“Jane looked after my reactive dog and two cats over two nights and they absolutely adored her! She was great at communicating to set things up and throughout my time away. Without even asking she sent pictures of the pets and they were always snuggling her which made me feel good knowing they were comfortable. My place was left tidy and any dishes used were cleaned. I’ll be sure to have Jane back again :) Oh and she makes delicious sourdough bread, definitely ask to buy some!!”

Pat responded to our enquiry promptly and met with us on two occasions to get all the details regarding staying in our home, including Bailey's culinary details and exercise and sleeping preferences. Upon our return we found everything as we had left it and a very happy Bailey eager to have us go on another vacation in order to have fun with Pat again. We highly recommend Pat as she saved the situation for us. Initially, we did some "interviews" with a local kennel but were rejected since all Bailey did during the "all day trial" was try to escape. On future trips, Pat will be the first person we'll contact for the job.”

“Not gonna lie, we were a but nervous about having someone we don't know staying at our house for 3 days! We have never left our dogs with anyone we don't know. Especially our new rescue dog Eva who is afraid of everyone. We were put at ease as soon as we did the meet and greet with Cherish. Eva was interested in her, and even let Cherish touch her, which never happens. They say dogs are a good judge of character! Cherish sent multiple photo updates while we were gone, which was unexpected and so appreciated! She even sat out and had a campfire in the yard one night and let the dogs run and play for hours. We even got a selfie of Eva snuggling with Cherish the day after we left! When we got home, the house looked as clean as when we left. The dogs were happy, and had clearly been taken great care of. We will hire Cherish again and again. If you are considering Rover, and you are unsure like we were, look no further! Just hire Cherish and rest easy. She is amazing!”

About: I grew up around dogs and cats and I am missing them terribly! I can’t have my own pets in my condo so I am hoping to care for others to fill my cup. I have cared for our own family pets for about 10 years and I am also always taking care of others furry friends. I especially love taking animals for walks or to the park. I am mostly available after 4:30 pm Monday to Friday. If within a close distance I can stop by on my lunch break or before work. My schedule is wide open Saturday and Sunday and stat holidays. I am happy to take care of your pets in your home and during the meet and greet get a lay of the land so I can get to know your pet and the space they are in so I can ask questions and know the expectations.

About: Hi! Currently I am a vet assistant working at a clinic here in Victoria. I have volunteered at the SPCA, worked with bosleys for 2 years, aquariums, and dog sitting! I own 1 dog, 2 cats, 2 Guinea pigs and have had even more in the past! I also graduated VIU with my certification of animal care aide. I love animals and would provide amazing care to your fur baby’s. Currently I work full time 8:30-5:30. I am available Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday after work until 9pm! If I sleep over at your house I will need to leave by 8am:) I am great with handling and training, always vigilant about my surroundings, especially when opening doors! I pay close attention to health concerns and I am a kind, caring person when it comes to your fur baby.
