“Jean was wonderful with our pup from the initial greeting right through to when we picked him up to go home. She is so caring and attentive with all the dogs in her care and that’s evident immediately. Her backyard is a dream for dogs who like to get outside and play in a safe space, and her sweet Georgia couldn’t have been any friendlier. We got several pictures while we were away, ensuring us that our pup was in great hands and very well loved. I’d absolutely book with Jean again and would highly recommend her to others!”

Thank you Sally!”

“What can I say this was the first time leaving my cat with anyone other than a close friend. I was very skeptical hiring people off the internet etc. My sitter backed out at the last minute and we had to hire someone as my in laws were coming and we were going to a cabin for 2 weeks!!!! I was in a panic. My husband found this app. This woman did a fabulous job, and my cat Jessie was very taken care of and very happy. She replied to every message almost instantly. I never had to wonder what was happening etc. She sent updates and photos and videos. I would most DEFINITELY hire her again in the future!!!!! Thank you so much for taking care of my baby!!”

“Cari takes great care of our Willow. She gets some nice long walks (which are wonderful) and comes home happy and tired. She loves it at Cari's and can hardly contain herself when we pull into the driveway. Excellent care for both doggie daycare and boarding. Love! ❤️”

It gives us so much peace of mind knowing he’s with someone who understands him, is patient with him, and makes sure he feels safe and happy. Jody is reliable, communicative, and clearly loves what she does. Medo is always well cared for, and we can tell he’s comfortable and relaxed with her, he even misses her when he’s back home, which says everything. We’re so grateful for the care and heart she puts into looking after him. We couldn’t recommend her more highly.”

About: I’ve been around dogs my entire life and grew up helping care for puppies, as my grandfather was a breeder. I’ve also owned two dogs of my own, so I understand the love, attention, and care they need. I genuinely love all dogs and would treat your pets like they’re part of my own family :) Pet care fits naturally into my routine because I genuinely enjoy staying active. Going for long walks or runs is something that brings me peace and having a dog by my side makes it even more enjoyable. I love spending quality time with dogs, keeping them active and making sure they feel happy, cared for and loved. ☺️ I would care for your dog as if they were my own, providing them with plenty of love, attention and patience. I am respectful, trustworthy and committed to making both you and your pet feel comfortable and cared for while in your home.
About: Small dogs and puppies need extra attention, comfort, and supervision and I make sure they feel safe, supported, and loved at all times. I’m calm, responsible, and very attentive, so I pick up on their needs quickly. I also keep owners updated with photos, videos, and messages, so you always know how your little one is doing. Your fur baby will get care, routine, and affection, just like at home.” “I keep my schedule open and flexible so I can focus on the pets I care for. Whether it’s drop-ins, walks, or sitting, I always make sure their needs fit smoothly into my day. I enjoy starting and ending my day with walks, play, and cuddle time, so pet care blends naturally into my everyday life.” For puppies, structure is everything. In my home, I create a calm and predictable routine — scheduled meals, regular outdoor breaks, supervised playtime, and basic training like sitting, waiting, and potty habits. I keep dangerous items out of reach and always monitor them closely. If I’m caring for puppies in a client’s home, I follow your routine step-by-step so your puppy gets consistency. I make sure they stay safe, avoid chewing hazards, and get plenty of positive attention.”

Since Zeus is very pampered by his family and naturally quite shy, he usually takes some time to warm up to new people. Gauri kept me updated frequently with pictures and videos, and I was so happy to see him relax, get comfortable, and start playing with them. Zeus will definitely be spending more time with them in the future!”

They took great care of goku and went on walks out and were keeping me updated all through the day. They were available to answer my questions as it was the first time I was leaving my dog with a sitter. I will definitely recommend to anyone and I will be re booking when needed.”

We had such a great experience and would definitely recommend Lily!”

