About: I have a dog that my family and I have been looking after for eight years, we also had some other pets in the past like turtles and geckos. I have also looked after cats for friends. I am available for and dog walking and drop-ins for your pet. I am also available for house sitting full time at your home, making sure your pet isn't lonely while you are away. I will care for your dog by making sure they have everything they need and I'll monitor them when I let them outside in a fenced backyard. I'll make sure they don't leave messes in your house on rainy days or when they make messes. I won't leave them unattended while outside.

About: For 15 years, I have worked as a trusted elementary school teacher who cares deeply for my young students. I have also been relied upon for pet-sitting and dog-walking for a number of families for many years. Feeding, playing, exercising, cleaning, caring for all pets' needs. I am returning to my full time teaching job in September, which fills my days from 8 to 4, but I am fully available for overnight pet and house-sitting, as well as fully available on weekends! I ensure my own pets are comfortable and well cared for. When I stay in others' homes, I follow pets' routines and meet their needs.

About: I have had dogs in my life since being a young boy. From Huskies to Chinese Powder Puffs. I am a true dog lover and will treat your dog as my own! I am very active and enjoy walks through parks and enriching engagement through play with dogs. My last dog Rio was a disabled, rescued Chinese Crested Powder Puff, his disability didn't slow us down and he lived his best life until he was 15 years old! I currently help my daughter with her two young pups and senior dog when needed and am looking to have the joy of a companion to walk with, or board! I believe all dogs are pure athletes and therefore need lots of exercise for a long healthy life. My latest Dog Rio lived to be 15. At 2 years old it is believed he was hit by a car. He had his half hip crushed restricting the passage of stool. A daily addition of laxative to his food prevented any obstruction. Also his rear right foot was turned backward so he developed a thick callus on the back side of his paw. Rio traveled everywhere with me, from beaches in Brazil, to deliveries in Owen Sound, to a day in Ottawa to experience the freedom convoy. On April 30, 2025 around 3:00 in the afternoon shortly after his 3rd struggling walk of the day he passed quietly in my arms. I am fully retired and my daily/weekly routine is very open. I am available for last minute bookings for daily walks, doggy daycare or boarding. I have a self-contained lower level apartment with full access to a fully fenced in back yard. Dogs are more than welcome to be on furniture, the bed and wherever they feel most comfortable. I am willing to accommodate any dietary plans and will follow any directions given to me for your dog!

About: I’m a lifelong animal lover and have had pets since a very young age. I have family pups, I’ve volunteered with the SPCA, I’ve fostered dogs and have experience with rescues and I’ve looked after many dogs. I have experience with all sizes of dogs. From 85lb Rotties, to Irish Wolfhounds that come up to your waist, to the tiniest Maltipoo! I would love to make your pup feel comfortable, safe and loved! I work from home 3-4 days a week. I also have a dog friendly office and a team that adores canine visitors, so your pup could accompany me to work as well! I would love to bring your pup on long walks, hikes and adventures to ensure they get lots of exercise. I am very gentle and caring with any animal. I adore dogs and would spend all day every day with them if I could! Any dogs in my care would get out for 3-4 walks a day (depending on your pup’s exercise needs). I'm happy to take your pup to a nearby park for exercise and socializing. I've also cared for dogs who aren’t as keen on socializing, so I can take them for walks and avoid other dogs to make sure they feel safe and comfortable. I am both gentle but firm and read situations very well to know how to keep your pup safe and comfortable at all times. Your dog will gets lots of love, affection and attention. I love to encourage play as well as taking it easy and napping!

About: I've been around dogs my whole life including a variety of breeds of all sizes! I have my own dog now (Australian Shepherd) I've raised since a puppy. I like to casually read dog training books to keep my skills fresh. I'm offering dog walking services and dog drop in visits any time or day of the week. I will be sure to send photos of walks and visits so you can see what me and your pup got up to. During walks we will explore the neighbourhood and can accommodate all kinds of walkers, from the dogs that like to take it slow, sniffari adventurers, or the all business fast walkers. For in-home visits I am happy to fill up food and water bowls, administer oral medication, play outdoors or indoors and go for potty breaks. I work freelance so I have the flexibility to work with a variety of schedules and can spend anywhere from 30 minutes to over 1 hour with your pet. I'm currently working freelance. This position allows me to have a flexible schedule for any day of the week and can be flexible with timing. I'm happy to drop by and provide feedings or playtime in your backyard if you need someone to check in on your dog while you are out.

About: I've always been an animal lover - my family and friends often call me "Snow White" because of my love for all animals. My dog passed away a few years ago, and I find myself missing the companionship. We work Monday-Friday 9-5. We work in the same area we live in, so we can do check-ins and pee breaks throughout the work day if needed. Our evenings and weekends will be fully dedicated to your furry friend! We live in an apartment with no other pets, and no kids. Your pet will be king or queen of the castle while they're here! They'll be allowed on the furniture - the more cuddles, the better! We will follow any directions you have, as we want you and your pet to feel as comfortable as possible during their stay. There is no fenced yard, but we will provide leashed time outside as needed for potty breaks. We are both very active, so walks will be long and frequent!

About: I’ve had a huge passion for animal care since I was very young and I’ve taken care of all type of animals from rodents, dogs, cats, birds, and even reptiles and amphibians. I will go above and beyond while caring for your pets by helping to keep your home training consistent and ensure they even stay clean by grooming. I am a University student aspiring to become a vet one day so it’ll be great experience for me to care for your pets. I’ve always been the one my family and friends turn to when needing some advice on pet care so I can assure your pet will be in great hands! I’m currently a full-time university student and I do work part-time but I always have lots of gaps in my schedule to still care for your pets. Personally, I treat this as if they were my own pets and so I don’t see too much of challenge in caring for them. I am very flexible and understanding so I can work with anything as long as I’m free. Since I offer in-home boarding, I’ll be sure to keep your pet comfortable and keep your home just the way you left it. I will respect your space and any rules you may have and also keep out of your personal areas such as your bedrooms or office space.

About: I’ve had pets all my life, including dogs, cats, and even guinea pigs. I’ve trained my two dogs when they were puppies, and enjoy taking them out for walks! I have also done dog and cat sitting for my family and friends while they were away in their homes. I’m currently home from university for the summer, so my schedule is fairly open. I have worked as an Administrative Assistant at a very popular Guelph groomer since June 2018; spending all my days caring for dogs and cats and ensuring their well being and happiness.
