She let us know when she was in the house, gave us very detailed updates, and sent lots of pictures each day so we knew our cats were doing well. It was great to see how close one of our cats got with her over the week. Kiah is a wonderful pet sitter and I will absolutely be contacting her again the next time we are away. About: Hello, I am a first-year veterinary student at OVC! I have experience walking and caring for high-energy and reactive dogs at the humane society and have worked in a variety of large and small animal veterinary clinics. I believe wholeheartedly in positive, fear-free handling of all animals and as a vet student my continuing education in animal care, behavior, and health aids in improving my handling skills. I have worked with a wide variety of animals including reptiles, rabbits, cats, senior and juvenile dogs, and horses. I am CPR-certified for both cats and dogs and can administer both oral and injectable medications as required. I am currently a full-time student and would be available evenings and weekends with week day availability depending on class schedule. I will also be staying in the area for the summer semester. Safety of the client, owner, and myself is a top priority. I would love to get to know the client and animal before providing care as to ensure an understanding of the animals needs and client desires for care.

She was very flexible with the timing and worked with me to ensure mine and Aprils needs were both well met. 10/10 would recommend as it was very clear that Meera and Zack deeply care for their animals and will share that compassion with yours as well.”