About: Hi! I’ve been providing full-time dog boarding and pet care in my community for the past 9 years. Caring for dogs has been a huge part of my daily life, and I truly enjoy creating a safe, calm, and loving environment for every pup. I also have my own Golden Retriever who is currently 14 years old, so I understand the importance of patience, routine, comfort, and attentive care — especially for senior dogs. Our home is a spacious 110 x 170 ft property with one of the largest fenced backyards in the neighborhood, providing dogs with plenty of safe outdoor space to play and explore during suitable weather. When indoors, dogs are treated like part of our family and can relax comfortably in a calm home environment. I also provide regular photo and video updates every 1–3 hours, so owners can feel connected and reassured while away. Over the past 9 years of full-time boarding experience, I’ve developed a strong understanding of helping dogs build healthy routines, confidence, and positive behaviors in a home-style setting. Your pet’s safety, happiness, and comfort will always be my top priority! I’m a full-time dog boarder and a stay-at-home mom, so dogs are rarely left alone and are always part of our daily family life. Our typical day starts around 8–9 AM with outdoor potty time and backyard play. Depending on the weather, dogs usually spend about 10–30 minutes outside enjoying the yard and social time. After coming back inside, I observe their energy levels and interactions to see whether they’d like to continue playing indoors or settle down and relax. If the weather is rainy, too cold, or uncomfortable, we usually do a quick potty break and head back inside, where I’ll add more indoor play and enrichment time before breakfast instead. Breakfast is usually served around 9–10 AM. After meals, each dog is encouraged to have a calm, quiet rest period for a few hours. I’m very mindful about avoiding intense activity right after eating, since it can lead to stomach issues or discomfort, especially for larger breeds. Around 12–1 PM, we head outside again for another backyard break and play session, usually around 20–30 minutes depending on the weather. On beautiful days, dogs may stay out longer and enjoy our large shaded backyard with mature trees. During colder or rainy days, outdoor time is kept shorter for comfort and safety. Inside, dogs have access to about 2,800 sq ft of indoor living space and are treated like family members, not kenneled all day. On weekdays around 2:30 PM, I briefly leave for about 30 minutes to pick up my child from school. If I’m caring for a particularly anxious dog, I may bring them along for the short car ride so they feel more comfortable and secure. Our third outdoor session is usually between 4–5 PM, again depending on weather and the dogs’ energy levels. Dinner is served around 6 PM, followed by another calm rest period to help digestion and keep everyone relaxed for the evening. Around 9 PM, we do one final backyard potty break before bedtime. Since it’s already dark by then, outdoor time is usually kept to about 10 minutes. After that, the dogs settle in for the night and sleep indoors with us near the primary bedroom, just like part of the family. I currently have a 14-year-old Golden Retriever and a 12-year-old rescued small mixed-breed dog. Over the past 9 years of full-time boarding, both my dogs and I have gained a great deal of experience living and interacting with dogs of all personalities, ages, and energy levels. I’m especially experienced with senior dogs and pay very close attention to behavior, movement, appetite, energy changes, and overall comfort. Because I observe dogs carefully throughout the day, I’m often able to notice signs of discomfort or health concerns early. My boarding environment is designed to help dogs maintain healthy routines, emotional balance, and positive social behaviors. For example, after meals, dogs are encouraged to rest calmly instead of continuing active play, which helps protect digestion and reduce risks such as bloating or stomach discomfort. I also schedule at least four potty breaks every day to support overall comfort and urinary health. Dog boarding is my full-time focus — I don’t run another business or work outside the home — which means my attention stays fully on the dogs in my care. Constant companionship and supervision can also provide a lot of emotional comfort for dogs while they are away from home. Weather conditions are something I take seriously as well. Extremely cold temperatures can affect dogs physically, especially seniors or smaller breeds, while wet conditions may contribute to skin irritation, paw inflammation, or discomfort. During hot summer days, outdoor time is adjusted carefully to avoid overheating, especially during midday hours. We often use shaded areas, fans, or tents to keep dogs comfortable outdoors when needed. In colder weather, dogs may wear jackets when temperatures drop below around 10°C. On rainy days, dogs are thoroughly towel-dried after coming back inside to keep them warm, dry, and comfortable. These are not occasional routines — they are habits and care practices I’ve consistently followed every single day over the past 9 years.
“We were referred to Kelly, and I honestly feel so lucky to have found her! 🥹🐾 From the moment Waffle stayed with her, it was clear that he was in such loving and caring hands. She took amazing care of him and made him feel completely at home, which gave us so much peace of mind. One of my favourite things was how consistently Kelly kept us updated. She sent us photos almost every hour, and seeing Waffle happy, comfortable, and enjoying himself made being away from him so much easier. ❤️ It’s not easy leaving your fur baby with someone else, but Kelly made the entire experience so reassuring. Waffle clearly had the best time, and we couldn’t have asked for a better sitter for him. We’re incredibly grateful and feel very lucky to have Kelly looking after our boy! 🐶💛 Highly, highly recommend Kelly to anyone looking for someone who will care for their pet like family!”

“Alan is absolutely amazing! Usually my parents watch my dog and I was worried about finding the right dog walker, but Alan was the perfect match. My dog can be shy and skeptical with new people but Alan was extremely patient with her and made me feel so comfortable that she was in good hands. He worked with her and gave her the space she needed and actually built her trust. I would 100% recommend Alan, he’s gone above and beyond all week!”

“Sarah walked my Labrador Dax 2x a week for about 4 months (until I moved away). Sarah was very dependable and easy to work with for arranging walks. She was consistent and treated Dax with so much care, always bringing him a treat, wiping down his paws, and taking him for a nice lunchtime stroll. Definitely recommend Sarah's dog walking service!!”

