“Mikaela was an absolute star with our cats Cecil and Felix. They’re little weirdos but Mikaela took care of them like they were her own and I was super comfortable having them in her care. The photos with every visit were definitely the highlight, I would highly recommend her, and absolutely book with her again”

About: I’ve always been a huge animal lover and have hands-on experience caring for dogs and cats of all personalities—from energetic pups who love long walks and playtime to more relaxed pets who just want cuddles and company. I also have experience caring for other animals, so I’m comfortable adapting to different needs and routines. I’m confident with feeding schedules, cleaning up, and making sure pets feel safe, happy, and loved while you’re away. I take the time to get to know each pet’s personality, habits, and quirks so they get personalized care and attention. I’m currently working part-time, which means I’ve got lots of free time to hang out with your pets! Whether it’s walks, playtime, or just keeping them company, I’m happy to fit into your pet’s routine. I love staying active, so I’m always up for long walks, games of fetch, or just giving your dog all the attention they deserve. And of course, I’m just as happy to slow things down for cuddles and chill time too. Your pet will get plenty of love, attention, and tail-wagging fun while you’re away! Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I have a fully fenced yard for safe outdoor time and play, and I live on a quiet dead-end street with very little traffic—perfect for stress-free walks. I’m also lucky to have a park right next to my home, so your dog will have plenty of space for exercise, fresh air, and fun adventures. I always keep a close eye on pets and make sure they’re in a secure, calm, and loving environment where they can feel right at home
“Melissa was an amazing dog-sitter! She was so good with Preston and he had the best time with her! She was so attentive to his needs and very responsive. I got daily photos of him, which were so cute!! I will definitely book Melissa again and I totally recommend her service.”

“Nikki was great with our cats, even our shy one got close to her and allowed a good few belly rubs which should tell you all you need to know. Nikki was very attentive taking care of their needs and playing with them to help them spend some energy. I highly reccommend her and will use her services again.”

About: I have over 30 years of experience with animals, and together with my family, we treat every pet like our own. We share our home with a friendly lab and cat, a spacious half-acre yard, and nearby hiking trails. I work full-time with flexibility, and my husband also has flexibility to help. Our kids adore animals and love welcoming them into our home. Whether I’m dropping in, going for a walk, or caring for your pet at our home, you can feel confident they’ll always be safe, loved, and cared for like family. I work full-time with flexibility to be home 1–2 days weekly. I’m also available weekends and holidays, offering reliable pet care when you need it most. We have a large yard, nearby hiking trails, and a friendly lab. Your dogs can be crated if needed for comfort and safety. A safe and happy space for your dogs.
About: We are an active, animal‑loving family with two children. We were lucky to share 14 wonderful years with our beloved dog and currently have an indoor rabbit who thinks he’s a dog (just without the walks!). Because our evenings are often spent at our children’s sporting activities, we don’t have a dog of our own right now. While our rabbit provides plenty of cuddles and love, I truly miss getting outside to walk, play, and connect with dogs on a regular basis. I love being outdoors and enjoy walking in all kinds of weather—rain or shine. I keep walks engaging by exploring new routes, and whenever possible, I enjoy trail hikes with my four‑legged friends. Staying active is important to me, and spending that time with dogs makes it even better. Bonus: I’m an avid runner! If your dog would benefit from a jog instead of a walk, I’m happy to offer that option. Jogging sessions can be arranged for early mornings, mid‑day, or evenings upon request. I work from home 2-3 days a week and when in the office I am able to get anywhere in Georgetown in 5-10 min. I take an hour lunch break from work and can also flex when that is. Warm and welcoming, gaining their trust with kindness and patience. Enjoying time with pets outdoors and ensuring they are settled in before leaving the house after exercise is complete.
“We booked Lesley at fairly short notice for house visits for our 9 week old puppy and we've had a wonderful experience with her. She came by to see us before taking the booking so we could meet her which was great. She's always prompt and reliable and wonderful with communication. It's been great to find someone so caring and compassionate about dogs and we will definitely be looking to book her again.”

