“Izabella was fantastic with our dog! She was very responsive from the get-go and reliable. Will definitely reach out again next time we need someone to take care of Piper.”

“Stefan takes great care of Junie on her walks. She has now memorized the schedule, and on the days Stefan is coming, she gets excited before the doorbell rings. I can see how much he loves dogs, and the connection he is building with Junie.”

“We had a great experience with Mackenzie and David and highly recommend them! Mackenzie and David walk our little pup at lunchtime while we’re at work and they are easy to communicate with. They provide feedback on the walk and how our pup is doing which is really appreciated! We feel very comfortable with them both and trust them with our fur baby who we love so much.”

“Rachel has gone above and beyond to provide feedback while Leo is in her care. We have used many dog walkers and immediately switched to exclusively using Rachel based on her attention to detail and how she was able to manage and handle our puppy’s unique quirks with ease. We would recommend all of our friends to use her services!”

“Alexis helped us out with last minute dog walking, and she was great! She was a wonderful communicator, and we loved seeing pics of Frida and hearing about their time together.”

“Nova was great with our Vizsla! He is definitely a goofball and overly excited but she made friends with him quickly and he really seemed to enjoy his walk with her! Will for sure book again!”

About: I have had experience taking care of dogs for the last 15 years. My best friends had four legs and I saw them well into their senior years. I have adopted my own Rio and he has filled my heart with so much love. Animals really are angels 💕 I work from home at my own pace so I have time throughout the day to enjoy the beautiful nature and what better way than you have some great company too! I live in an apartment with ample space, always clean and tidy. I do have a dog of my own but Rio is very sweet and gentle and loves all other dogs!
About: Dogs have always been part of my life. I grew up surrounded by them, learning what it means to care for a bouncy puppy full of energy and curiosity, and later to slow down and support a senior dog who needed comfort and gentleness. Because of that, I don’t see dog walking as just a task. I see it as a chance to give your dog the same love, patience, and attention I’ve always given my own. I’m reliable, attentive to the little details that keep dogs happy and safe, and I truly enjoy getting to know each dog’s personality. Every walk is more than exercise; it’s about trust, connection, and making sure your dog feels cared for every step of the way. Pet care is part of my everyday life, so fitting it into my schedule comes naturally. I usually start my mornings with time outdoors, which makes early walks and visits easy to accommodate. Midday and afternoon are open for regular walks, playtime, or check-ins, and I keep my evenings flexible for pets who need a later walk or extra company before bedtime. Because I’ve grown up with animals, I’m used to planning my day around their needs, and I’ll make sure your pet’s routine feels consistent, safe, and stress-free. When I’m in your home, my focus is on making your pet feel safe, loved, and comfortable. I follow your routine closely so things feel familiar for them, from mealtimes to walks to play. I double-check that doors and gates are secure, leashes and collars fit properly, and any food, water, or medications are given just the way you prefer. I pay attention to the little details and your pet’s body language, making sure they feel calm and cared for while you’re away. My goal is for you to have peace of mind knowing your pet is not only safe, but genuinely happy.

