“Jessica is absolutely wonderful! Both my dogs were very comfortable with her immediately. She helped me with drop-ins for my new puppy. Her communication was excellent and she always sent me tones of photos along with updates on my puppy's progress! I highly recommend her!”

“Katie was excellent, she accommodated our older cats' need for several checkins each day, giving him his medication and helping him to get up and walk, and to take care of him when an accident happened. She also provided frequent updates and was quick to respond to us. We would highly recommend Katie to anyone.”

“Thank you so much for helping me out on my busy work days. You have always been very attentive and caring towards Lucia. I feel move relaxed at work knowing she is taken care of. I only wish I knew about Rover sooner. Thank you so much Rianna :)”

About: I absolutely love dogs. They are all so individual. They each have their own unique personality and little characteristics that make them so special. In the past I kennelled my dogs and was so unhappy with the care they received. They always had medical issues afterwards, and didn’t receive the love and attention they needed. Paying extra for cuddles and a walk seems so cruel and takes advantage of people who want the best for their dog. I want to offer people who love their dogs, other options: a home away from home that includes cuddles, walks, treats and excitement, and many happy moments. In terms of my experience, I have cared for dogs my entire life. I have taken many training classes through Carolark with each new dog over the years, and have read about dog training and watched a number of training videos. I have never used fear tactics or spanking to correct my dogs behaviour and would never do so with yours. I truly believe that kindness, patience and calmness is the best approach. I have welcomed many new dogs in to our home. My dogs enjoy the newness and excitement that each little dog personality brings with them when they come. The dogs see ally enjoy getting to know the visiting pup and do a job making the pup feel welcome. There is always lots of playing and excitement and in time they move as a little pack together through the house and in the back yard. My home has a really big fenced in back yard, and big home for lots of physical exercise indoors and out. We live in an area with beautiful walking paths nearby. I have a number of dog beds in various sizes and shapes. They are washed and cleaned regularly. We also have dog steps to help little pups or older pups get up onto the couch or into bed at night. I ensure the dogs water is changed daily or more, and I supervise eating with all the dogs. The dogs really have great time , and it is a nice little holiday where they can get spoiled and pampered while you are away. I currently work full time at home and can take breaks through the day. When I have to run out my husband and older son are at home to take pups outside as often as needed. We have a little bell that dogs have learned to ring to go out. We live on a two acre lot so have a lot of outdoor running area and safe paths to take longer walks. I have a fenced in back yard, two dogs that are very friendly and have been around cats and dogs. One is a 8 lbs papillion named Luna, a Bichon Frisée chihuahua mix named Hunter who is 15 lbs and Millie who is small Pomeranian papillion who is 2 lbs. I have cared for family and friends dogs in our homes, including puppies, and senior dogs. I don’t worry too much about accidents. I know new environments for dogs can be stressful, so accidents are expected. We are patient and kind, and just love having dogs in our home to care for. We offer lots of walks, play times and cuddles. If you prefer your dog to be in a crate at night, we can accommodate that. Alternatively, your dog is welcome to sleep in a bed, if that is what they are used to. We are also used to paper training and outdoor toileting. We have little puppy stairs for the bed and also a puppy stroller for young pups, or senior pups when the temperature gets too extreme.

About: I was lucky enough to grow up in a household with all types of childhood companions. From a very young age I was learning the responsibilities of caring for young puppies, dogs, cats, bunnies, and even guinea pigs to name a few. Today, that passion has grown into a deep commitment to providing thoughtful, reliable, and loving care for every pet I meet. Whether your pet is playful and outgoing or shy and slow to warm up, I take the time to connect with them at their own pace. I believe in treating all animals with patience, kindness, and respect just like family. Your pet’s safety, comfort, and happiness are always my top priorities. I follow routines closely, give plenty of attention and affection, and make sure they feel loved while you're away. I also provide regular updates, so you can relax knowing your pet is in caring hands with me! I currently have a full time job as an Early Childhood Educator. With that being said I only have a 4 day work week which allows me to have lots of spare time throughout the weekend and Mondays. I often keep my weekends pretty quiet which allows for a lot of flexibility. I would also be open to week day walks/drop ins depending on the time needed! I would prefer to meet your pet before the first official booking to better understand their personality, routine and any special needs they may have. Together we could create a personalized pet care routine that meets the unique needs of your furry friend! For a drop in visit I would also ensure to respect your home by keeping your pet secure, and making sure the environment is safe and tidy before my departure.
“Linda was awesome, so happy I found a really nice person first time I used this site. I would also use her again without hesitation. Thank you”