I am working part time at the moment so my schedule is very wide open at the moment so I have plenty of time to check in on your pets and make sure they are being looked after! About: Hi, I’m Jaida! If there’s one thing people know about me, it’s that I love animals and am happiest when I’m around them. I currently work part-time as a dog groomer and previously worked at a dog daycare, where I spent my days supervising, training, and caring for dogs. Those jobs have given me experience working with dogs of different breeds and sizes, and helped me become comfortable handling different behaviours and situations. I also have two large dogs of my own, so I understand how important it is to find someone you trust to care for your pet. I’m currently an undergraduate student hoping to build a career working in veterinary medicine. Spending time with pets is something I genuinely enjoy. Whether your dog wants to spend the day playing or would rather relax beside someone, I’m happy to adapt to what makes them comfortable. Since I work part-time, I have a flexible schedule and can often make time for pet care throughout the week and on weekends. I’m reliable, easy to reach, and happy to send pictures and updates while you’re away. When caring for your pet, my goal is to make things feel as normal as possible for them. I’ll take the time to learn their routine and follow it closely, from feeding schedules to walks and any special instructions you may have. I know being away from their owner can be stressful for some pets, so I try to make sure they feel comfortable and secure while you’re gone. My experience in grooming and daycare has taught me how to read dog body language and recognize when a dog is excited, nervous, tired, or needs space. I’ll always pay attention to how your pet is feeling and adjust my approach to what works best for them. If I’m caring for your pet in your home, I’ll treat your space with respect and leave everything the way I found it. I know pets are family, and I don’t take that responsibility lightly. My goal is for both you and your pet to feel comfortable, whether that’s during a quick walk, a drop-in visit, or an extended stay.
“Asia was taking care of my 16 years old cat for two weeks. She was visiting my house daily at earlier agreed time ensuring my cat got fresh food, clean litter and provided some play and interaction time with lulu the cat. Communication with Asia was excellent, she has responded to all my messages in a timely manner providing precise responses along with my pet's photos. If you are looking for a reliable and trustworthy person Asia would be the one to go with. Asia is also a wonderfully charming person.”

“Steph was amazing. Very communicative before and during the visits with my cats. Her updates were very detailed and she even sent videos. I could tell how comfortable my cats felt around her. She even came Christmas morning! Highly recommend Steph- I would trust her with my babies any day.”

“Cindy was fantastic. Came to meet our fur baby prior to our scheduled day and took time to get to know him and us. I would highly recommend Cindy to watch your loved 4 legged family member.”

About: Lifelong pet owner with experience caring for dogs and cats of all ages and personalities. I’ve grown up with pets my whole life — from Golden Retrievers and Min Pins to my current Australian Shepherd and Scottish Fold. I treat every pet like my own and focus on keeping them happy, safe, and loved while you’re away. I work from home full-time, which means your pet won’t be left alone for long periods. I’m available throughout the day for walks, playtime, feedings, and lots of attention. In my home, pets are treated like part of the family. I provide a calm, safe environment with plenty of attention, playtime, and supervision throughout the day. I have a secure, fenced backyard for outdoor breaks, and pets spend most of their time inside with us. I work from home, so they’re rarely left alone. I also have children who have grown up around animals and are gentle, respectful, and love giving extra cuddles. I always follow each pet’s routine, feeding schedule, and any specific care instructions.
About: Hi, I'm Vanessa and I am an animal lover, activist and travel obsessed. As a little girl, I always said I wanted to be a Veterinarian, as the years went on I found myself in school for advertising and architecture, two diploma's later and I still wasn't content. Grooming fell into my life through my Dad, he knew I always go back to talking about a career with animals and that I've always had a creative/artistic interest and eventually encouraged me to try it. Fast forward to the present and I'm loving this career, it's definitely not an easy job working with animals but cuddling puppies makes up for it! I am also a dog owner to a beautiful 14 year old male Golden Retriever named Dash; his name still matches his personality to this day. He is a very rambunctious and adventurous dog who never gives up on our long hikes. I plan on giving your pets as much love and affection as possible - I completely understand being busy and not always having time to give proper attention to your pet. I will fill that void and make sure they are happy for when you return. My goal is to keep the animals and myself safe and make everyone happy. Please feel free to contact me through email with any questions!
“Tanya looked after our skittish cat Simba for one week when we went down South. She was great and even got Simba to come out for cuddles every time she was here. I would highly recommend her!”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Georgetown
I believe our Gus was very well taken care of by Mike .when we returned home, he was happy to see us, but he was not frantic to see us, which is a good thing! Mike kept us in the loop when he was walking Gus, took pictures and really made us feel like he valued the time he spent with our dog. Thank you, Mike.
Liana was the most gracious host to my two dogs (one being very senior), which is no easy task. The moment I left them with her there was a real feeling of confidence and comfort. When I got the pups back I could tell they happy and loved. Thank you Liana (and Luke)- we appreciate you!
