We had a great experience with Kassandra. She is very kind, easy to communicate with, and immediately made an effort to connect with Oliver by getting down to his level to greet him. That meant a lot, and it was clear right away that she genuinely cares about the dogs she looks after. Oliver does have a few medical concerns, but she was confident, calm, and completely unfazed by them, which gave us real peace of mind. Most importantly, Oliver warmed up to her right away, which says everything. We would absolutely trust her to care for him again.
Our husky had a great time with Kassandra. We needed an immediate dog walker and we couldn’t be happier with Kassandra. She was very patient with our dog and worked to gain her trust. Thorough communication and report which we truly appreciate. Thank you again!
