About: I have decades of cat and dog experience. Recently, our family dog crossed the rainbow bridge and I am hoping helping others' pets can help fill the void. I raised a dog from puppyhood, fostered a rescue, and have dogsat several family and friends' dogs. For now, I can offer evening, overnight and weekend pet care. My aim is to work from home full-time and so eventually I will be able to do more! All food, toys, walks, crating, etc. will be to your instructions. Safe playing is a great time to get to know each other. I am very much the "mom" when I have to be - dogs usually respond well to my queues, and I am available as a safe place for them. My place is an apartment above a couple shops downtown Elora. There are lots of green area or trails around the neighbourhood. About: Hi there! My name is Hunter, I am 25 years old and I have had experience taking care of my own pets/family pets since I was little. In the last 8 years is when I’ve began pet sitting for friends and family, and I have worked at a dog walking business. I was trained on grooming, group play, trail walks, dog walks, pet sitting and training dogs. I have always had a love for animals, and want to continue working with them after i’m done my schooling in the Veterinary field! I finished my year program in Animal Care & I am hoping to continue in the fall in a Vet Tech program. I don't have any of my own pets at the moment, so usually I am walking my family dogs with some of my spare time. About: I’ve grown up with animals of all kinds my whole life, and have a very deep resonance with cats especially. I’ve had one in every house I’ve ever lived. As this was natural to me, I’ve had the opportunity to care for many cats and homes over the years, sometimes for extended stays. So far, there isn’t a cat I haven’t been able to befriend or at least find harmonious ground. I’m very confident in my ability to take care of these wonderful pets. Though I’m specialized in taking care of cats, my care has been extended towards all animals, and so I have a naturally affinity to caring for any pet. This includes both birds and dogs. I’ve always been able to get along with dogs just as much as cats. In the past few years I’ve had even more opportunity to care for them in my home when their owner leaves. This includes feeding, walking, playing, giving affection, and attending to any other instructions. I’ve also assisted in caring for a dog and a home in the past year. This experience has been for both seasoned dogs and puppies, and I love the unique personalities of each. I’m confident in working with small to medium type dogs, though I love the large ones too! I would also love to continue gaining experience with these wonderful creatures. I’m currently student online working towards a diploma, and I’ve left my schedule very flexible to be available to care for the pets of others! Any time of the week will do, when not taking care of other bookings, and I can make myself available. Currently living with a beautiful black cat named cricket, who loves to stop for attention in the hallways and get chin scratches in the Kitchen. As for the home of others, I do my best to bring my utmost respect to the home and attention to instructions, giving proper play time, affection, special care to walking for the unique needs of each dog, and feeding schedules amongst other roles. I take pride into maintaining the safety and standard of the home when in care or it.

She sat on the floor and played with them while we chatted, and they immediately became comfortable with her. While we were away for a few days, she maintained good communication and frequently sent us some pictures and videos; our fur babies got lots of attention and snuggles! One of our dogs is extremely anxious during thunderstorms, and Tracy ensured that she got her anxiety medication, and went above and beyond to help calm her. This was our first time using Rover, and our dogs who are 8 and 11 had never been watched by anyone other than family members, so we were a bit nervous to have a complete stranger stay in our home and care for our pets. We couldn’t have asked for a better person; Tracy is warm, caring, trustworthy, dependable, and we will definitely be using her services again. About: I worked at a pet store for 6 years, and gained knowledge for cats and dogs. I’ve also had my dog for 8 years, she is a German Shepard/rottweiler. Different things we trained her on is, “indoor bark” so she does a whisper bark to not be loud. We trained her to be good with kids since I have 3 human babies. We have trained her to “walk beside” so she is not pulling. For other dogs, I did an over night stay for a 7 year old boxer, and I’ve dog walked a cocker spaniel who is 9 months. I have experience from puppy - senior dogs and can follow direction really well. I used to work at a pet store full time before I got my 3rd human baby. Everyday, I would be helping and answering questions for customers to help with there pet needs. Everyday I take care of my dog and my cat, whether that is playing, go on walks, take the dog outside, clean up after the dog outside, clean the cat litter, clean pet fur off of everything, bathe, nails ect. Pets have been in my life forever and has always been apart of my daily routine. As long as your dog is kid friendly, they are more than welcome to stay here. I have my own vehicle so I can take the dog to the off leash park (if client is comfortable), I can walk the dog on long walks if they need it. Throughout my care, I will send updates constantly and whatever you need me to do I will do it, I would rather make the clients life a lot easier to there needs as well :)