“Andrea is amazing. She is always on time and follows instructions perfectly. I never have to worry about my fur baby when I know she is coming by to walk her. 1000% recommend her as a walker. Plus, Luna loves her so much, whenever she opens the door the excitement is crazy 💗.”

About: Lifelong pet owner with experience caring for dogs and cats of all ages and personalities. I’ve grown up with pets my whole life — from Golden Retrievers and Min Pins to my current Australian Shepherd and Scottish Fold. I treat every pet like my own and focus on keeping them happy, safe, and loved while you’re away. I work from home full-time, which means your pet won’t be left alone for long periods. I’m available throughout the day for walks, playtime, feedings, and lots of attention. In my home, pets are treated like part of the family. I provide a calm, safe environment with plenty of attention, playtime, and supervision throughout the day. I have a secure, fenced backyard for outdoor breaks, and pets spend most of their time inside with us. I work from home, so they’re rarely left alone. I also have children who have grown up around animals and are gentle, respectful, and love giving extra cuddles. I always follow each pet’s routine, feeding schedule, and any specific care instructions.
About: Hi, I’m Jaida! If there’s one thing people know about me, it’s that I love animals and am happiest when I’m around them. I currently work part-time as a dog groomer and previously worked at a dog daycare, where I spent my days supervising, training, and caring for dogs. Those jobs have given me experience working with dogs of different breeds and sizes, and helped me become comfortable handling different behaviours and situations. I also have two large dogs of my own, so I understand how important it is to find someone you trust to care for your pet. I’m currently an undergraduate student hoping to build a career working in veterinary medicine. Spending time with pets is something I genuinely enjoy. Whether your dog wants to spend the day playing or would rather relax beside someone, I’m happy to adapt to what makes them comfortable. Since I work part-time, I have a flexible schedule and can often make time for pet care throughout the week and on weekends. I’m reliable, easy to reach, and happy to send pictures and updates while you’re away. When caring for your pet, my goal is to make things feel as normal as possible for them. I’ll take the time to learn their routine and follow it closely, from feeding schedules to walks and any special instructions you may have. I know being away from their owner can be stressful for some pets, so I try to make sure they feel comfortable and secure while you’re gone. My experience in grooming and daycare has taught me how to read dog body language and recognize when a dog is excited, nervous, tired, or needs space. I’ll always pay attention to how your pet is feeling and adjust my approach to what works best for them. If I’m caring for your pet in your home, I’ll treat your space with respect and leave everything the way I found it. I know pets are family, and I don’t take that responsibility lightly. My goal is for both you and your pet to feel comfortable, whether that’s during a quick walk, a drop-in visit, or an extended stay.
About: When I first got my dog I didn't realize he would become reactive to other dogs, however, that is just a small obstacle I had to overtake. Walks were becoming stressful for both of us but with training we were able to overcome this together. I learned what my dog needed for his walks! I prioritize building strong bonds with both pets and their owners, ensuring peace of mind and trust throughout the entire pet sitting experience. I have a degree in environmental sciences meaning I love working outdoors and nature. I love taking my dog for his daily walk (1+ hours) throughout the neighborhood or conservation parks where he enjoys exploring! I have a daily routine for playtime, grooming and feeding for my dog as well as training. It requires consistency and dedication to ensure your furry friend's well-being and happiness! In my home or my client's home, I provide comprehensive pet care tailored to the individual needs of each furry friend. This includes maintaining a clean and comfortable environment, regular feeding and watering, administering any necessary medications, engaging in enriching playtime and exercise, and offering plenty of love and attention. Additionally, I prioritize open communication with pet owners to ensure their specific preferences and concerns are addressed, providing updates and photos to keep them informed and reassured while they're away.

About: I am more experienced in taking care of cats although I have taken my friends dogs for walks and taught my moms puppy basic training (sit, stay, down, walking without bothering strangers) I have a very flexible schedule and always have time to cuddle and play with my cats before work. I take them to the backyard to sunbathe and chase butterflies everyday. On a chill day I sit with them outside then feed them wet food after playtime and they spend a couple hours sleeping after they have tired themselves out. I have a fenced backyard and my kitties are only allowed that much outside because it is safer for them to be inside. I have multiple water fountains and I know kidney failure is a main cause of death in cats so I feed them wet food twice a day with probiotics and lots of water in them. My cats have a play area downstairs where they lay on their couches and have a huge cat tree and toys. They trust me a lot and lay with me when I sleep and greet me at the door whenever I come home from work. Since I have three cats the litter is always cleaned every day and kept full with fresh litter. They are always loved and looked after.

“Hong & Mark took excellent care of Nellie. This was Nellie’s first time with a sitter and she had a great time. Hong sent us many pictures and videos of Nellie which we really appreciated!”

“Another great stay with Allison and Scott! I’m not sure my pup wanted to come home! I’m thrilled to have found such a caring couple to look after my senior pup when I need to travel.”