About: Hi there! I’ve had a deep love for animals—especially dogs—for as long as I can remember. I grew up with dogs and have natural connections with them. Though I haven’t had the chance to own a pet as an adult, I’ve never missed an opportunity to care for the pets of friends and family whenever I could. Whether it’s feeding cats while friends are away or taking my cousin’s dog out for a long walk, I truly enjoy spending time with them and giving them the love and attention they deserve. I understand that every pet has their own personality and needs, and I take the time to get to know them and make them feel safe and cared for. I’m currently working from home and my schedule is flexible so I can provide drop-in visits or walk your dogs almost any time you need. When caring for pets in their own home, I prioritize routine and familiarity to keep them comfortable. I stick closely to the pet’s usual schedule for feeding, walking, and play. I always double-check that doors are locked, water bowls are full, and any instructions are followed carefully — including medication, crate use, or special behaviors. I treat each client’s home with total respect, keeping things tidy and communicating updates regularly so they feel confident and informed.

“Wonderful experience! I was a bit nervous but Brittany made us feel super comfortable and the cats seem to really like her ?. Next time we go away, we will definitely be booking with her again!”

“Very flexible and reliable! Thanks Mikayla”

“Aly was great checking in on our kitty, she communicated well and sent us lots of great pictures. Would definitely recommend her and use her again!”

“Thanks again Jacqueline for taking care of our furry family in our absence. Your great feedback and pics from your visits are very appreciated not to mention the most important fact being how the critters respond to our return home without the typical sulking and cat aloofness they can display ! 😁”

“Jenna was our first successful foray into having someone come in house to walk, play with, and give our three dogs their mid-day break. They were so happy when we arrived home, and it was seamless and stress free working with her.”

“It is my pleasure that I provide a testimonial for Lynda. I have known her for more than 30years and I can say that Lynda is one of the most caring people I know. Her stellar career working with children has proven that she is committed to making sure everyone around her are safe, healthy and happy. That commitment easily extends to include her pets as it is evident their health and happiness is of upmost importance to her. She has been a wonderful mom to her son and many fur babies while I have known her. She has a soft spot for all animals, domestic and wild. The pet owners who use Lynda’s services will find her very friendly, respectful and very responsible. She has an ability to make all people and their pets feel at home and free to be themselves. Lynda loves nature, enjoys walks and she is a lot of fun to be around. I believe she would make a wonderful pet sitter.”

Lei C.
“My dog Oreo has separation anxiety and is a very picky eater, so going on vacation was always stressful—we never felt comfortable leaving her with anyone. But Lei completely changed that. She made the whole experience easy and worry-free. Not only did she take Oreo on long daily walks, but she also managed to get her to eat without any fuss—something even we struggle with at times! To top it off, she spoiled Oreo with love and comfort, even letting her sleep in bed with her each night. We’re beyond grateful for Lei’s kindness, patience, and the genuine care she gave our little brat. We can finally travel with peace of mind knowing Oreo is in such great hands!”

Serena K.
“Serena was sweet and did a great job pet sitting for our short trip. When we left, our large senior dog was getting along great with her, and when we returned the house was clean and tidy, pets were fed, and waters were filled. I would have liked more updates/photos while we were gone, but I did not talk about it with Serena before our trip, and was busy during the trip. I now know to set that expectation before.”

Trisha-Lee T.
“Rover .. Trisha-Lee, Thank you for showing so much love to our Puffy, she gets so excited when it is time for your walks! I was sad when I realized I wasn’t giving her the exercise that she needs but, you have added to her quality of life!”

Taylor L.
“Taylor is a kind loving and compassionate person. She treats all animal like furry humans. For our dog Murphy, the cutest little Westie, Taylor was one of his favorite humans. When she came home he would run to the door tail wagging and smiling and sneezing, it was the cutest thing. She cuddled him and loved him up every day. She always made sure he got his walks in while he was able. He was terrified of thunderstorms and she did her best to try to make him feel safe and secure during, for him, these scary events. She also has her own dog Lila who she treats the same and you know Lila loves her. I would entrust my fur baby to Taylor in a heartbeat”
