About: Hi there! I’ve been surrounded by animals my whole life. I grew up in a home with a total of 7 cats (yes, seven!), and I wouldn’t have had it any other way. On top of that, I’ve spent years dog sitting for friends and family. I know how important it is to find someone who truly cares for your pets the way you do. Whether it’s making sure your cat gets their quiet cuddle time, or your dog gets a good walk and plenty of play; I focus on keeping them happy, safe, and loved while you’re away. I’m reliable, easy to communicate with, and always go the extra mile to make sure pets feel comfortable and cared for. Your furry family member will be treated like one of my own! Pet care has always been a part of my daily routine! I’m currently on a career break at the moment and am very flexible to accommodate your pet’s needs. I know things like feeding, walks, and play time look for different for each pet. I stick to your pet’s usual routine so they feel safe and comfortable while in my care. I also keep your home tidy and treat it with the same care and respect I would my own.

About: For 15 years, I have worked as a trusted elementary school teacher who cares deeply for my young students. I have also been relied upon for pet-sitting and dog-walking for a number of families for many years. Feeding, playing, exercising, cleaning, caring for all pets' needs. I am returning to my full time teaching job in September, which fills my days from 8 to 4, but I am fully available for overnight pet and house-sitting, as well as fully available on weekends! I ensure my own pets are comfortable and well cared for. When I stay in others' homes, I follow pets' routines and meet their needs.

About: Hi Everyone! I can’t wait to hangout with your dog and/or cats; and give them the love, respect and attention they deserve. I know we’d all love to do that ourselves but it’s just not always possible unfortunately. I have 6 of my own cats at home with my husband. Our dogs passed on a few years ago and sitting through rover has allowed me to connect with amazing humans and their super cool pups! I’m comfortable and able to walk multiple dogs at once if needed, Whether we’re walking or hanging out at your place, I will ensure your dog is treated with the love that I treat my own pets with, which is a lot. I will make sure they are fed the proper foods, and medications if necessary and make sure they stay happy and healthy while they await your return. It is very much appreciated! ❤️ I currently work full time Monday-Friday 8am-430pm. I am able to do weekend, as well as extended stays. My husband and I can book up our schedules quickly at times with visiting friends and family, as well as other travel, so the more notice the better to fit you and your fur fam into my schedule! I have a fenced yard but boarding is decided on a case by case basis as I need to discuss it with my family and ensure my cats would be okay and not stressed out excessively during a boarding. Everyone’s happiness and comfortability is important.

About: Dog lover through and through. Life hasn’t been the same since we lost our beloved 18-year-old Bichon a few months ago. Caring for her from puppyhood all the way through her senior years, including providing the extra patience and attention older dogs need, gave me hands-on experience with every stage of a dog’s life. My love for animals started long before that. When I was younger, I volunteered at local pet shelters where I helped walk dogs and clean the cats’ room. Being around animals has always come naturally to me, and I’ve always gravitated toward them. Over the years, I’ve also cared for many friends’ and family members’ pets, giving them the same love, attention, and reliability I gave my own dog. I truly understand that pets are family members, and when they’re in my care, their safety, comfort, and happiness always come first. Honestly, if you can’t find me at a house party, chances are I’m wherever the pet is. Spending time with animals is simply where I’m happiest, and I’ll treat your pet with the same kindness, patience, and affection as my own. I work full-time remotely from home, which allows me to have a flexible schedule and be present throughout the day. Because I’m home most of the time, your pet will receive plenty of attention, supervision, and companionship. Whether you need care during the workweek while you’re at the office, regular walks, drop-in visits, or someone to look after your furry friend while you’re away for a weekend, I’m happy to work with your schedule and accommodate your pet’s routine as much as possible. Your pet’s safety and comfort are very important to me. My home is quiet and calm, with no kids or other pets, which can be a great environment for animals who enjoy a peaceful space and lots of attention. Since I work remotely from home, I’m around throughout the day to keep your pet company and make sure they’re well cared for. They won’t be left alone for long and will always have someone nearby. While I don’t currently have a fenced backyard, I live in a quiet residential neighborhood that’s great for safe walks. I’m always careful when outdoors and make sure pets are secure and comfortable at all times.

About: I offer dog walking and pet sitting. Your pet will receive dedicated, one-on-one care, no pack walks, ever. Pets stay in a calm environment ensuring comfort and safety. I work from home, which allows me to provide attentive care and flexible walk schedules throughout the day. Your pet will receive plenty of attention and enjoy a calm, comfortable stay with me. About: Hi, I’m Alex! I’ve been caring for dogs, especially Border Collies, since 2007 and have built a deep understanding of their personalities and needs. Growing up, I spent countless hours walking my dog, exploring trails, and using those walks as a peaceful escape. This connection to nature and animals has fueled my lifelong love for dogs of all breeds. When my Border Collie became a senior, I was her primary caretaker. From carrying her up and down stairs when she needed help to spending quality one-on-one time with her, I learned how to adapt to a dog’s unique needs at every stage of life. Currently, I live with two family dogs, Skye and Piper, and my cat, Lulu, which has given me even more experience with multi-pet households. I’m very mindful of dog behavior and body language, ensuring they always feel comfortable and safe. Having had dogs that weren’t always social with others, I’m skilled at managing walks and being aware of our surroundings. I always work on a dog’s terms, respecting their boundaries, and letting them come to me when they’re ready. Whether it’s a high-energy pup needing an adventure or a senior dog needing gentle care, I’m here to provide tailored attention and love for your furry friend. I can’t wait to meet your dog and learn more about their personality and preferences! I currently feed and walk my two border collies and cat everyday. My cat likes to come along in her carrier backpack for our daily walks. And of course I give them treats when they are demanded (in moderation). I will talk with my pets whenever they come into the room. Since I have border collies we are constantly playing with the toys, both inside and outside.