“Finn clearly enjoyed himself this weekend as he’s been snoozing ever since we brought him home :) Thank you once again for taking such great care of him. It truly gave us peace of mind while we took a much needed break.”

“Cari did an amazing job dog sitting for me for a week. She was reliable, attentive, and my dog absolutely loved her & her family. She kept me updated with pictures and messages, which really put my mind at ease. I highly recommend her services to anyone in need of a great dog sitter!”

“Sukanya is a great sitter. She took care of Benji, gave me regular updates as requested and was very accommodating. She has experience looking after huskies and made sure Benji was loved and well looked after while I was away.”

“Amanda and Bryan are amazing! My boxer is a little timing, needing extra love and care and Amanda and her family were so great with him. They treated him like their own, so much so that he was so sad coming home. I would absolutely recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to board with them in the future!”

“Rachel was amazing with Ellie! It was clear from the start that Rachel loves dogs, and Ellie adored her. Ellie got along very well with Rachel’s dog, who seems very easy going. We felt comfortable and secure that our pup was well-looked after and getting lots of cuddles and attention. We would definitely use Rachel again for any future trips!”

“I want to thank Camila and her family for taking a very good care of our dog, Honey. Honey stayed with Camila for more than a week and Camila was sending updates, photos and short videos of her. We were very nervous to use dog boarding services, having updates made the experience easy and very pleasant. We definitely are going to be a returning client. Thanks so much Camila and Family?????”

“it's my fur baby's second time at Lili's place, it's his second time and Knux had a lot of fun playing. Lili is very caring and sends photos and videos and updates regularly (or when you are in doubt). I would highly refer Lili... a worried free experienced Pet sitter.”

“Koayen and her daughter showed my puppy so much love and attention while he was with them! They sent pictures and updates more than once per day, keeping me at ease while I was away. Their love for dogs is obvious and I wouldn't hesitate to leave my puppy with her again.”

“Another great trip to Maricel place. Gucci and Fendi didn't even want to come home with me. They like it at their house so much. Really and truly, they love dogs. Great sitter. We already have our next trip booked with them. Thank you again.”

“Nicolette was great with my 15 month old Portuguese Water Dog. He's a good size active breed so finding someone willing to board him in their home is a bit rare. She was thorough and kind and asked very good questions to get to know us. Kingston had a chance to run around in her backyard prior to the boarding which really helped him get comfortable. My boy doesn't love being alone and is very much a velcro dog. Nicolette provided pictures and updates and when I picked him up he was happy as could be. Thanks Nicolette!”

“I had to travel to Mississauga for my Mom's funeral and did know what to do with my Pitty Skipper. I used Rover for the first time and found Natalie. It was obvious at drop off, her young son was well aware how to interact with dogs and knew how to take charge. No worries for me. I was so happy that she sent pictures of Skipper looking very relaxed spread out on his blanket. THANK YOU Natalie and family for being a welcoming capable dog sitter.”

“If I could give Rommel and his family more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. From the moment I dropped Adonis off, it was clear he wasn’t just being watched, he was being genuinely loved. The whole family got involved: walks, backyard playtime, cuddles and they treated him like he had always been a part of their home. Rommel sent multiple photo and video updates every single day, which gave me complete peace of mind while I was away. But what really blew me away was when Adonis ran out of treats, Rommel went out and bought more without a second thought. That kind of care and initiative isn’t something you can teach, it just shows the type of person he is. I came back to one happy, well-loved dog, and that says everything. If you’re looking for someone who will treat your pet like family and not just a booking, Rommel is your person. We will absolutely be coming back. Highly, highly recommend.”

“Lina took an excellent care of our 10 years old dog. He seemed very loved, calm, comfortable and happy with her. She followed the exact diet, treats and walking instructions we provided and kept us updated by sending lots of pictures and videos everyday. Lina was also flexible with the drop off and pick up time which made things much easier for us. We will definitely use her services again.”

“Our boy was in such good hands with Shelly and family. He was well loved and cared for while we were away. Lots of photos and updates which we appreciated so much. I highly recommend them.”

“Arlene and Kevin are amazing! We are so glad that we chose them to take care of our Kipper while we were away. They really went above and beyond providing daily updates, photos and even celebrating his birthday! Highly recommend if you are looking for someone to treat your pet like royalty.”

“Danielle provided an exceptional second home for Duke. I was very pleased with the way she went over and beyond to make Duke feel right at home, along with her children. He had full roam of her house which he loved, and he followed her wherever she went. She even provided Duke with Pup Cups and treats to make Duke’s stay with her a memorable one. Danielle even provided me with daily pictures and updates which made me and my family more at ease. I know now, whenever we’re going to be away and can’t take Duke with us, Danielle is going to be the first person I call. Thank you Danielle for everything that you did to make Duke feel like part of your family.”