About: I have had dogs in my life since being a young boy. From Huskies to Chinese Powder Puffs. I am a true dog lover and will treat your dog as my own! I am very active and enjoy walks through parks and enriching engagement through play with dogs. My last dog Rio was a disabled, rescued Chinese Crested Powder Puff, his disability didn't slow us down and he lived his best life until he was 15 years old! I currently help my daughter with her two young pups and senior dog when needed and am looking to have the joy of a companion to walk with, or board! I believe all dogs are pure athletes and therefore need lots of exercise for a long healthy life. My latest Dog Rio lived to be 15. At 2 years old it is believed he was hit by a car. He had his half hip crushed restricting the passage of stool. A daily addition of laxative to his food prevented any obstruction. Also his rear right foot was turned backward so he developed a thick callus on the back side of his paw. Rio traveled everywhere with me, from beaches in Brazil, to deliveries in Owen Sound, to a day in Ottawa to experience the freedom convoy. On April 30, 2025 around 3:00 in the afternoon shortly after his 3rd struggling walk of the day he passed quietly in my arms. I am fully retired and my daily/weekly routine is very open. I am available for last minute bookings for daily walks, doggy daycare or boarding. I have a self-contained lower level apartment with full access to a fully fenced in back yard. Dogs are more than welcome to be on furniture, the bed and wherever they feel most comfortable. I am willing to accommodate any dietary plans and will follow any directions given to me for your dog!
About: Im a lifelong animal lover and second year vet tech student at Seneca. Animals have brought joy to my life for as long as I can remember! Having worked in vet clinics and in a variety of animal care roles over the years, I have lots of experience caring for dogs and cats of all sizes, ages, and temperaments. Animals are my passion and I’m very much looking forward to meeting your furry friend! Im back in school starting in September, but I’ll have Thursdays and weekends free for walking and drop in visits. I may also be able to accommodate requests during the other week days - please message me to ask! I’m a firm believer that positive reinforcement and consistency is the key to happy, balanced, and well-behaved pets. That being said, establishing boundaries is important, both for humans and for pets! My promise is to care for your fur baby as I would my own: with love, understanding, and an appreciation of all the little quirks that make them unique!
About: Ive taken care of a wide variety of animals. For many years I have worked with dogs and cats in a animal rescue/sanctuary where Ive learnt to read many behaviours, provide a healthy diet, provide medication, and clean up after them all. I personally have a cat of my own and I grew up with many animals in my house hold (eg. Rabbits, cats, dogs, hamsters, etc.) . Im currently a masters student at the university of Guelph studying in Wildlife Biology. My availability it quite open therefore please feel free to reach out any time! I am very capable of following any instructions/direction needed for more delicate pets. For dogs I provide daily walks and plenty of outside time for their needs. I currently live in an apartment with my partner and our cat Garnet. This allows for plenty of play room and relaxing space for you fur babies. As well as expand your pets interaction with other animals!
“Jessica was awesome at accommodating my last minute change of plans! Very quick to respond to messages and understanding, and made sure to properly latch the baby gate after the walk. Zeke loved his walk!”

About: I have a dog that my family and I have been looking after for eight years, we also had some other pets in the past like turtles and geckos. I have also looked after cats for friends. I am available for and dog walking and drop-ins for your pet. I also can take care of your pet in your home all day on weekends and I can do drop in's on weekdays mostly the afternoons and evenings. I will care for your dog by making sure they have everything they need and I'll monitor them when I let them outside in a fenced backyard. I'll make sure they don't leave messes in your house on rainy days or when they make messes. I won't leave them unattended while outside.
“Alicia did an incredible job taking care of Jazz. She followed our instructions perfectly and had excellent communication with us throughout the entire process. She also took really nice pictures of Jazz for us which was a really pleasant surprise. I would absolutely recommend her and book with her again!”

About: Hi there! My name is Katrina, and I’ve been around many different animals for as long as I can remember! I used to be the neighbour hood dog walker when I was 12, and many of them relied on me to care for their pet. When I was 17, I joined Dogtopia, where I got to learn even more about how dogs behave, and how to care for all kinds and sizes! Now, I take care of my parents dog, ensuring she gets brushed and cleaned every day since she’s a senior, provide healthy and age appropriate food and a good amount of potty breaks and enrichment. I reside in a cozy, spacious basement with a fenced back yard for lots of play room for your pup! I also enjoy going on walks of my own and understand that it’s not just about the walk for your pup, but also exploring new smells! If you have any questions, feel free to reach out, I’d love to chat! All the best, Katrina I’m currently a student studying animal biology, hopefully to one day be a vet! I am home a lot studying, and if you decide you want your dog to spend the day with me, they’ll keep me company as much as i’m keeping them company! I do have a part time job, but I communicate which days I work so I can spend as much time as I can to provide care for your baby. I have a fenced yard at my house, as well as baby gates near stairs and into the kitchen, ensuring they will be as safe as possible! I don’t restrict from going on my couches, but I can if that’s what you prefer. I also have a crate and can easily crate them if you’d like.
“So far so good! Melissa is a great communicator and Yvie seems to really like her! Melissa’s walks allow me to be able to leave Yvie home one day a week and know she is still getting attention and exercise!”
