like Animal rights, environmental issues, human rights, affordable housing, etc.; health and fitness; horticulture/plants; and being low to zero waste as much as possible. Currently, I don't have a companion animal of my own because I'm not financially ready to. But some day I will and of course being a walker/sitter is an amazing way to connect with other people's companion animals and continue to learn about the responsibility of taking care and giving the most love to them. I do have more experience with taking care of animals than on my reviews. In the past I have taken care of my friend's & reoccurring clients' fur babies while they were on a trip for a weekend, week(s), month(s) or even just the day/evening. I've done it all! l would love to take care of your fur babie(s) when they cannot be with you. Either you're at work and they need to get out of their homes for a bit or you have a trip and they need some company I can babysit them, feed, and play with them; making sure they will be spoiled while you're are away! Here are some of my experiences: My first client was when I was 14, I babysat two kids and they had a dog named Denver, he's an Aussie Doodle. Denver was a wild one, full of energy! It took me 30min-1hr to play or walk with him sometimes longer to calm him down before I dealt with the kids when they get home from school. I had house sat for a couple of friends and one friend had a dog named Kona, she is a husky, lab/Pitt mix and she loved humans a lot, but not other dogs or other animals, she'll attack and pull! She had so much energy just like Denver, but she was much stronger, like sometimes if you don't hold on to the leash she'll pull you away. I usually have to walk her and play for more than an hour to get all the energy out of her. Kona was a lot to handle but she's still a sweet heart ❤️ I took care of her and my friend's apartment for about 3 months. Then I took care of 6 kitties and a older age Chihuahua, named Elvis for multiple times while my friend was on a trip. He is so adorable and the kitties too! Had lots of cuddles and I had to make all the food for them. It was very easy, and they love it! Last of all, I used to volunteer at a doggy daycare facility too. (Don't remember the name of the place but it was in Mississauga around Lakeshore) So, I've dealt with all kinds of dogs from big to small, easy to hard, young to old. So long story short, I have a good amount of experience with both cats and dogs of many breeds and difficulties, but mainly dogs. If you think I would be perfect to take care of your fur babies feel free to book with me and help me get more experience and get started on this site! Got any questions? Feel free to message me and I will do my best to answer them. My current schedule is very flexible, I am only doing UberEats and DoorDash while I am looking for a new full time job but I will always try to work with my clients to do what’s best for you and your pet and make it work for everyone! I currently am living with my parents in a decently sized house with a medium sized back yard in Mississauga. My parents are ok with me boarding animals and they will love their company as much as I do. But that is why I can only board small-medium dogs and any cats. I will do my best to give them all the love they deserve while you are away from your fur child❤️

Alfred C.
“Alfred watched my pup, Kona (5 year old husky/lab mix), for several weeks while I was out of town on business. He was responsible and seemed to thoroughly enjoy spending time with her. Kona can be a little difficult to handle because of her reactivity to other dogs, however, Alfred managed just fine. I would recommend Alfred to anyone looking for a dog sitter.”

Myra P.
“My dog Millie loved when Myra would come over for house visits and walks, as well as when she would care for her while we were away. I could always count on Myra to bring lots of energy; taking Mille for long walks or throw her the ball for hours - the true key to Millie's heart! I was always confident Millie would be safe, happy, and in loving hands. Sadly Millie has passed away in recent years, but I would still recommend Myra to anyone looking for someone to care for their dear furry friend!”