About: I have three years of experience with taking care of and training a large breed reactive dog. I am comfortable dealing with nervous and reactive dogs. I also have 10 years of experience with my small breed family dog as well. I am writer and grad student. I'm currently not working between semesters of school during the summer to focus on my writing, so am really flexible for walking and sitting. I am willing to care for your dog in their home in the way you think is best and based on their normal routine and will always respect your directions.

My work allows alot of time to care for your pet , I have a flexible schedule and I am an early riser , that allows me to get out for the early morning nature calls . And I love cuddles . My in home care is limited to a cozy apartment , but close by to leash free parks and a conservation area that I walk in daily.

About: I have taken care of many pets including dogs, cats, and small animals since I was a child. Feeding, walking, bathing, and checking in on pets is something that I have done many of times for friends and family. I am fully open to fill your needs when needed! I will have plenty of time to take care of your cherished furry friend! Any time during the week or weekends would be perfect. Any specific needs for individual pets will be addressed and will be taken care of. I will be visiting the clients home to ensure that the pet is fully comfortable in their own environment.

About: I’ve been pet sitting for over 10 years, but new to Rover! I’ve worked with cats, dogs, birds and bunnies, comfortable with most sizes and breeds. Right now I spend more of my time pet sitting overnight than I do in my own home 😅 I love it!! I will give your little fluff ball all the attention they need:)) I work from home full time so I can essentially give 24h attention depending on the care they need. I can usually adjust my schedule around their daily routine and work around it so keeping the routine consistent shouldn’t be an issue. I prefer overnight stays in the space your pets are most comfortable, ie. their homes. I am very mindful of privacy and maintaining a respectful distance from personal areas and items. I wake up when they need to wake up, I eat when they eat (unless specifically advised not to) and enjoy playing and cuddling with them if they feel comfortable enough to do so. I’ve been staying in client’s homes for over 10 years and have never had a problem!

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was a young kid, not only have I owned dogs all my life (border collie, and German shepherd) and have done dog sitting for friends and neighbours as well and understand care and grooming for all different kinds of dogs. I am also confident and more than capable of giving any and all medication. Currently working self employed and there are two of us so double the care for the price of one! Since we are self employed and decently in charge of our schedule it allows us to schedule around what works best for you and your furry friends. Take them on regular walks make sure they have appropriate amounts of food and water, make sure they get any and all medication on time. Make sure they there is nothing potentially harmful to the animal in the home or surroundings We also have a large property for them to explore for at home and am more then willing to stick to any and all guidelines you have for your cute furry friend.

About: I’ve been around dogs my whole life. I started going door to door in my neighbourhood offering dog walking when I was around 7 years old, and I’ve always loved spending time with animals. I’ve had many different dogs over the years, including a Yorkie Shih Tzu, Vizsla, Border Collie, Chocolate Lab, Pitbull Lab mix, Golden Retriever, and a mixed breed, so I’ve gotten to experience lots of different sizes, breeds, personalities, and energy levels. I’ve spent lots of time training my own dogs, practicing tricks, leash manners, recall, and basic commands. I’ve also helped with grooming, brushing, bathing, nail care, and just making sure they feel comfortable and cared for. Growing up, I was always the person my neighbours trusted to watch their dogs while they were away. I’ve always had a natural connection with dogs and genuinely enjoy getting to know each dog’s personality and what makes them happy. My schedule is pretty much always open. I’m free mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Whether you need someone last minute, a quick walk, or someone to hang out with your dog while you’re gone, I’m happy to help. I’ve had dogs my whole life, so I know they’re family. I’ll make sure your dog gets lots of love, attention, playtime, fresh water, and of course treats (if allowed 😊). If I’m in your home, I’ll always clean up after myself and leave it cleaner than when I got there. I live on an acreage with a big fenced yard, so there’s lots of room to run and play. I also have a long leash outside for dogs that like a little more freedom but still need to stay on a leash. I have two dogs of my own—Pepper (3) and Jaxson (11). They’re both super sweet, but if your dog isn’t good with other dogs, that’s totally okay. Mine can stay downstairs while your pup has the upstairs all to themselves. My house is non-smoking, and I have extra toys, bowls, and lots of dr treats. I honestly just love dogs and would love to hang out with yours. :)
